1061  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we can introduce bitcoin to local people on: November 08, 2019, 02:36:27 PM
One day, I think to myself about how to spreads bitcoin to other people. After I create threads https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5191717.0, I see many of us don't try or don't have time to come into a gathering or make a meetup. So how we can introduce bitcoin to local people in our country if we are not trying to tells them about bitcoin? I know that will related to the regulations in every country but we can introduce to our close friend so they will spread it into their closest friends too.

And if this is succeed, I think cryptocurrency will grow step by step. I know we can spread bitcoin online, but that doesn't mean all people in your country are aware of bitcoin. How they can know bitcoin if they never use the internet to search the news while we can tell them about bitcoin and another coin by offline.
Social media is really a great thing we can use to spread about bitcoin, how good bitcoin really is and bitcoin is not a scam. Some people believe that bitcoin is just a scam maybe because they think that bitcoin doesn't have an owner. I've tried to tell some of my friends about bitcoin but they are not interested even if I said how good bitcoin is. It really depends on a person, we can't force them to enter the crypto world.
1062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Ways to earn crypto without investing or mining on: November 08, 2019, 02:08:59 PM
Earn in crypto without investing or mining?
For me, joining in signature campaigns, bounty campaigns, or joining airdrop can make us earn without any investment and without mining. Just work hard. I think there is still some investment with joining some signature campaigns, bounty campaigns and airdrops, it is your TIME but in terms of money, you don't have to put your money in here.
1063  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which betting type gives you the most payout? on: November 08, 2019, 12:07:17 PM
I didn't get the most payout because I just bet with an average jackpot, I sometimes bet with offline gambling that has a huge amount of payout but most of the time I didn't expect that I can win and I am not wrong with that. LOL. I just enjoy playing online games right now which is Plinko and dice games and I am not expecting that I can win huge because I already know the risk.
Right, hoping for a big win will only result in a big loss but at least you are lucky to have realized this kind of problem before betting. This is very different from me who always expect big wins or in other words to be greedy when placing lots of matches on parlay bets, because at first I was used to parlays even in before gambling online I have experienced big wins and losses on parlay bets.
Yeah, I also think that I am lucky enough that I have an early realization that once we enter gambling there's always a risk and Thank God that I know how to handle my earnings and at the same time some of my savings I don't want to risk personal money without any assurance.
1064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How NOT To Get Scammed on: November 08, 2019, 11:13:10 AM
I got scammed before and only one person who just knows what happened, my best friend who gave me the money the amount that I scammed is the only one who knows what happened, I am really shy if someone knows what happened to me before. It is really hard to buy online,  but I trusted that person and now I lose money, but in terms of about airdrops, I choose what airdrops to join. I have one airdrop saw that you need to give even your private keys. So for sure, that's already a scam, private keys should not expose public and not applicable to share so be careful on what you were joining.
1065  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to take advantage BTC Pump and Dump in short period? on: November 08, 2019, 08:37:49 AM
How to take advantage of BTC Pump and Dump in short period?
If you are regularly monitoring the market then you will get profited in a short period of time. If the market value gets dump and if you think that is the right time to buy and buy immediately because when the price gets an increase in an hour then possible that you will get profited in an hour. This is just for those who are monitoring market value for a long time because if you are just new with this, don't risk your money especially if your money is for your daily needs, you might lose it.
1066  Economy / Speculation / Re: One more dump before halving? on: November 08, 2019, 07:21:05 AM
Honestly speaking the bitcoin market is good as of now with slight improvement and not much dump except one particular dump before week or so which provided further pump, but are these manipulation just to for whales to cash out before the halving and then invest again at a cheaper value to get most profit of out it post halving? Are we going to witness major dump before halving?
We always witness this kind of situation every time there are halving but I think this time if the price will dump, it will have a hard time to increase again. Just my speculation, I don't see some improvement with bitcoin this year but hopefully, I am wrong and let's wait for bitcoin to make another ATH's or if not, more than $10k will do.
1067  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WILL CRYPTO BOOM AGAIN? on: November 07, 2019, 02:17:55 PM
Sure it's impossible to say but still... after yesterday hearing i really don't know what to think. Used to be sure Libra entry will boom the market once again but it looks like Libra's not coming shortly.
Is btc halving the most promising ''event'' we are looking forward to (at the moment)?
I don't think that there is an upcoming halving will happen, don't expect too much if Libra entry will boom. My suggestion right now is just focused on what you are doing right now to earn, like trading or investing and just wait what happens after Libra will enter crypto. I don't also want to expect more. As of the moment I see that bitcoin value is struggling to rise and I think that's normal since there is no huge investors are coming now.
1068  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Holds Above $9k on: November 07, 2019, 12:53:33 PM
yes ; it seem bitcoin hold above level 9000 usd per btc. price rise up 9500 usd per btc many time but it fall with 3-5 percent ; the thing important is that prices hold above 9000 usd per btc . i think prices can rise to level 12000 usd per btc at any time and who sell and buy for short term many times they will find some difficult for buying and selling

I agree, just hold your bitcoins and I think bitcoin value will rise up to more than $10k, and it is already helpful for those who hold their bitcoin especially to those who hold huge amount of bitcoin because it has an also a huge impact with the value of bitcoin that they are holding right now.
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: cryptocurrency and forex trading.... on: November 07, 2019, 09:56:02 AM
Some question keep flashing my mind about crytpocurrency trading and forex trading, in crypto currency you exchange your local currency with bitcoin or other Altcoin which means you can buy different token with your money once it get to crypto market but I can clearly observed that in forex trade you only have access to convert your local money to USD which means you are still dealing with fiat. Now my question is between crypto currency trading and forex trading which one is riskier and which is more advisable to get involved as a new online trader???
Both are risky for me, as long as there is value involve and it is riskier if the amount of what you trade is huge. Cryptocurrency and forex trading are both have risk. If you are new in trading you can practice with a small amount, and try to trade with cryptocurrency 1st. There are altcoins that you can choose and you can practice strategies just make sure you start with the amount you can afford to lose that you can practice your skills with it.
1070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any bounty campaigns for Newbies? on: November 07, 2019, 07:28:17 AM
Hello guys,

I was searching for some bounty campaigns that accept newbies like myself. Do you know of any that recently started ( in the last 7 days for example )? It's a mess in the Bounty thread.
Some bounty campaigns can join newbies as long as you have Facebook Account, Instagram, Twitter or Youtube because you can use those accounts to earn some coins from a bounty and if those accounts are active and real and if you have a lot of followers then that's good, you can use it to join some bounty campaigns even if you are just a newbie. Just make sure that the bounty campaign also is legit.
1071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 4 bitcoin risks you should know when investing in bitcoin on: November 06, 2019, 02:53:54 PM
The value is not guaranteed, so buying and using Bitcoin carries a number of inherent risks. Many investor warnings have been issued by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Sector Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Department of Consumer Financial Protection (CFPB), and institutions. other officials

Legal risks
Bitcoin can be used for black market transactions, money laundering, illegal activity or tax evasion. Therefore, governments can seek to regulate and regulate the use or trading of bitcoin.

For example, in 2015, the New York State Department of Financial Services finalized regulations that would require companies to process purchases, sales, transfers, or store bitcoins to record customer identities. Transactions of $ 10,000 or more will have to be recorded and reported.
In addition, the lack of uniform regulations on Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies raises questions about their lifetime, liquidity and popularity.

Security risks
As with any system, Bicoin transactions are at risk of being hacked, malware and malfunctioning during operation. If a hacker gains access to the Bitcoin owner's computer hard drive and steals the private key, he can transfer the stolen Bitcoin to another account.
A particularly notorious theft took place in 2014, when Mt. Gox, a Bitcoin exchange in Japan, was forced to shut down after Bitcoin worth millions of dollars were stolen.

Fraud risks
Because the issuance of cryptocurrencies, ICOs etc. has not been regulated by the government yet, scammers can sell fake bitcoin. For example, in July 2013, the SEC took legal action against a Ponzi program operator related to Bitcoin.

Tax risks
In March 2014, the IRS announced that all cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, would be taxed as an asset. Therefore, there is no legal way to protect Bitcoin earnings from taxes

Bitcoin risks? Yes, but fiat can also have risks like this, putting your money in the bank can also have risks, and money in your pocket can also be stolen, there is no 100% guarantee security all over especially when it comes in money or does have value. We are the one who will secure our own money and we should take responsibility with it especially if we are already holding huge amount.
1072  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have anyone tried to stop gamblers from losing while they keep on wagering. on: November 06, 2019, 10:02:32 AM
I've been into gambling for a long, my major focus was on sports betting. From sports betting earned good, but I wasn't able to make the success continue. I lost out of greed, further my focus turned towards casinos where we get the instant results and doesn't want to wait as we wait on sports betting till a match gets over. By this time I was entirely new to it, and lost big. If someone have contacted me I could've stopped it for a while and lowered my loses.

Recently while playing dice, I saw a person who was wagering with large funds to recover the loss. By the time he has lost part of what I have lost. I texted him my experience, and suggested to stop it before things go out of his hands. He didn't responded, finally he lost everything. Have any of you got such experience.
I didn't lose in gambling that much. All of us have a percentage of being greedy and if we didn't know how to control that greed then we will surely gonna lose much. I've tried also one friend to stop gambling but didn't listen to me. She wants more after winning so she came back on a game even if how many time I told her not to go back and just content on what she has that time but she still continues and after that lose her winnings. She told me that she wishes she listen to me in the first place.
1073  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impact on gambling on: November 06, 2019, 04:12:51 AM
Luck, knowledge and experience.

Luck - because I think, luck is one of the reason why we win in a gambling game even we also have the knowledge to play that game, luck is always there.

Knowledge - we earned also some knowledge especially if we are playing that game for a long time. We are also learning some strategies and techniques and at the same time, learning from others experience.

Experience - one of the best we can earn when playing gambling because, with this, we can learn so much.

So these three are the impact when we are winning or playing gambling/any type of gambling games.
1074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your Dice gambling strategy? on: November 05, 2019, 09:13:22 PM
Guys i have almost a year playing a Dice gambling site.
I have different account in every gambling site just to try my luck.
I set it into 60% chances of winning per betting the dice and the target multiplier is 2.
but now focus to gamble at bustadice, and what's your's?

Sharing your strategy is highly appreciated!
I don't have any strategy at all when it comes in dice, even if we set our chances into 60% it is still all about our luck, I've tried different kinds of the percentage of chances and I still lose at the end. Although I am just betting in a small amount so it really doesn't hurt me, just playing for fun. Sometimes I win because as I've said it all depends on luck, sometimes I am lucky sometimes I am not.
1075  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Make it back to $20k ? on: November 05, 2019, 01:20:33 PM
for sure bitcoin can back to 20000 usd per btc. market already suffre from crash since the huge rise in history of bitcoin from mid 2016 till now . bitcoin now is strong more than anytime and price will rise to level 20000 at latest next year 2020 with and it will stable there for time then it can rise to other high price

For me, bitcoin will have a hard time to reach 20000 again this year or maybe next year. As of now, we see bitcoin is really having a hard time but I still see potential with it, maybe it will rise but it will not reach 20000 again that fast. As what I observe the year 2017 has a lot of scammers using bitcoin to scam big investors. Maybe that is also why bitcoin value drops again so hard because bitcoin investors didn't trust bitcoin because of what happened.
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: November 05, 2019, 12:20:03 PM
I have been in the crypto world since a long time but i have not been able to make my portfolio and never earned anything...i don't have much cash that I can buy many different coins.... I have only 0.01 btc right now Embarrassed
Please tell me ways if there are any to earn some different types of altcoins to slowly build up my portfolio with some valuable coins...
I earned in airdrops before, and really worth the wait to sell what I got on that airdrop. They send us free tokens by joining their airdrops and after that, I converted it to bitcoin. I just sign up and that's it, wait for the day they will send free tokens. Luckily their token has value at the exchange. I earn in airdrop 4 times already and two of them really worth my time. As of now, it is hard now to know if an Airdrop is a scam or not. Joining bounties can also help you earn some coins.
1077  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 05, 2019, 12:42:02 AM
To all bounty hunters on this wonderful forum I want to know if it's advisable to continue with the bounty you have been promoting for 12weeks that got extra 8weeks added more, have you promote projects this long that ends up with good end results? Thank you
Back then when I am participating bounty campaigns, it is normal that there are some additional weeks for a campaign, then after that, if the campaign is succeeded with their project then all of is gets paid. Once entering campaign also make sure that you know the risk because not all bounties are getting succeeded and paying you back after you work for them because it depends if their project got succeeded or not. Check their sales or their project itself as well. You can also check their ratings at ICObench, just for reference.
1078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to restrain yourself at a small loss and not spend money. on: November 04, 2019, 05:51:23 AM
It often happens that people go out to play a variety of games of chance with a certain amount of money, but in the end they spend everything if they are gone. How to prevent which technique you base yourself on to spend no further. It's hard to just give up, people persistent in gambling that day, so they can't just tell themselves they'll try tomorrow. Why is this difficult? Is it because of greed?
Definitely that's because of greed and also trying to cut back their losses. I have also lost many a times whole of my bankroll just trying to earn few cents over a dollar and lost all the bankroll chasing that bad decision. What I try to do is I decide the amount that I am gonna risk right before starting the session and if I lose then I just go out or do something else, but never chase that loss.
Definitely it's a good decision, just use the amount that you just can afford to lose then after that just stop, I know it is hard to apply but once that we have discipline by playing gambling with that kind of strategy then we can lessen our loses, and at the same time high chance of winning because we can have some amount for another day to use to play again and try our luck for next time we play.
1079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin and casinos on: November 04, 2019, 05:40:14 AM
I have worked for a few years in a casino and I couldn't help but imagine that people should be able to gamble with bitcoin.

Is it already happening? - I don't mean on the internet

And do you think this will be future of casinos?
It is not still happening, I don't know why but for me there is no problem with it even with physical casino's and online casino are still the same for me as long as the physical casino has its own cryptocurrency wallet that can be used to bet with their casino without withdrawing any cash. It is going to be helpful for those who just wanted to use their mobile phones and to those who doesn't want to go outside just to withdraw cash.
1080  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share Your Experiences on: November 01, 2019, 08:03:56 PM
Was reading about how Bitcoin first came into existence and people's first experiences with Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, etc on Reddit. I want to know how your guy's first experiences were with Bitcoin, and if you ever had any regrets or wins throughout the years. Also, would be cool to know how people first actually got Bitcoin back nearly a decade ago when it wasn't as easy as buying some from a local Bitcoin ATM near you.
The 1st time when I know bitcoin, I thought it is a scam which is not because I know the truth now, when I know that the truth is, I regrets myself not getting involved immediately to bitcoin, if only I can turn back and invest before when bitcoin 1st Time exist then I am rich now.
