Well I was aware that it was a random drawing but if not then I guess phil has all the time in the world to earn points all day.

lol, I suppose. Or maybe he's a whale. You gain more reward points the more you bet.

what evidence do you have that hes a scammer
If you follow the breadcrumbs, it appears he's an alt of skyisthelimit and was attempting to pull off a MITM scam using escrowed funds.

Also an alt of Sapphiremine.

You know the site may be legit and people may spin the wheel and get some BTC, but when you have a monthly drawing of BTC there is 5000 people and Phil is number 1 in November and December. You lose all credibility to how that part of your operation is run.

If it matters any... I've personally won the monthly prize 3 times. Never the top one though. Perhaps it's based on reward points gained?
1066  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: EBAY SCAM SELLER STEALING MY IDENTITY SELLING MINER on: January 07, 2014, 08:07:02 AM
Contact Paypal... They'll freeze his damn account.

Yeah Ill do that too. Shits so weird, hopefully ebay can get more info on him for an investigation.

It's just awesome you found this... Well, obviously not awesome what happened to you... But you know what I mean. Up until now, he's only been a buyer, now all of a sudden he's selling thousands of dollars worth in mining equipment? Good thing is, his Paypal is probably linked to his real identity.

Gather up screenshots of his listings, past transaction feedback, whatever you can. And don't let him know you're aware. Just in case he removes everything after eBay contacts him.

What happened exactly? Not familiar with etsy.

Damn Sapphiremine / skyisthelimit!!! Couldn't you at least get someone else to write your note. Handwriting's identical. How long have you been running this scam?

Either way I hope you all feel like asses.

Ta-dah! That's all you had to do! You made this situation escalate to this point because you didn't think it was necessary to provide proof. Now that you have, the tables are turned. Wasn't that much easier than having to explain yourself over and over?

No, I don't feel like an ass. But you've acted like one throughout this ordeal.

I bring a positive influence to the forum.

Well set a good example and post the transaction ID! I can almost bet your negative rating wouldn't be removed without it. To everyone's who reading this thread, you're the one who looks suspect, not chairforce1, even if he's the perpetrator. You're not even trying to prove your case! Why are you even responding to this thread? No one will believe you unless you at least post the transaction ID showing that 1BTC left your possession (even if it's from 17 different addresses) to another address. You have the address you sent it to in your activity list.... just post that.

If you continue to refuse, just accept the fact you'll be looked at as a scammer from now on.

1072  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [BEWARE] The user "Bono" is a scammer. Do NOT trust! on: January 07, 2014, 04:20:45 AM
If I try to defend myself it will be called BS by the troll who posted the thread, and frankly I don't have any interest in digging up blockchain info for 17 different Coinbase wallet addresses for no reason.

I used to use Coinbase; you don't have to dig up the blockchain info for the many different addresses the btc was sent from - just post the one where it was sent to. That's all you have to do. It's right there in your sent transactions; regardless of how many addresses you say it was sent from.

No need to apologize to me for being snappy. I'm simply pointing out the fact that it appears as if you're trying to be deceptive is all.
1073  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [BEWARE] The user "Bono" is a scammer. Do NOT trust! on: January 07, 2014, 03:59:46 AM
An attitude like this certainly doesn't help your case. Why don't post the transaction to prove your innocence?

Oi vey.

You're really going all out aren't you?

There are a few things are wrong with your post:

1) The first and most obvious omission is a screenshot of the message where you gave me your Bitcoin address. No matter what record of our transaction I post, you will be able to cry foul, claim the receiving address isn't yours, and say I'm just posting any random 1 BTC trade from the time period we were talking about.

I myself don't save personal messages for more than a day, so I'm kinda out of luck on that one.

2) I made it clear in my messages (as I do with every potential trade partner) that I use Coinbase, and their fucked up system can create multiple addresses for each transaction. All in all, the 1.0 BTC I sent you was siphoned through about 16 addresses to get to you, adding an element of intricacy that makes my claim hard to prove especially given point #1.

3) You mentioned that you looked through all my recent posts to judge my character. And what did you find? Nothing that would indicate I have or had any kind of bad intention. Why would I blow my reputation for a small pile of altcoins and risk ostracizing myself from a community I've newly grown to enjoy?

I will say that my cable did go out at the absolute most inopportune time. That was kind of embarrassing and I really did rush to pay you once it was up, but it did take a few hours.

You know what I think? I think maybe you got mad at me for forcing you to wait, and enacted this childish vendetta against me as an attempt to extort another Bitcoin out of me.

Well I ain't budging.

As for you, Mr. Tomato:

I really do respect the way you do business, and you even PM'd me (with manners no less!) asking me to state my case here. I'd like to think I offer a positive influence to this community as a legitimate trader - and I'm rather shocked nobody called out this chairforce guy for omitting some needed information from this post. Given the odd nature of the deal, would you mind removing your negative feedback? I mean, if the troll wants to post some of his own, that's fine, but to have vets bagging on me for unproven and fallacious allegations would really suck.

Hopefully the next guy I deal with won't throw a temper tantrum.

It's risky lending without a guarantee of repayment.

Yeah. It might also help for you to state in your post the form of collateral you take. And find someone to do escrow for you.

Nice software, but I gotta say I will never play again due to the fact that I can't enjoy the games without a bunch of losers begging for money.  Why would I want to see that crap every 5 seconds when I am trying to enjoy the game?  Horrible experience...

Looks like someone is spamming the chat box.
