1062  Economy / Computer hardware / Antminer S1.. anyone interested? on: June 17, 2015, 02:44:33 PM
I have 3 of these that have been gathering dust since December. Stable at 200 GH/s.  I've got the boxes and foam that they came in for easier shipping.

All offers welcomed.

Located in State College, PA

Pool numbers are looking strange.  My 600G was estimated around .01...... And it's presently around .0005.  What happened?

My shares are stuck at a very low number.... maybe thats it?

AND the last one was just found to be invalid.

Two in a row, that's more like it.

I love how we get the best luck when the pool is SHRINKING

Don't we want the hash rate to be less so we get more payout?
It doesn't matter as long as we can find at least few block before the difficulty change.

If the hashrate is lower - you get more, but less often.
If the hashrate is higher - you get less, but more often.

The outcome is the same and your daily reward is always ~= <your hashrate>/<network hashrate>*144*<block reward> (currently 25BTC)
While in theory and overall they may be true. With slush, it seems like we get the same amount of rounds if we are at 800 or 1000 TH/s yet the payouts are reduced by 20%

It feels good to have the pool chugging along again!

If only BTC would go up over $800

Bless me Slush for I have sinned. I just purchased 600 GH/s of miners. At the horrid luck Slush is having it was doubling the time it would take for my investment to pay for itself. This is the first time in 6 months i Have mined somewhere other then slush's pool.
