Only a few miners mined all the coins 4.5 M coins
it has zero innovation, becareful not fooled by the "zero" premine, it has a instantmine of 100%

Personally I prefer too, but: It's very likely not all 500 will hold 50% for the full period, those koins will be shared equally to stake holders that do.
It is important to comply with the terms. Two options: 1) you create the poll; 2) (i like this) you calculate a share for each holder, give, say, two weeks for claims, and if the share will be requested - send it, if not - send to the bounty pot. You both guys use the same argument basically, dev should stick to the original plan no matter what, because this is more important than the future development of the coin. No flexibility, no reflection on where the coin is right now and what it needs to further increase its value, just stick to the rules. But if you decided to keep at least 15k KTK in your wallet for a month, it means that you have at least some faith in the coin, right? Or you just kept it hoping to be the only ones and grab the whole extra pot? (ok, rant off)  In any case I don't understand why you insist on getting paid this extra 2k KTK, which is worth right now about 600k satoshi. Dev did comply with all what he said so far, and I believe he deserves to get this additional flexibility that would allow to speed up development of additional new features. And hopefully increase the value of the coin. And if you really want to get additional KTK for free, I strongly recommend voting for KTK on mintpal. We pay 15 KTK for every vote and we really need your support! One way or another there is no point to hold 10k(example) coin that has value @350 sat each, when with your share can help this coin develop and have 5k(example) coin that has value of maybe 3k sat(again example). I don't believe this will be a massive issue, but our team will for sure be integrating X11 and Scrypt-N mining. In case you didn't read, you'll actually be mining on a multipool so we'll definitely be able to integrate other algos soon after launch. Delete your C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Roxcoin DONT FORGET TO BACKUP wallet.datStart wallet again, this is fast fix. ill update wallet with checkpoints today. Thank you dev, this fixed my problem. |

Thanks for everyone's input so far Just to give you an idea... before going live and distributing, I was hoping for around 40% to give half their bonus. So we had a healthy donations pot, that didn't happen. Some have and multiple times, but they are the minority (I think around 10% of the 500, possible slightly less with approx 75k in total). If I hadn't purchased from dumpers and donated 275k we would have run out by now! Maybe I'm stupid to think 40% would donate, the majority didn't and guess they thought someone else will donate so I don't need to mentality. Of course there were no rules, everyone could do as they please with their stake. But it seems shortsighted not to give a little back to further development because it would help increase the value. So now we are here, with a sizable amount that can be used for development or given to the remaining stake holders. It would do a lot more good as a whole for development!
We were originally told that those of us that held onto 50% or more of our original stake would get the remaining 2M coins divided between those that held. So personally I would like you to stay true to your word and do what you originally said. For those that wish to donate their portion they can do that if they wish. Let us decide if we want to donate our portion. I think this is the most fair way to do it.
