First of all, have you thought about making a professional Announcement thread for your service?
Good graphics for the announcement thread is important and worth to spend money to hire a professional designer for it.

I saw somewhere a thread with a list of services providers. If someone can find the thread and post the link the OP can easily find one of his choices. It's better instead of recommending a few that are in your mind.

Update: Hourly faucet drops have been increased for a short period! Claim in currency of your choice.
Why Ignoring other questions above? if this is how you wanted to run this thread then trust me you will gain no players or I mean "legit Players" because what you will only gather from this are abusers .
He hasn't made any response from yesterday which means maybe he did not read the responses yet. We can not expect a new account to understand the community very quickly. They need time to learn the environment.

1062  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for Website Recommendations on: June 30, 2023, 08:04:18 PM
but bcgame has nerfed my affiliate % from 35 to 9.8.
That's very unfair. You must had a mutual understanding with their affiliate manager and hopefully they did not drop it without giving you enough time.

Problem with affiliate marketing is, you do everything to make them big but when they are big they kick you out without showing a minimum respect. If you are really too good to bring so many affiliates and helping them to make that much money, then why don't you consider having your own gambling site. Have your own business and bring the traffic by yourself.
1063  Economy / Gambling / Re: Impossible KYC Requirements - Stake.com - Withholding $6000 USD on: June 30, 2023, 07:57:02 PM
Am i being unreasonable here? To be clear, they will not let me withdraw my money out. Maybe i deserve to lose 6k USD on a legitimate account because i vpned while working overseas? Can someone with a clearer head here suggest what my next steps should be.
Have you used VPN and what is their terms about VPN?

Why would they hurt their own reputation only for $6000?
Too much to lose for $6k considering where Stake.com is now.

I will now answer any specific questions people have posted
You don't need to make more than one post before any new post is posted by someone. You can always edit a post and update the text to answer anyone.

I remember last time when Stake ANN thread has error in the images, I PMed Stunna and it was updated very fast. I will PM Stunna about this thread and request to have a look. Hopefully we will find out what exactly happen and see a good ending.

Secondly, honestly speaking there are many crypto gambling websites. We have regular gabling sites, we have this web3 type websites. Overtime they are building trust and attracting new clients. What is your strategy and key features that makes you different from others?
1065  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: June 26, 2023, 10:01:27 PM
Next month sound eternity for gamblers.
Last few weeks since the UCL final the days are dull LOL
There are no sports to follow at least for me. I cannot wait for the season to start.

But joining more than three pools, you won't have enough time to look into all of them.
For me PL and UCL are more than enough. If I take more challenges in hand, then I am pretty sure I will lose focus.

Safepal
Go to Safepal offcial website, check their FAQ or contact their customer support. Ask them how to do coin control for bitcoin with the wallet. If you do Google search you will be able to find many articles available online about anything on the internet. Use those resources to learn coin control.

Your keyword is Coin Control. How to do it with Electrum is nicely shown by bitmover already.
From the look of things, Safepal is a close source wallet although they didn't state it in the site but from the articles I read and my own understanding, it is a custodian wallet.
Safepal is a custodial wallet? I did not check my desk yet but as far as I know I have one safepal hardware wallet. A hardware wallet is none custodial, same as Ledger, Trazor. Even desktop wallet like Electrum. This is safepal official website: https://www.safepal.com/en/

From the look of things, Safepal is a close source wallet although they didn't state it in the site but from the articles I read and my own understanding, it is a custodian wallet.
You are right that Safepal is close-source,
I was talking about the information about how to use the wallet. If it has coin control, then I think their manual will have some type of instructions. Those bloggers and crypto writers who review wallet they will have some kind of tutorial tll.

1068  Other / Meta / Re: Can Bitcointalk Adopt the Web3 System? on: June 26, 2023, 03:34:52 AM
First, there's no Web3 project so far that has been able to build a plugin that will enable direct connection to a Bitcoin wallet (Not multi-wallets). So that could not be possible unless something changed in the future.

Hi nwanda. I'm glad you commented on my thread. Maybe you're right, security is the top priority in this forum. And using web3 is still too vulnerable for now. I don't know in the future
I am not going to install a browser extension and give it access of my wallet to login in something. May be web3 is something I don't understand but I am happy with the old school where I know how to keep my wallet secure.

If bitcointalk needs to do anything, then it's the new forum software we have in work in progress. Convert the current forum into the new forum software. But problem is, from the years we are waiting for it and I lost my hope that there will be anything we will see such thing ever. This old SMF is our only and last hope LOL

1069  Other / Meta / Re: Offensive words on the forum on: June 26, 2023, 03:24:49 AM
On the contrary it's now difficult to know users that are building accounts in order to earn. Besides those who are more interested in learning than earning will in the end still wear paid signatures. Before now, how to easily identify those who are only interested in earning is through the bounty. But now their attention is shifted to signature campaign, hunting for 100 merits.
I don't think anyone needs to study an account history before replying to a question or sending a merit. If the post worth merit then send merit without looking for who is behind the account, if the discussion is interesting then response it. Policing every account and trying to find fault in every forum account is just bad. It's pointless, makes the whole thing wrong about the concept of a forum. Obviously if something comes up undeniable truth then change your mind.

Keep it simple. Share knowledge and seek.

1071  Economy / Gambling / Re: l0tt0.com on: June 24, 2023, 01:20:39 PM
You can escrow a campaing budget worth of 1 to 2 months then refill it when the balance is dropping on a certain level. This will increase confidence your campaign as well as the casino because it proves the commitment of owner by spending a lot with their marketing here.
With a reputed campaign manager, I don't think for campaign manager, escrow is necessary. Everyone knows that campaigner under them is safe and they will secure your payment. However, for a campaign manager himself if he can manage to take the payment advance then it reduces the pressure in him. I think Chipmixer was the highest paying campaign and they never required escrow. When the payment time arrived they always sent it to the campaign manager, and he paid it from his wallet.

Although the use of few participants for the campaign is a good marketing strategy and since you said the campaign is going to last for a long it then means that the business will receive the needed audience and for the long term.
In any campaign especially in signature campaign, continuing it for long time gives better ROI. Unlike buying paid ads from ad networks, signature campaign are more like building a reputation on the community. Building reputation and trust takes time.
1072  Other / Meta / Re: A concise 2FA/TOTP implementation (SMF patch) on: June 24, 2023, 12:08:27 PM
Getting people to use 2FA here as an option is going to be difficult except for some core users.
I think it's more important to teach people how to sign a bitcoin address and encourage them to stake it on the dedicated thread we have: Stake your Bitcoin address here.

The forum has millions of users. We may have over 100,000 active users but on the thread we have only 590 pages of posts. Over 50% of the posts have quote from others of the address's posts, and more than 20% posts are discussion type of posts which means from the 590 pages only 30% posts contain bitcoin addresses staked.

I hate the captcha code and adding a 2FA is another kind of layer to face hassle. We need to encourage members to use stake your bitcoin thread more.
1073  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by a domain name "Buyer"... Sent me Bitcoin through a fake exchange. on: June 24, 2023, 12:00:05 PM
This is a common scam involving fake crypto exchanges. Scammers create websites and platforms that appear legitimate
~
The key point to understand here is that there are no actual Bitcoins in your account
This!
The "buyer" is probably not even interested in your domain name, all they want is for you to deposit 3k. Once you've proven to be a sucker, they'll ask for more and more until they bleed you dry. Don't do that.
I always wonder if these people really receive anything at all. To create the site, it cost them at-least a $100 to $150 and then they invest their time to find their victims. All together a small amount of money and a good amount of time invested.

Obviously, they are creative, but the creativity has been used in deceiving people instead of benefiting someone. If they could use their skill in something good, then everyone could be benefited from them. What a waste of time.

So folks, anyone up for helping me unstick this situation?
You may get the domain back by contacting the provider but if any Bitcoin sent then it's gone.
1074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Between futures trading and gambling on: June 24, 2023, 11:34:25 AM
On the other hand, gambling is a purely luck-based activity. You cannot control the outcome no matter how much you know and how much you have practiced.
I think it's not entirely true for sports betting. In sports betting a punter can study history, records, conditions, players health, emotional status of the playing team, opponents' strength and may more factors before making a decision. There are many tipsters [I heard, never found one though LOL] who have good records and their picks always perform. Even with spending one or two hours analyzing a team, you can somehow predict who will win or lose. Then you have arbitrage betting on your hand. When a sport better can control his emotion and know when to stop, I think sports betting is more secure than slots and casino games.

And if you are confused about choosing a coin on the market, you just have to choose Bitcoin and use it as an investment or you can trade. If you can't analyze, choosing investment over trading is better.
I tried to trade my bitcoin many times with the hope of accumulating my coins and every time I failed and lost my stash LOL. Holding is the best that worked for me and working.
1075  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: June 24, 2023, 11:25:08 AM
This will be a hero coming home if Mane decides to rejoin Liverpool.
The home coming is not always sweet. We saw Ronaldo had a bitter experience in Utd. Everyone was excited but at the end Ronaldo had to leave no matter who we blame. Liverpool missed Mane a lot in the last season and having him back will be great from fans point of view. I personally would like to see him rejoining us.

OP [Trofo], I think it's time to change the poll. 😉

1076  Economy / Gambling / Re: l0tt0.com on: June 24, 2023, 11:15:34 AM
it would be just silly to start with 20... the only reason to do that is to be loud.. i'm not loud, i'm strategic and in this for the long haul. ...time and pressure.
Marketing requires budget to spend wisely. If you do not have a budget for 20 or even more then there is no point to go for that. Quickly you will run out of funding and your business will be stuck.  On the other hand, projects who are spending 10K+ or even some unbelievable amounts do not mean they are not strategic. You started with five members, because you feel that's best for you. I don't think anyone should ask any question about it.

Putting budget aside, I personally feel like going all out immediately when the website just launched for public might not be a good idea. Plus, I'd prefer quality over quantity when it comes to participants.
The point is not to go all out. A budget of $500 per week for some may be a lot of money on the other hand a budget of $15,000 per week for some may be not even a pocket money. We have campaigns on the forum which started with over $5000 per week budget, started aggressive and still continuing, it does not matter that the quality is compromised. In fact, all campaigns looks for quality over quantity, and if it's a high paying campaign than they prefer the quality more.

Lucky me, I won today $50 playing with only $1 forth of Bitcoin!  Grin
$1 worth or one fourth of $1?
Even $1 stake to get a return of $50 is a very lucky shot. Congratulations.

1077  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Promotion methods. Dark & Bitcointalk? on: June 23, 2023, 04:06:52 PM
I'll be back here in a few days and for the most detailed answer I'll send $30 in bitcoin. Thank you for your attention.
Bitcointalk is in clear web and for dark web you need an onion version. But I don't think that's what you are looking for here.

Your one is an exchange, as far as I saw from the years of being in bitcointalk almost all cryptocurrency projects have a community in bitcointalk. Exchanges, gambling sites, mixers, even e-commerce sites advertised their project on this forum. Most of them are successful. Obviously, you do not have much understanding of so many things of the forum. Contact with an experienced campaign manager and seek their guidance.
1078  Other / Meta / Re: Why do you browse the forum without notification? on: June 23, 2023, 01:56:26 PM
How do people that doesn't use quotes or mentions notification bots browse this forum?
I don't use any notification bot or tools available by the users. I don't feel like to use one too. There are many boards in my ignore list, it filters my visibility of the forum boards. When you don't have many boards to visit, your eyes are more focused, and you know where your interest is. Sometimes I use the forum search feature and it's more than enough for me.

1079  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this a normal thing in discussions on this forum? on: June 23, 2023, 12:32:53 PM
Is this a normal thing in this forum discussion? I have nothing against differences of opinion, but I think there is no need to insult the interlocutor with insults for which there is no clear reason.
It's an open forum and anyone can use any language they want. However, we are civilized people, perhaps the most advance people communicate with each other. Advance in the sense that we are bitcoin enthusiasts. We understand the economy and can somehow predict that crypto is the future of all currency system. But majority people in the world do not even know that cryptocurrency exists. Those who know, from them majority still do not have anything in crypto. So, don't get offended when anyone try to make you down. I don't say it's the correct use but there are few things you can follow.

Ignore the person, try to communicate as low as you can.
Grow a better skin. No one knows you in person. Who cares what and who speaks something about you. No matter it's in your favour or not.

A respect between each other's does not do anything wrong by the way.

There is no way to contact them. Live support is dead, they don't ever reply.
Same thing on e-mails.
Looks like they are going to close down and simply don't care.
I don't know how true your side of story is but other day I read their representative and he clearly said they prefer communication via their live support and other supports available on their platform. Now if they don't take care their clients on their platform then something is missing.

Would you like to share the recent contact history you had with them?
