1061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DAO] (FOUND) ccFOUND- The First Worldwide Wisdom Marketplace on: May 31, 2021, 06:11:28 PM
I see your ICO will run for a long term. It's almost 9 months long.Hope this project will be successfully complete their ICO.

The common problem with long ICO duration is how are you going to convince those investors to take risk on your project? Because that period is too long, they are worried if they can ever get profits from their investments or not. Will the project be successful with their endeavors? From what I observed, sometimes it is better to buy when the token or coin is already in trading, as they fetch lower price than its ICO price. But it depends on the project itself. I am not saying that all projects go down after couple of weeks in trading. But you need to weigh your options and assess if you can afford to wait such time period and you have no assurance if they will ever hit it off in the market.
1062  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Issues. on: May 30, 2021, 11:39:36 PM
Bitcoin volatility is not an issue anymore for we have already know that it is its nature ever since it has existed few years ago. Now the challenge we traders are up into is to deal with such volatility and work into such difficulty and pressure to work on our side to be able to survive and gain profit from trading as well as investing with Bitcoin. Bitcoin is not perfect as many think it is but what is the important thing is can work into it gaining profit so we must just seize the moment for the volatility is a given variable for us to strive hard.

Volatility is already part of bitcoin or crypto market. So yes, it should not be a big discussion anymore. We already embraced such property of this currency. We just need to go around on this aspect and learn how to take advantage of this aspect. And volatility will be a very good feature how you can earn from this market if you know how to strategize your funds.
1063  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Give reasons why ETH is better than BSC on: May 30, 2021, 11:01:55 PM
I believe that ETH will reclaim it's glory back once gas fee issue is solved, there is also a big difference between BSC and ETH that will still make many prefers ETH, that's the fact that BSC is Centralized and ETH isn't.

for now bsc is the best even though bsc is decentralized but because of low transaction fees bsc is widely used by crypto users now. many users don't see the name factor of the platform but prefer one that provides low and fast transaction services. maybe if later eth transaction costs come back low then many users will come back to using ethereum.

BSC has come to light because of the high gas fees under eth network, which is a big burden for small traders. So right now, a lot of them don't care if BSC is centralized or not, as long as they are paying small fees. However, once ETH resolved their gas efficiency problem, a lot of them will go back again to this network. BSC has the advantage right now because it is also backed by the top 1 crypto-exchange in the market. So the trust is already there.
1064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Zilliqa: A scalable blockchain platform with througput of thousands of TX/s on: May 30, 2021, 09:05:03 PM
Polaris Sports Nets Exclusive NFT Deal Featuring Global Football Giants in Partnership with Zilliqa

Dropping on June 6, the 10-football star NFT collection will feature the likes of legendary striker Diego Costa and Everton FC and Colombia national team midfielder James Rodríguez.

-

This is very good news for ZIL holders. The more popular athletes that they can get, the better for this platform. Maybe reaching a new ATH will be next once this market recovers. Right now, they can forge as many partnerships as they can. I think these athletes would like to get in touch also with the NFT industry. This will be a lucrative source of income for them.
1065  Economy / Speculation / Re: MELTDOWN - if you don't sell now, YOU WILL LOSE MOST OF YOUR FUNDS!!! on: May 29, 2021, 11:57:30 PM
Threads like this serve a vital purpose in the wider ecosystem of crypto sentiment.    Be happy about the wild fear flickering in the panicked minds of the crowd, its a indicator of its own and helpful in determining direction and lack of purpose or vice versa to buying when the hype gets too much.
Ideally we have a consistent stream of negative threads and then its time to realize this is bullish and selling is apparent and present making buying likely decent value.

We will be seeing more of this if btc's price will continuously go down. However, if you are a believer of btc, you will take it on a positive note. Maybe, time to collect more bitcoin while the price is still on this level. The adoption today is very different than in previous years, so the chance of bouncing back is always there. Just a matter of time to see it going up and I guess, those people who are wishing bad for btc will regret that they haven't bought.
1066  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Naturally Defined By 4 Year Boom And Bust Cycles on: May 29, 2021, 11:35:12 PM
A cycle that has occurred 4 years bitcoin spike again. Bitcoin appeared in 2009 and has exploded in 2013, 2017 and 2021. If calculated according to this cycle, by 2025 the bitcoin price will reach a new peak. So right now we should invest in bitcoin while it is low and keep it for long. Hopefully this will be an important milestone to success when you buy bitcoin.

But you also have to consider that anything can happen in this market. The adoption is different than in previous years. It may not follow the 4-year cycle but the progress may come early. Who knows? This market is very unpredictable. Either way, we should always be ready for whatever may happen. But one thing, if you are in this market, make sure that you are allotting funds that you can afford. Because if anything goes wrong, your life's savings will not be burned.
1067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: New BSC Token - Wealth - WEA on: May 29, 2021, 11:02:12 PM
There is not munch to see right now as we just launched our token today.

In the next weeks we gonna publish our vision and plans for this token, as well as the whole distribution plan.
Token distribution to Holding Organisations and Founders will be public and fully transparent.
Right now this is in the very beginning huh? Sadly we should wait next week to see the vision and your project plan, hope to see you next week in this thread.

There shall be no possible Dump or Scam by big Investors and Dev/Founder Teams.
We are trying to avoid being hyped and print money for Devs as some of the biggest Competitors are doing.

Let's see how will you make people sure of this, don't tell me it's just limiting the purchases, cheap tricks like that don't work anymore.

In the first place, can they attract big investors here? Basically, anyone can say, there will be no pump and dump. So it is not assurance to their potential investors. What they can assure is if they have actual developments in place. They need to show actual progress of what they want to accomplish here.
Also, they need to fix their ANN first. The links are not clickable, better make it clickable so it is easy for the users here to check those links.
1068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: May 29, 2021, 10:35:38 PM
Gut tells me this is not over and doge is gonna be back and bring to pass another leg up. Possible target be $60 to $70. Has anybody noticed this altcoin season wasnt precisely a full-year season like 2017. It lasted only 4.5 months and it impacted only ETH which alone added 100% to the altcoin cap and a bunch of others followed but not all. Newcomer coins added some bloat to the altcoin cap too, look at ICP and DOT which did not exist in 2017 and these two havent gone up much but are valued at $50 billion. Other coins should catch the steam pretty soon and ordinary coins are known to perform the best when bitcoin ranges versus goes straight up.

Is that wishing too much? $60-70 per doge. I guess, aim for $1 first. But where can we see the updates about the possible collaboration of doge team and Elon Musk? Are they going to update the community here if there are real activities going on? Hope, Elon is not letting these holders to expect for something that it is not. Because, it will ruin a lot of people's expectations if such collab does not materialized.
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] ⚡AMEPAY- Crypto ⇌ Retail. IEO in BKEX + Listing in Bithumb Global 🔥 on: May 29, 2021, 09:49:47 PM
The amepay team still has time and in my opinion for now they have to really settle the payment. The bounty manager already has proof of the conversation which later can be used as evidence for us to upload and prove to investors so that they are careful because Amepay does not pay participants who promote their projects. I don't understand why they don't pay and continue to excuse
Amepay CEO said bounty distribution will take place 30th may but still no update yet. Many time bounty manager try to contact CEO but still not respons her message. I don't know they will distribute or not but we should patients till 30th may. Hunter work very hardly for promoting a project so i would like be happy if they will successful payment.

They already earned money from this project and yet, they are finding it hard to pay their bounty hunters. This is not a very good sign that this project will actually attain success in their chosen industry. They should have taken care of their hunters a long time ago. But if they will continue to ignore and will not respect what they had agreed with their hunters, I don't think this project is worth to watch out for. Not part of their campaign, but I don't like seeing projects not respecting even their bounty hunters.
1070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DubaiCoin (DBIX) on: May 29, 2021, 09:16:21 PM
This coin is already on the HitBTC exchange
DBIX was today removed from the HitBTC Exchange. But there are still miners online. Maybe they all dont know that they mining for nothing.
Example: https://dbixmine.pro/#/account/0x526f64877580982b8c6b105b76f39e3a0f7fbd47

I found this coin just on Whattomine und there is this dead coin still listed. Maybe it restart with another name? This will be the last hope for all investors.

HitBTC delisted it maybe it is because that Dubai Media Office also made an official statement that DubaiCoin was never approved by an official authority - https://twitter.com/DXBMediaOffice/status/1398022141065547778. And that the website may be a phishing attempt to steal someone's info. So they removed this coin in their exchange. Or is it because of low trading volume?
1071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we insist on "Test Transactions"? on: May 29, 2021, 02:21:17 PM
Imagine you're about to deposit 1 BTC to exchange that you never used before, and imagine they have some bug with deposit addresses. If you deposit 0.001BTC first, wait for transaction to confirm and then see that the balance wasn't updated, you would stress much less than just blindly sending the whole sum and ending up in this situation. There can be other hypothetical situations, so when you're doing large transfers and the fees are low, it won't hurt to make a test transaction just in case. People do the same with banks too.

This is one of the many reasons why people really do test transactions especially if you are dealing with new exchange or it is your first time to use such exchange. You want to use small amount of money just to see if their system is working, no bugs or any of that sort. Because even if it is your first time to use Binance for example, are you confident to send large amount of funds at the very first transaction? Knowing that their reputation is top-notch. Still, your worries may not be on their side, but more on your end, as you are thinking that you might make a simple mistake along the line. So if in case you made wrong move, at least only small amount is wasted. I guess, most of us went thru the same dilemma.
1072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Track Cryptocoin price on you mobile on: May 29, 2021, 01:31:50 PM
What would be your new offering to DEX users? Because if there will be no new feature, users will just stay from their trusted DEXs. Usually, the liquidity is the problem of a new exchange. So you need to consider that also if you can provide sufficient liquidity to the tokens that you will list or if you can attract those liquidity providers to join in your platform?
1073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] World's First DeFi Powered Bank on: May 29, 2021, 12:02:57 PM
@OP, you forgot to include the link of the website of this project. Only social media channels are included in your list. Also, if it has license to operate in EU and UK, does it mean that you will only accept clients from those areas? And if so, it will not be the world's first defi powered bank, unless, you will be accepting other customers from other parts of the world. After all, it is a DeFi ecosystem.
1074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you heard about another meme crypto "StopElon"?? on: May 28, 2021, 11:57:34 PM
It's not "another" meme coin. It's "another" shit coin. Yeah, you can invest over here, but expect to get scammed or lose whatever you have invested. Only few people maybe able to make profit off it. The developers are just taking advantage of the current events. Get greedy and lose everything. Trust me, we will see more of this shit coins soon. Coins like this makes the whole crypto market look like a joke. I would recommend not to invest here. All you would be doing is encourage more developers to make shit coins.

I am also certain that this project is not genuine to address their mission, but just to ride the hype and possibly to pocket whatever they will extract from naive buyers. If they want real petition, they will communicate with Elon Musk himself, in a sincere way of asking him to stop what he is doing. But creating another potential scam or crap project, I don't think that's the best approach on what they want to achieve. Better stay away from this type of project as it will only burn your hard-earned money.
1075  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is the fastest asset to hit 1 trillion marketcap on: May 28, 2021, 11:41:41 PM
Right. Bitcoin was the fastest asset to hit $1 trillion, after it came out in 2009. Total bitcoin transactions now total over $1 trillion.
That's because the bitcoin price hit a new all-time high on Friday. One bitcoin currently costs around $55,000 — and there are about 18.6 million bitcoins in circulation according to Coinbase. (The total number of final bitcoins available is capped at 21 million.)

I think you are not checking the current market price of bitcoin, currently, it is now at $35k range not $55k. But anyhow, it took about a decade for bitcoin to achieve this trillion  market cap in the market. Not many companies can have this kind of feat in a decade. Most of them are attaining this level in more than a decade of existence. However, the difference is that, bitcoin can be used in all parts of the world by all kinds of users. So maybe, this is the reason why it achieved this level relatively faster than most top companies. There are no borders in using this cryptocurrency.
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What about Litecoin? on: May 28, 2021, 11:11:49 PM
Well my biggest bag is litecoin currently and i think it must go up in the coming months.I mostly use this coins when doing business or anything else, its fast and fees are very low so for me its currently the ideal coin and i think its currently really undervalued, not much promos going around it or anything else, but it will jump

But the LTC devs are not really that active in posting their updates. Or maybe they are just waiting the right time to shine in the market. It is one of the old alts that I can say, pretty much established in the market. And I do agree with you about its economical fees and the fast duration of transfer. I hope, a lot more will utilize its features, even merchants or e-commerce companies. A very good alternative to bitcoin in the payment aspect.
1077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Iran bans Bitcoin too on: May 28, 2021, 10:14:16 PM
im sure if every country will make regulate this coin, the effect can make them shaky. it can make shake every economy country, and some of them ban to save their way. and people still use this coin, for investing or whatever it is to grow their life.

If it's only temporary ban, then i don't think there will be any impact from that, even if there is, it wouldn't be to significant. Ae you said, Iran is not that big name, not trying to look down Iran, but unlike china who hold a big power in the economy, and will be able to impact things, Iran doesn't have the same impact. Even, the dip from China is still bearable though, not that severe that we're desperate for it. I guess everything will be just fine.

impact just for that country.

And besides, I am not surprised with this move from Iran. This country seemed to move backward instead of forward. As you said, they have no significant impact in the market. Even if they totally ban the usage of crypto, a lot more countries are very open with crypto market. So it is not the loss of the market, but the loss of their people. They should think of the welfare of its people especially during this pandemic.
1078  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IDO] DroneCoin 🚀 The Cryptocurrency of Modern E-Commerce Platforms 🚀 on: May 28, 2021, 09:21:04 PM
Is this is a project that follows the current trend?, if so, then it's very natural that they do not display their team members on the website.
Sorry if annoying but what is "Hookah Industry"? The other four target markets, I can understand it, but I really don't understand the "Hookah Industry", what kind of industry is it?

You can check here to have a lil bit of idea - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hookah, it is type of smoking also known as shisha, if you've heard it.

Also, what exactly is the role of their trusted supporters here, the published logos of those companies? Are they backing this project financially? Also, it is better to publish their team members here if they want to explore those target markets. At some point, those industries would want to collaborate people with known names.
1079  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 1inch Network - a distributed network for decentralized protocols on: May 28, 2021, 01:52:51 PM
I also saw this news in the telegram channel. Smiley 1inch has entered into cooperation with the Mercuryo payment network and opened sales of DeFi assets for fiat money, users will only need the 1inch Wallet app installed on their smartphone.
https://blog.1inch.io/1inch-network-partners-with-mercuryo-e5bad894d026

This is indeed a very good development on their platform. They can attract more users as they are like catering these users the crypto services at their doorstep. If it is readily available, why not try, right? Especially those new users who want to try to get a hold with crypto investments. And with the increasing popularity of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, a lot of them are looking for easy options on how to avail these crypto coins.
1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Federal - First Algorithmic Stable Coin Infrastructure for Defi Lending on: May 27, 2021, 10:57:25 PM
Just to correct the title thread, this is not the first algo-based stable coin that I have encountered here in the forum. You can check this one - psyche.cash project - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5283530.0. They are algo-based stablecoin. But don't think, they are successful in this venture. Now, what would be the team's strategy to pull it off in the market by deploying an algo-based stablecoin?
