I think you're taking this way too seriously. Nobody is forcing them to wear skirts, and like I said above, most who do wear them will probably do it just for a laugh. People get outraged at the most insignificant of things and think there's an agenda in everything.
If you bother to look, this is not an isolated incident. Boys are subjected to this kind of psychological abuse all the time, all over the world, under the pretense of "gender equality" when the real goal is actually "gender supremacy". The first step to achieving this is destroying the boys before the become men, or completely redefining what they think his identity should be.

This is essentially just the paranoid conspiracy theorist version of events in my opinion. I don't believe there's some grand conspiracy to emasculate your children.

It's not about quantity but quality.

Shouldn't you be avoiding these type of topics, staying under the radar? "Quality over quantity" implies high quality but low quantity, which obviously does not apply to you. In your case, it is just spamming with some extra effort, I will give you that.

Now, can you resist yourself from spamming your 95th (and counting) comment for the day? Wink

Nope, you don't need to worry about me, but it's nice knowing you care that much that you're counting. I always find it ironic and hypocritical when people complain about this, especially comparing my recent posts to yours you'll see mine are either roughly the same length or longer than yours, so you obviously just have a problem with the number I do for whatever petty reasons, but well done for trying to take this off topic.

I agree with Olivier, "This is just denying feminine and masculine identity"

Putting men in skirts doesn't make them females, nor does women wearing trousers make them masculine, nor does it encroach on mine or anyone elses masculinity. People should be free to identify however they want.
10645  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 'Lift the skirt’ campaign urges French schoolboys to skip trousers for a day on: May 14, 2014, 08:22:18 PM
It's just a skirt. Most kids will probably only wear them for a laugh. I know I would've. Doesn't mean everyone's going to become a cross-dresser. I think people really shouldn't care whether a guy wants to wear a skirt or women trousers and vice versa. It's really not that important.
10646  Other / Politics & Society / Re: An complete argument for same-sex marriages. You can't prove it wrong on: May 14, 2014, 08:15:30 PM
So the entire Old Testament is bullshit and you don't listen to that part of the bible?

That question is invalid.

I don't follow Old Testament law.

In place of the Old Testament law, we are under the law of Christ (Galatians 6:2) which is to “love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind…and to love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37-39)

Sounds pretty gay to me  Grin. Seriously though, does loving your neighbour extend to your gay athiest ones too?
10647  Other / Politics & Society / Re: An complete argument for same-sex marriages. You can't prove it wrong on: May 14, 2014, 07:35:25 PM
The bible says a lot of things but I doubt I'd see you calling for people to be put to death for adultery, pre-marital sex, working on Sundays, kids disrespecting their parents etc etc.

Could you find me those verses in the new testament please?

So the entire Old Testament is bullshit and you don't listen to that part of the bible?
10648  Other / Politics & Society / Re: An complete argument for same-sex marriages. You can't prove it wrong on: May 14, 2014, 07:17:06 PM
I have a suggestion. We can declare some country as a homosexual-only nation and all the homosexuals can move there. They will be free to do whatever they want. And the rest of the population can live with peace.

This suggestion can be considered. Homosexuals are only 1% of the population, but they are creating nuisance to the remaining 99% of the population. It will be better if the homosexual and the heterosexual populations live separately.

Jesus Christ. Where do you get this shit from? 99% of people don't think like you or hold the same opinions. Homosexuals causing a nuisance? Wat? Is it them that's out doing all the crimes? I don't think I've ever been botherd by a homosexual in my entire life. They literally have no bearing or impact on my life and probably don't on yours. We can all live and coexist with all sexualities as long as people can get over their fear and pointless disgust and anger with them. Peace.

I agree, that we shouldn't judge others and we should coexist without anger towards them. Although I don't support same-sex relations, they're free to do what they want.

On the other hand, our nation was built upon Christian values and the bible says in Genesis 2:24 - "Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh."

The bible says a lot of things but I doubt I'd see you calling for people to be put to death for adultery, pre-marital sex, working on Sundays, kids disrespecting their parents etc etc. And like the user above said, it wasn't founded on Christian values, but even if it was that wouldn't mean anything.
10649  Other / Meta / Re: Paid Signatures Increases Likelihood of Getting Banned on: May 14, 2014, 07:12:08 PM
I wish banning policy is so clear cut. I have seen members, with a paid sig, spamming over 50 posts A DAY and still not banned, while another person made a few one liners and got the ban.

I think bans happen when someone reports the member to the mods. The mods do not have time to hunt for spammers.

It's not about quantity but quality. I don't think it'd matter if you made 500 posts a day as long as they're relevant to the discussion and constructive. And I don't think users have to be reported or 'hunted' if they're frequently making low-quality posts, especially in off-topic. Eventually they'll be found out.
10650  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-05-13] Bittylicious Enables Bitcoin Purchases Via Credit Card on: May 14, 2014, 07:06:42 PM
Ordered many coins from here and would prefer to use debit cards instead of bank transfers so this is good news, but what is 3D Secure enabled? I'm not sure if my card has that?

I think it's probably on most debit cards now, but I think you just have to set up a password which you enter before each transaction.

Unless it's a new feature I'm unaware of.

I like its open-mind to innovation and I was surprised, because the British are generally conservative

What? Please don't make mass generalisations on several entire countries of people.

10653  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anyone got a connect to a movie production company? on: May 14, 2014, 06:02:29 PM
Write the script then put it on the net or share it on here. I'm sure you could get it crowdfunded in bitcoins if it was good enough and people liked it. I'm also not sure if movie companies even listen to 'pitches' anymore and if they do it'll be incredibly difficult to get one, but if you've got a great script it'll probably find its way to them eventually.

I was thinking a low budget one would. I am not looking to get a meeting with warner brothers company unless they want to meet but yeah just a small company could do this easily just thinking about all the different sets. I have no clue what actors are paid or any movie work is paid really.

Maybe, but I think you'll need more than just an idea. What else have you got? I'd still write the script first. There's websites where you can read movie scripts to help you get a gist of what's needed. If you put it on the net and it's good, people will pass it around and it'll get noticed. I think it'd have to be pretty unique or have something new for a horror though. They've been done to death.

Well the person I am talking told me to first write a "treatment" then script. I just want to make sure people would watch it before committing to a script which is a lot of work.

It's a hell of a lot of work. Having an idea and putting it into a followable and readable script are entirely different things. Send me the treatment if/when you've done it if you want any constructive feedback. I'm a little intreagued to know what it's all about  Wink.

If we legalize homosexual marriage today, then tomorrow they will ask for homosexual adoption to be made legal. Next they will ask pedophilia to be made legal. This will never stop. I have a suggestion. We can declare some country as a homosexual-only nation and all the homosexuals can move there. They will be free to do whatever they want. And the rest of the population can live with peace.

Jeeze, that post was laughably ignorant. Why don't we create a country and call it Intolerant Island and all you type of people can go live there in peace? You can always move to a country where homosexuality is illegal if it bothers you that much. Maybe try move to a militantly Muslim country and see how much you enjoy their intolerance.

Morality is not an invention of higher intelligence.... just a thought for you.

I think you missed a 'not' from there, but don't worry cos I fixed it for you  Wink.

You've just used your own moral compass to past judgement, proving his point. It does not matter if you agree with each other or not as you are both not acting on pure animal instinct... Smiley

I literally have no idea how your drew that conclusion. How does what I said prove his point that there's an intelligent designer?
10656  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Society thoughts on cyberbullying, what do you think? on: May 14, 2014, 05:46:15 PM
Bullying is just a sugar coated word for harassment and assault that parents in particular try to use to cover up their children's crimes and make it sound less serious than it actually is and yes, with some of the shit I've seen, if the children involved were adults they'd go to jail or a mental hospital.

Yes, but they're children and they're still learning right from wrong, and they're not usually legally responsible for their actions. If a six year old kid put his hands down a girls knickers it doesn't mean he's a sexual predator and should be locked up like a rapist.

10658  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-05-13] eBay CEO Asked About Amazon, Bitcoin and Unpopular Seller Policy on: May 14, 2014, 05:36:43 PM
But what if they just purchase Bitpay?  Wink

The chances for that are too remote. Paypal is currently worth tens of billions of USD. Why should Ebay throw their weight behind a completely new payment processor, at the risk of losing the already established one?

If they had any decent business acumen it'd be worth trying to buy these companies whilst they're relatively cheap. Better to spend millions now on acquiring them than billions later. If Bitcoin is going to go mainstream then these type of processors are likely going to become the big billion dollar businesses of the industry.

Cant say about UpDown.bt ATM. But Ritz said they are in business since 1996 and sold lot of big businesses...

If Ritz said he was Satoshi would you believe him? If someone has been running successful businesses since '96 I would've thought they'd know how to conduct their business or handle criticism a bit better.

Just found that UpDown.bt is trying to book ad space on BitcoinTalk auction...

3 @ 3

This, I think, can be taken as an indication that he has bitcoin stash to fight with the other 2 biggies.

The only person who was disputing this was Ritz really. Funny seeing him attack the competition in the same way he was complaining about people originally being sceptical of him. As long as updown.bt is who he says he is then there should be no doubt that they have the money, especially considering the amount they are willing to throw at the Bitcoin Foubdation just to get their logo on the site.

You were banned for posting garbage to increase your paid signature post count.

Quit acting like you don't know it.

~BCX~

He doesn't even have a signature, paid or otherwise. I think it's probably an alt account just being used to build up activity. The user isn't really contributing anything either way though.
