10641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which alt coin will gain most value in 2017? on: June 15, 2017, 06:35:39 AM
You forgot to put Bitcoin on the list. When ethereum passes it, it will be an altcoin.
In this section Bitcoin is an altcoin not on any condition like Ethereum has to pass bitcoin to make it an alt.

Quote
Which alt coin will gain most value in 2017?
the first two quarters of the year Ethereum has performed well and will continue to do so
10642  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kraken stole my life savings on: June 15, 2017, 06:06:15 AM
Well, you went all-in into crypto market. Next time be more careful about it and don't invest more than you can afford to lose.

The guy didn`t invest anything,he just got scammed.
I don`t trust any exchange platform, even the big ones.
Making a 21,000 USD deposit into some exchange platform is a suicide.
Maybe the OP isn`t scammed and maybe Kraken are experiencing payment system issues.
Let`s hope so.
Even if  Kraken claims that their support is attending to more queries than ever before, a month is a long time to wait.
OP why would you deposit 21,000 USD without considering the risk involved...next time smaller batch payments should be considered
Have you been in touch with your bank to confirm if wire transfer was successful?
10643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: June 14, 2017, 09:33:14 PM
There are some regrettable moments i have had because of sports gambling... like betting $200 in btc on low odds of 1.04 which i lost

I have also lost money because of the "accept any change" option when i was betting on a soccer match and a goal was already scored a second after bet slip was submitted. so right now i stay away from such games
10644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty [IXT] InsureX blockchain-secured marketplace for Insurance Bounty Program on: June 14, 2017, 07:49:37 PM
Hey OP is InsureX  ICO live?
When I try to join the Crowdsale it redirects me to this dead end and why cant I see amounts of money invested in this project like other ico

10645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coin to invest in for a month? on: June 14, 2017, 07:29:40 PM
Want to see how much profit I can make in a month. What coins are gonna go up and why?
Investing about 0.1btc

Thinking one of these
COVAL
WAVES
NXS
LSK
For me the best investing choose ETH for this year because it is popular because the contract is increasingly popular ethereum where most ICO use ethereum contract to provide the requirements for their coins

I agree Ethereum looks to be the coin on centre stage and all new projects are basing their coins on ethereum smart contracts which is also giving it price boosts as demand continues to increase.
OP Still want to invest in a coin for a month... ETH is your coin Wink
10646  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to hit 2500 usd ? on: June 14, 2017, 06:23:44 PM
What is your prognostic?
A few days ago we were flying as high as $2900 now the price has dipped so low and we just might hit 2500 usd...
just wondering what's happening to bitcoin thought we had a correction already
10647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: June 13, 2017, 11:23:24 PM
Trading is better than gambling.
Gambling long term is high risk and result will be one, lose all money.
Trading is good for profit. You can earn a lot of coins

Trading is a lot better than gambling,in trading we can guarantee winnings based on pur knowledge, gambling doesnt have any basis.
Trading and gambling are the same..it all comes down to personal preference

both pose a risk of losing money and both require some knowledge to guarantee winnings.

You cant be a successful trader nor gambler without the respective information to make good decisions.
10648  Other / Off-topic / Re: how to reach 1btc on: June 13, 2017, 11:03:16 PM
im at $200 btc and have no skills to offer what can i do to get 1 BTC , if i was in a sig campaign how long would it take as a full member to get 1 bitcoin because i need to buy a established site which is profiting preferably a gambling site or something along those lines, what do you guys think about this?
If you want to get 20-30% profit from the amount of capital then immediately join for altcoin trading. All at risk or not at all. Joining gamling is just waiting for luck but trade requires analysis.
NO RISK NO GAIN! Altcoin trading has been said to be the best investment choice by many people but imo i think OP needs to do his due diligence to avoid losing his startup capital afaik trading is moreless like gambling and if OP is not ready to lose some then he isn't ready to win some!
10649  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What would you like to buy? on: June 13, 2017, 08:00:40 PM
ofcourse for me the best in the choices is the clothes in the choices, clothes is the most useful in the choices meaning that clothes are used in everyday life, and also the water i will first buy water than anything in the choices.
Is there an answer to this question At the moment, then this very second I want ice cream. But if you talk at all, I want to buy a car and own a house. And in general, my needs are very high and often incomparable with my earnings. But I try very hard and am eager to increase my income.
Do not despair friend, bitcoin makes peoples dreams come true and yours can also become true but you will need to buy and accumulate some bitcoins which you will hodl and wait for prices to go to the moon. When that time comes you will have enough money to buy all you dreamt of...
10650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: June 12, 2017, 03:48:27 PM
Give your vote to any kind of gambling, is that the betting on soccer games, playing poker, roulette, online gaming, live gaming....??
I just learnt how to play roulette and am enjoying it.

Then when the weekend comes I switch to bet on some soccer games and others sports games I have some knowledge on.
10651  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin hit 3500$ in 2018?  ??? on: June 12, 2017, 02:51:27 PM
Its looking more and more likely by the day that we will see $3500 and it could already be this month cause prices seem to easily rise 10 or 20% in under a week these days.

I know I will be holding out for much more than that and I think the sentiment is shared by most people as well.
Yes it will land at $3,500 as we can see now the price is good and near to land at $3,000 any moment from now. And once it started to get up at $3k we will be able to see and hope that the price will be making another increase very soon such as $4k and above that everyone is predicting.

Yes, already bitcoin price is touching more than 2900$ right now once it touches 3000$ bitcoin next target is more than 3500$ mark. Many big expectations on bitcoin because day to day more people are holding the bitcoin to make price stable.
Price looks to have dipped in the last few hours and trading at an average of 2,759 dollars across different exchanges and we still have time to see bitcoin rally for a new milestone of $3500 per bitcoin and our expectations are high and not impossible.
10652  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Pretty sure Kardiz/Coinzy scammed me out of $1700. on: June 12, 2017, 01:24:57 PM
UPDATE

I finally received a response from Coinizy/Kardiz about the matter.

They told me to contact their bank for a refund to their account and they will refund me the balance.

I'll make sure to keep this updated.

Fingers crossed 🤞
OP but why has Coinizy/Kardiz given you the task of contacting their bank when they know better that this is there job!
Hope this does not end in verification requirements before you get your funds back, good luck.
10653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Monaco Card Bounty Program - Earn Reward For your Support on: June 12, 2017, 01:12:09 PM
How does these Twitter payouts work? I have been signed up to the Twitter bounty for 10 days and retweeted all the tweets but I don't see any tokens.
You will wait until the end of the Monaco Card Bounty Program. Then the marketing manager of this project will start to calculate the total token against every participants task. Don't panic. Do your task until 18th June.
Is the 18th of june date for all bounties ? Unless you say this date is only for twitter campaign..
If you check here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1924985.msg19101079#msg19101079 bounty was paused for some time and from sig share allocation sig should be ending on the 22nd of June(next week) maybe manager confirm this for us...
10654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: June 11, 2017, 07:30:22 PM
There are a lot of life lessons to be learned from gambling..things like not to be greedy, practice patience and have a better judgement of things can all be learned from there
Gambling will also teach you on how to control emotions and make better decisions.
10655  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: June 11, 2017, 07:34:04 AM
Does anyone have any idea how many people are using gold as a store of value vs btc?  And how long do you think until we have the same user Base as holders of gold?
I honestly think currently we have more holders of gold than bitcoin and with so many cryptocurrencies the user base of bitcoin will not be greater than gold holders.
We should not expect user base to be the same any time soon.
10656  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: send bitcoin to bank wire (SEPA) on: June 09, 2017, 10:07:04 PM
Is there some service where you can enter IBAN / BIC (bank wire account number), send bitcoin to an address and then have magically the BTC converted to fiat and sent to the recipient's account?

Would be sometimes useful to pay bills.
I honestly think this is not possible without information were money is being wired to and they also have to abide by their AML regulations
Some information about the account holder will easily make this whole process much easier...
10657  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do islam hates people? on: June 08, 2017, 01:59:37 PM
Because of having lack of knowledge...
People basically see what in front of them, but they don't try to see the behind scenario. Every religion has a lot of terrorist party but only we focus on the Islamic party. Basically, no body can tell the actual true, every body is behaving like typical person... before doing blame, you have check it out both side.
I agree, lack of knowledge is the root cause of this belief that Muslims are the bad guys.
When in reality all religions , pagans included do bad things and later go scout free as others will be accountable for there bad terror habits.
Its okay to hate Muslims if they terrorized you or your family because we are human and are trying to pin the blame on something or someone but hate should come with evidence.

10658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What ICO are you watching next? for me BAT, TEZOS and STATUS on: June 08, 2017, 01:36:38 PM

10659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin transaction is fastest? on: June 07, 2017, 04:48:06 PM
Hello,

Simple question. Which coin transaction is fastest thrue exchangers?
Maybe ETH ?
Eth is definitely fast
creditbit is quite fast too, based on Ethereum algorithm and an ERC20 Token. Just wish we could see such speeds with bitcoin

Quote
How much time takes to arrive from one exchanger to another?
Usually with altcoins that have fast confirmation times the exchange requires a high number of confirmations
10660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Earn some bitcoins with ads on: June 06, 2017, 09:02:59 PM
If your traffic is comprised of unique vistors i think you better off using your own referal banners

and earn as an affliate, it wont be easy but that few hundred views should bring in a decent amount of btc
