It's the same thing as what the real economy. It is the law of supply and demand. The less demand and more supply the price will be low. The Big demand and the less supply the price will be higher. You are right! When there is demand for Bitcoin the price automatically increases but at some point it always need market correction in order to reach the higher price. People are deciding the price based on their requirement whether they want to hold or sell. |

To be honest I doubt that we are going to see much of a BOOM this year. We might see the price increase with say $1000 and then it will go down again with $1000 and so on. This will continue until most of the MtGox coins are dumped.
We might see a little bit of a break out to the end of October and during November, but it will go down again in December, when people sell coins to fund the holidays.
Exactly, there are many ways to dump the coin but now it is majorly affecting because most of the people till now holding are making the good amount of with Bitcoin, in the present condition of the market lot of Bitcoin are exchanging from weaker hands to holding hands. I must admit I felt a little strange the first time I went to a casino. Although gambling is a perfectly normal activity in these days, at that time it was still considered as a "bad" thing, or as an addiction. So when I was walking in the casino I actually felt like people would judge me because I was wasting money in luck games. We are also waiting for this to happen. There ain't much volume for this token though but this I think is because there are just not much supply for this and no one is willing to sell as much as they have. Exactly, most of the people don't have any wish to sell their coins in the market and that's why there is no volume for it. Maybe once they start the Itrade we can able to see huge volumes of this coin. |
