1081  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: March 11, 2015, 08:25:14 PM
does anyone know if primedice will ever launch another campaign?i only see for staff members..

They already launched a campaign. I believe instead of paying you for posts, they give your referral link a better percentage when people join.

Also, keep an eye out for bit-x. I heard their rates are dropping soon and Dadice will be the highest payout campaign.

it is not a signature campaign.

You can use the referral anywhere you want, including your signature, and the revenue is not directly related to posts

And PD is slow, so might take some years for the campaign to launch
1082  Economy / Services / Re: Need someone to make constructive posts on my accounts on: March 11, 2015, 08:23:01 PM
Have about 6 accounts for posting, need about 100 posts per day on them. Constructive and proper English only.

I'm willing to raise the bounty to BTC0.6 per week, since I understand it's a big task.

100 posts by day will most probably cause the account to be banned. Only few ones like hilarious can do it and avoid being banned.

So I guess you probably will lose them all and receive no revenue cuz of them all will be banned
1083  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many confirmations until i can re-send the money on: March 11, 2015, 08:18:36 PM
You can send your BTC away after 0 confirmations if you export the private key and use any other wallet. This is really easy so everyone should be able to do it.

no wallet will spend non confirmed transactions.

You will need at least one, otherwise double spending would be too easy
1084  Economy / Speculation / Re: $350 by Sunday on: March 11, 2015, 08:16:10 PM
for days BTC is about to break 300 but nothing.

If 300 still holding by the end of weekend I guess we might see a serious dump
1085  Economy / Speculation / Re: RISINg BTC on: March 11, 2015, 08:00:08 PM
price is rising because people are not that afraid of the bear market, so are buying more btc.
1086  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else who care less about bitcoin now than before? on: March 11, 2015, 07:55:46 PM
So I started with bitcoin a couple of months ago. In the beginning, I would watch charts and do all the things that someone else would do if they were new to bitcoin. But since 1 month, I have stopped checking the charts and reading threads here and news about bitcoins. I simply care less now than before.

I think it's the depressing price that made me care less now because it's not as fun as before. When bitcoin hit around $420 one day, I thought about buying more, since then it's just gone down and down and a bit up and down etc.

Is there anyone else like me? I think I will start to watch charts once the price goes up to what I would refer to as "normal prices - the $350/btc range". In the end, I just hope it will rise to $1000/btc and more, but that seems to be a dream more than reality.

Maybe you cared more at first because it was a new thing to you?  Also perhaps you've realized its either going to the moon or the ground.  You could make a bit of money trading in between but why bother causing yourself the stress, far better ways live.

Everyone cares alot more when something's worth $1200:

It's called greed.  Happens to be the best of us, myself included.

funny you saying it using a Gox charts

(Gox coins are worth 0 right now)
1087  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: In 2015, faucets are bad for bitcoin on: March 11, 2015, 07:47:57 PM
In 2015, faucets are not bad but 100% DEAD for bitcoin
Nope, as someone mentioned, beginners benefit by getting some free satoshi to play with, plus people living in Africa will benefit too. They will big time too from sig campaigns, given their english is competent.

there are signature campaigns for newbies that pay 1k satoshi/post or so.

How long would take to faucet 1k Satoshi(I guess more than the time required to write 1 post)
1088  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 11, 2015, 07:24:06 PM
i think we have reached our peak already for this pump. dump time again.

no.

we are about to break 300 again.

And this time with no moon countdowns
1089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ATMs to withdraw bitcoins directly form bank account on: March 11, 2015, 07:18:57 PM
Whenever I hear the the term Bitcoin ATM, first thing that comes to mind is a regular ATM where I can select to withdraw my money in bitcoins instead of cash. However, as far as I know none of the bitcoin ATM's do that. Instead they deal exclusively with bitcoin-cash conversion.

I'm curious - do ATMs where you can withdraw bitcoins from your bank account exist anywhere in the world? If not what could be the reason why they don't exist?

is there any bank that deals directly with BTC so ask for a bank account - BTC would make any sense Huh

strange question

1090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: wot if blockchain got to 100 terabit wot then on: March 11, 2015, 07:16:04 PM
by the time something like that happen, our storage will be much larger, 100 tera would be the standard

just buy a bigger storage, no need to worry about this

this might happens if the user base grows near 100M people.

I can see it happening before 100 tera storages become standard, and considering that most people take a while to upgrade their computer
1091  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What if blockchain shortens password field on: March 11, 2015, 06:58:52 PM
My offline wallet has a around 25 character password for me private key starting with 6

wot if in the future blockchain and other sites shorten the password field to 10 characters will my wallet be doomed forever because at some time in the future i will sweep the funds from it

Huh

why would blockchain do it?

To give people more reasons to blame tehm when their coin disappear?

NO, they won't do it
1092  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin finally breaks $300 on: March 11, 2015, 06:48:28 PM
It's just kinda strange Huh

I convert it on google it's said 296$, But
When i do convert it on Preev it's said 294$...

So, Which one is true? Preev? or Google?

But, it's really broke 300$ 3 Hours Ago, Based on Google's Database
And meanwhile at Preev it's stuck at 200$-250$ 3 Hours Ago, It's kinda confusing Huh

considering that there are maybe hundreds of exchanges around the world, each one with different prices, I guess both are right since the range of prices are reasonable
1093  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 11, 2015, 06:39:59 PM
Price should be $400 if it wasn't for the USD being so strong...

if US dollar weak then people might be afraid to invest in assets considered by most people of low risk, like BTC.

So I guess it might not be the main reason
1094  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: March 11, 2015, 06:36:00 PM
Bit-x has reduced its pay rates.

Where it is posted ? If it is some where please provide us the link, and dont post if you dont know about any thing. I think its the bug in the site and it will be corrected soon.
yeah it's real
that was bad news, for sure Sad
you can check from http://bitsig.website/beta/
Sr.Member like me get pay 0.0011 per post, reduce 0.0003

That's pretty surprising given the fact that just yesterday dadice made their first payment and all went smoothly (IMO).  Additionally, there's the fact that as of last week bit-x was explicitly advertising against dadice's campaign saying "our rates are better".  I can't help but wonder if there's something regarding the marcotheminer ban which is related to this.  By the way, is he back yet?

there is a chance that the rates has been reduced only for users with high rate of insubstantial posts.

But we will only be certain once Marco is back
1095  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin surpass 300 in the next 24 hours? on: March 08, 2015, 01:19:54 PM
Should I sell 1 BTC now? Or should I wait until it reaches 300$? Will this happen?

what was your buy price?

anyway weekends are boring
1096  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think Buffett was right? on: March 08, 2015, 01:15:52 PM
at least is he coherent.

BTC is not the kind of investment that someone that follows buffet's philosophy would pick first.

You know, no dividends, nothing tangible, etc
1097  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Are faucets profitable on: March 08, 2015, 01:06:24 PM
no they are not profitable

if they are not profitable then why they still operate, and why people still open them and even offer faucet creation as a service Huh
1098  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 08, 2015, 12:59:24 PM
