Even in premier league you will see few club that dominate the league , it cant be avoided at all. The winner receive more prize then everyone else therefore they will always be few steps ahead in building the team. So if they consistently keep on getting better each year that means they will keep on dominating it Yeah but not only for two team like in spanish league for barcelona and real madrid maybe atletico can show their can compete only in several years. now and then there is team who will do something for past few season that is atletico and i see that they have everything to take the title Based on the first two matches, I dont think Atletico is able to compete with Barcelona & Real Madrid this year. They did not even able to win against Leganes & Alaves. another striker? i don't think barcelona are really need more striker at this time. the transfer are not yet officially done , but yes Paco Alcacer have passed Barcelona medical check which means the transfer will be done very soon. i guess paco alcacer will go loaned out by barcelona as he still young and need more time to play. As long as trio Messi-Suarez-Neymar still there, then there is no chance for another strikers to get the main position unless one of them get injured, even though the player is loaned and play well in his new club. Bojan Krkic and Ibrahim Afellay are the best examples for that. Paco Alcacer not gonna be loan out from the club , Luiz Enriquez has the confident in him. Las Palmas done extremely well , they made it so easy against Valencia and Granada.
