You would need to understand what Meta Trader 4 is. It allows you FOREX type trading. The spreadsheet itself allows you to understand how much risk you can take and coincides with the leverage that you can use which is 3X your initial investment.

Yes leverage seems to be set to 3 by default, can I change that?

What do I need this spreadsheet for if I allready have a tool for technical analysis (e.g. MT4)?

Am I correct that block eruptors are only useful for SHA based mining?  With Bitcoin valuation going up so far unless you have MegaHash hardware you can't really get a ROI.

Yes sha 256 only, but other coins use that as well, though they are not valueable enough to make up for the energy costs. But that can change ofc.
High Bitcoin value is a good thing for miners, because it means their mined fractual bitcoin is worth more. His stick does ~330MH/s and costs ~2,5 Watt in energy depending on the energy costs 330MH/s = less BTC than you need to pay for 2,5 Watt.

The Achievement:
I have made an amazing discovery and spent a year trying to talk everyone I know into helping me with my solution for compressing 99.8% of all data out of a file, leaving only a basic crypto key containing the thread of how to re-create the entire file from scratch.

What you describe sounds like a very primitive compression method with a bit of "the engine just knows" magic.

Here is the whole thing boiled down a succinct as I can make it.   There's no magic here.  

Import data, convert to binary.  Save.  Re-import binary, convert to Layer 1, letters a-H (aAbBcC... etc) according to the Table above.  The file will double in size.

 Save.  Re-import and begin Layer 2.  Encoding will begins here.  Encode 1st chunk of 1024K using Crossword Grid alignment, 20 spaces per row.

When a match is found, replace topmost row's match with unique identifier that means the same thing to the 2nd Layering engine as the match found.  For example "aa" is replaced by "i"

Now delete the bottommost match, leaving an empty space (the compression/encoding).  Now shift the whole array to the right, displacing that empty space, which now becomes a zero at Row 1 Column 1.  Now continue forward.

 Find all matches until the last line is (the last 20 cells are) reached.

At the last line, no more compression can be done because there isn't a line under it to compare to.  What we are left with here is essentially a boiled down key.  Nothing more can be done with this chunk.  That key is saved inside the file we are building as such:

Where the first block above is the topmost last line to the halfway point of the line and the 2ndmost line is the bottommost line to where it ends halfway (20 spaces total combined) and the final part is a message to software that 1004 zeros precede those two keys.

Now the engine counts how many zeros are in the block before the first actual piece of data to know how many iterations it had done to reach that final sequence.  It counts the zeros, here we see 120 zeros total.

The engine is told the key goes on the last line plus the number of zeros (empty spaces) that were left over. Now having figured out how may iterations to start from backwards, it begins comparing data back out, starting by re-ordering the entire sequence to the left.  So the key would actually look like this:

Which we can easily see the last line because the G and the a are not overtop of each other, meaning this is indeed the true last line.  Depending on how good the compression is, the last line can occur anywhere in the block, as such :

As long as the block is totally intact and none of the pieces overlap, it is complete.  The reason we need to know how many empty spaces were left at the end is so we can separate how many iterations occured with how many empty spaces were left, since not all the zeros here mean iterations.  

I hope you can see this as clearly as I see it in my head.  Its efficient and would totally work.  I hope you will be able to see that by studying this.

Gut wäre dann gar nix, denn dann hätte er die letzten Wochen umsonst gemint, da die nix mehr auszahlen, seit dem hack.  Tongue

Also ich find es dann immer noch gut das er den PC nicht für ~35k € gekauft hat. Lieber ne Woche n bisschen mehr Strom verschwenden als zu viel Geld in die Hardware gesteckt.

Safe for what? Transmission of the shared secret is a known vulnerability, thus its not safe against "shoulder surfing attacks". Also "man in the middle" attacks are possible where someone is intercepting the one time passcode, which leaves a ~ 30 sec. timeframe for an attack.
Also you have to trust Google not to give your shared secret to anyone else.

Gmail seems to have some fans but I'm not sure I'm comfortable giving Google my phone # , knowing they scan content, partner with the nsa and build user profiles that they sell.   Still I know many people use it and other Google services

Also, thanks to others for suggestions but what can I do to ensure that I am not clicking on a site that will result in my pc being infected with malware?

#1 use noscript for firefox or aquivalent for your browser. Chrome has some good build in mechanisms that work similar.
#2 dont click random links, if you think that the link refers to this forum copy the part besides the main url and type the url by hand. e.g. instead of clicking on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=366340.0, copy "index.php?topic=366340.0" type bitcointalk.org and paste behind it. That way you are allways 100% sure go to the site that you think you do.
If you dont know the site you want to go to put it in your favorite search engine (might want to use ixquick or duckduckgo [both are german, but im sure you can find an englisch google proxy] if you want to keep a low profile on google)
#2.b this means never ever click a shortened link, you have no way of knowing what is behind it unless you click it. If someone gives you shortened link ask nicely for the full link, if you dont get one, well try to find the page with the given context.
#3 keep a good antivirus software up to date or use an OS that is not a common target (basicly linux or openBSD)
#4 keep your OS and software up to date, some updates work automatically, some dont, make it a weekly happid to check for new versions of the software you use, this limits the risk of old and well known vulnerabilities.
#5 you can never be 100% safe, thus make a paper-/ coldwallet and use strong passwords

oh and
#6 use different passwords for every login, yes this gets annoying, but if your super duper safe password gets stolen on badsecpage.com it can not be used on everything else.

If you are not willing to pay for these services, how will they make money? Probably by selling your profile like all the other free mail services.
