- Fixes dust issue, avoids microtransaction attacks on blockchain
- MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE, ISSUES MAY BE ENCOUNTERED IF YOU STAY ON AN EARLIER VERSION

FIXED! Commands like 'getmininginfo' crash on certain versions of windows. Client still works, but cannot use particular commands. Working on a fix, if someone is good at compiling QTs for windows please message me.
If someone can help me with this I will provide a 200,000 DOGE Bounty.
