At the end of the first half I thought that we are going to be witnesses of another surprise, but Cavs manage to get back in the game. Kyrie was responsible for that. I often think that he is a bit suffocated by Lebron. We could see how great and unstoppable player Irving is with all those `street skills`. I enjoyed watching him last night. When `Big Three` are on their highest level, very hard for anyone to play against them. Boston just has no power, such a shame. They could make this series so interesting.

I was on the road by that time and just looking for some updates and I forgot to see that there are people that posting live videos through facebook. And as I watched I thought that Boston Celtics will get that game but still Lebron plays differently with those guys together with his team mates Irving did played well.

Irving and Lebron really elevate their game in Game 4. If Boston Celtics win though, the complexion of the game will really chance. But I still believed that Cleveland will eventually eliminate Boston, its just what game they will finish the C's.

Well see what will happen tomorrow. But many are already guessing that their favorite will be Cleveland Cavaliers. It will be a re-match again to the finals with Golden State Warriors. I wonder on what preparation the Golden State Warriors are doing right now while still watching for this brackets winner.

Cleveland will definitely want to end the series with Boston in the next game. Golden State has been waiting and have enough rest. So they don't want to extend the series more so that they can get rested as well with the Game 1 begins with Cleveland. Let see how Lebron will response again in this game, let see if he still has the killer instinct to finish the Boston Celtics.
10962  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: May 25, 2017, 02:11:51 PM
Do you think the richest families or personalities in the world would be interested in using bitcoins??
And if so, would that be a good thing for us small people or negative??
I mean rich people are capabale of so much things, so it makes me wonder..

That's why with the rising price, bitcoin now become a rich's man playground.

Maybe not all the richest person are into bitcoin, the there are few who has been attracted to it because it becomes a safe haven as investments. Well for us small time investor, we can still go and buy bitcoin but our purchasing power will only be small but we are satisfied because that is the only amount of bitcoin we can buy. That's why is better to buy in just small portion and accumulate it overcome.
10963  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-05-25]In China, the First OTC Bitcoin Trade Over 20,000 RMB on: May 25, 2017, 01:18:31 PM
Chinese trading has changed from the very moment the exchanges there have been subject to all kinds of ridiculous regulations. It's not for nothing that the P2P market has exploded in a very short period of time. People are sick and tired of all the nonsense verification steps they have to walk through in order to make use of an exchange. Seriously, recording yourself on camera with your ID next to your head is beyond insane. I am glad the western exchanges aren't being forced to abide by these barbaric rules.

I have in that kind of verification here in the Philippines but it was approved without any hassle. I know tighter regulations has been put in place by PBoC just to check everything is according to the rules.

And it looks like they are back in the trading scene and recording first 20,000+ RMB bitcoin trade. Such amount only mean that want to be back and be relevant since Japan and South Korea has taken over. I think we just have to wait and see if the Chinese has still has it, in terms of influencing the price of bitcoin.

10964  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Chinese come back.... Moon? on: May 25, 2017, 12:40:53 PM
But if you think they can go back and just manipulate the price, unlikely now. Japan has trading bitcoin ever since they embraced and because the no. 1 nation now in term of trading volume. Also South Koreans are also going crazy and even some of their exchanges has higher premium as compared to other exchanges. Of course we love the Chinese for what's its worth. But what I don't like about them is the fake volumes they doing before. But since Japan is now the leading nation in terms of trading volume. The impact of the Chinese will be limited now.
10965  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Manchester explotion terrorism attackż? on: May 25, 2017, 10:30:35 AM
Well, they've already identified a suspect so this pyrotechnic theory is out of question. Not unless of course they switch and suddenly say that they mistook a pyrotechnic malfunction for a suicide blast. That'll be quite a stretch that even real sheep won't believe in.

They've already made the usual vigil, interfaith prayer and pep talk from the mayor. What remains to be seen is how long will they be able to keep the next one from happening. As the London mayor has said, this is already a fact of life there.

The perpetuators has already been assimilated that's why they are hard to isolate who' who now in the general public. Yeah, its sad to hear that its gonna be a daily part of their life. There should be a major policy shift here because Great Britain now has been a haven to breed terrorist. They have started this problem when accepting refugees and the one that suffers is the people, casualties of terrorism that can be prevented if they only put a tighter law to control them in the beginning.
10966  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: May 25, 2017, 08:35:04 AM
If you looked at the current price, and been saving bitcoin for the long term. You are going to very very happy to see the result of your patience for not selling your bitcoin and just keeping it safe. So its really worth to have bitcoin as investment and we already learnt that it is best to really hold on for the next couple of years. Specially the next halving activity is about 3 years from now. So for those who have money, bitcoin will be a safe haven for you and buy it now and let it sleep on our wallet wait for the next halving and see your investments grow.
10967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: May 25, 2017, 07:39:56 AM
I just heard reports saying that Lebron was sick for the third game which explains his abysmal performance that day. Boston have no chance to win any other game in this series.
Well, you know LeBron. He is full of shit. Everytime he is on bad performance. He is throwing that alibi. I remember when the first match at the finals between GS and Cavs. Everytime they loss. He is making alibi. That's why i don't like this guy. Expect more alibi like this when they face GS at the finals.

LOL. You either love him or hate him. Its normal for any sport athlete to make alibi's if they lost. Its part of the game. Maybe he is telling the truth that's why his performance was affected. But nevertheless, we should just enjoy the game specially with them fighting GSW for the NBA championship again. We gonna see him against Durant and for sure they will duel scoring wise and try to outdo each other.
10968  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin job or manual labour in crack city? on: May 25, 2017, 06:05:26 AM
Well the only problem I see is that you are always under the influence of weed and that make you decision clouded. Why not try to quit, focus on your bitcoin activity or computer programming and see what the result maybe. It looks like you are one intelligent dude so make use of your brain instead of your brawn. I'm sure if you can just stop your bad habits, pretty much earn a decent money through bitcoin and can totally forgot all about drugs. Goodluck to you!!
10969  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are bitcoins worth to become a career?? on: May 24, 2017, 05:52:31 PM
If i talk about myself , ya today bitcoin is really worthy as career as now i am earning bitcoins more then what i am earning in my day job, and even bitcoin has given me lot of options and career way of developing myself and now i am giving lot of skill work learned by this forum.

I agree with you. It has given me a opportunity to earn through signature campaigns and trading. And used this additional cash flow to my business. And to tell you honestly, I'm thinking of giving up my offline business and seriously focus more on my trading to earn more. But all the advise I get from anyone is that not to stop my offline business and continue it and just made bitcoin earning as a sideline. So for myself, yeah, it can be career for some individual.
10970  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-05-24]Bitcoin Price Blazes Past $2400 and Higher in Japan, India and South on: May 24, 2017, 04:48:16 PM
Mostly the price surge is brought by the Asia's big 3. Japan, India and South Korea. They are literally pouring money into the bitcoin ecosystem peaking at high's $3000. I really don't know what to expect or speculate if the price rise will continue. There will be corrections, this is part of bitcoin price but I don't know when will this happened or what will be the correction price. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the result and just hoping that we can all sustained it in the future.
10971  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Terrorist siege in the Philippines. on: May 24, 2017, 03:37:30 PM
They are not ISIS they are just attention seeker they want to get the attention of international group called "ISIS" to have fund to their activities they are the Maute groups the one who plant a bomb on night market davao hoping that after the declaration president duterte will force all his trops to kills those animals who killed 9 christians already.

They are ISIS inspired group. I remember I put up a thread about this Maute group in the Philippines a few months back. I think they are trying hard to be recognized by ISIS. They attacked Marawi City, but the latest news says that the terrorist is now fleeing but it will take days to be cleared because snipers are present and IED's along the way. I don't know but the timing of the attack coincides with the Manchester bomber so I don't know if this is a coordinated attack. Even President Duterte cut his Russian Trip short to go back to Manila and personally see what is going on. I'm sure he is so pissed right now that he want to shot this terrorist.
10972  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you enjoying the crazy Bitcoin price rise? on: May 24, 2017, 03:08:43 PM
I'm enjoying it  too. Because everyday you wake up with bitcoin price soaring high, new ATH. It makes me happy seeing my investment more than doubling now, and my trading transactions getting big profits as well. That's why I'm not selling if already break the $2000 barrier, because I speculate that the price of bitcoin will still increase in the coming months. And I don't want to look back and regret saying that I should not have sell my bitcoin when it peaked at $2000. So hold, hold is the battle cry now.
10973  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin Start Up Finance Based On Islamic Sharia on: May 24, 2017, 02:27:15 PM
Well majority of Muslims are unaware of the current banking system. Interest is strictly forbidden for muslims, i have many friends, I have all asked them one simple question, "Do you know how does the banking system work?" All of them surprisingly did not have a single clue, We all know that the banking system is based on interest and when i revealed to them, they got shocked. But their response is usually that they can't do anything about it, It has become a norm to use the fiat, They can't buy stuff from local store etc. Which is kind of true, I believe if the awareness is spread among the Developing countries like Indonesia, India, Pakistan etc, Bitcoin's Price could Sky Rocket 10x or even 50x, But only if the awareness is spread. well that's my opinion.
but there are a lot of banks that are operating in Muslim countries. even some countries are claiming that they are working according to the slamic sheri law. for example, United bank LTD, Habib bank LTD, National Bank. Allied Bank, Muslim Commercial bank. Bank al islami. First women bank, Khyber Bank. Bank of Punjab and many more are operating in a Muslim state.

Banks are only here to fool people.. They have successfully made people believe in a worthless piece of paper.. Do u think it is hard for them to fool ordinary muslims? The basics are all same.. They all charge interest and give it a different name..

Without investigation, we can't say that they are charge interest and give the different names.
I think if they are doing good work for the Muslims than it is great, because they are better for me and you, because they are doing that work only for helping the poor people.
But now i have little knowledge about them, but i will study about them and read them in detail and search about it.

I have done my research mate. They use the term "Riba" which is just another word for interest. I have done quite a hefty research on Banks, So i know what i am talking about. People are not aware of it period.
An Islamic Banking that doesn't charge interest and truly apply Islamic syaria applies rule in mode of transaction for example. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syaria not apply interest. I talked to one of the employee how to buy a house via this bank? They say no third party just two party customer and seller. The bank acts as the seller. First, the bank buy the house, and sell to the customer in credit payment. For example I buy a house for 300 million worth. The bank buy the house from the first owner, then keep the house certificate then sell the house to me 350 or 400 million in credit for 10 years. That's not riba. I don't lend money from bank but I buy house in credit.

What ever makes you sleep at night better.. Buying a property for 300 million and selling it for an instant 350 million is an interest.. It would have been only truly islamic if the bank bought the house for you and didn't make a instant profit of 50 million.. Just different tactics used by them nothing more..

What ever spin you put on it. It still interest and the bank gets percentage of the outstanding loan. No banks in the banking history has survived without charging any interest for their customers. And I agree with the poster above me, It could have been truly Islamic if the bank has charge 0% interest, but it didn't happened because they have to earn from it and that is how the banks around the globe works. Sad but true.
10974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: May 24, 2017, 09:06:49 AM
I think the main reason why we still glambling is being greedy. Even we always want to stop but they want to play in a consequence that want to win a money for next game. This will be a big problem, if not you win you will turn to stress and borrow some money to others and lost some time to our family. At the end you will have nothing.
We have different reason why we gamble but for many of the gamblers it is money, we cannot deny that because we will get the satisfaction of fun if we will also win. Because of that we are putting our time to analyze on how to win because gambling could give us an income that we can never get by just working alone. We have dreams for our future and sometimes we forget that gambling is created for fun and not for source of income.

Because those gamblers who think that they can get steady income through gambling is blinded by the amount of money they think they can won. So they take chances thinking they can win, but no, this will not be the case because you can only win at a certain point, then next will be very frustrating because you loss. Admit it or not, we all have experience this and most have made a decision to stop before it ruined their life, while others still dreaming of winning big someday.
10975  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin for $5000? on: May 24, 2017, 08:34:38 AM
at this rates it's not so out of qustion to think that 5k might be possible to reach, within this year, but the question is does it hold at that level or return back? a value that can't hold there and it's not stable it's not a good value

not sure if this increase is genuine or manipulated like many other we had in the past, need to wait and see the outcome, but really it's all about the adoption and block issue at this point, if either of these two get "fixed" you have a big value coming for sure

I think the major stumbling block we face are the scaling issue resulting in high transaction fees. The $2000 mental barrier has been check, and we are all saying that its not possible but within a few months we touched that price. I think the next mental barrier will be $5000, but I doubt we can achieved it this year though. I think the price of bitcoin is really pushing and might get to the peak that we need some correction. Of course, who doesn't want it to get to $5000 but I really having doubts that we can get it, but not this year, but possibly in the next coming years.
10976  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Duterte's promise to get rid of drugs 29 days left on: May 24, 2017, 07:06:19 AM
For me his promise to get rise of drugs in our country is still not yet fulfilled although is has reduced to significant numbers. Many big time drug suppliers were either killed or imprisoned. But I believed that there is still drugs specially in the province. I think he should do his promise until the end of his terms. Philippines has already a worsening drug problem when he came into office so I doubt a lot can be done in 6 months. Although the EJK continue to haunt his administration, for me he did a better job to combat drugs as compared to previous administrations.
10977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Criminality and Bitcoin on: May 24, 2017, 05:35:29 AM
Even before bitcoin was introduced to us by Satoshi, criminals has used various ways to make illegal activities. This is also the case with fiat as well. So don't blame bitcoin for the increase crimes. criminals will be criminals no matter what. They just found bitcoin and exploit its "flaws". Will criminals be caught it ever they used bitcoin. Absolutely. They putting a red paint of bitcoin as if those criminals using it can't be caught. They are looking bitcoin in one side only and they are biased. They should also look at how bitcoin can be used in other aspects financially, not just in illegal activities.
10978  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Dmitry Bogatov arrested by Russian authorities on: May 22, 2017, 04:09:09 PM
Wow. Dmitri Bogatov was arrested for running a Tor node in Russia? And he will be charged with Terrorism? This looks like Putin is purging is constituents. With the Tor node down in Russia, Russia can't go online without being anonymous. He remains in custody at this time and I hope we will be found not guilty as charged. Maybe you guys are right that Putin is clamping down anyone who is against him and he wants to stay in power as long as he can.
10979  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it worth buying bitcoins now? (2000$ /btc) on: May 22, 2017, 02:33:42 PM
There is now a new saying If you are trading bitcoin.

"Buy high, sell higher". LOL. Looks like we will not see bitcoin going down in the next couple of months. So it you are going to wait for It to go down, then you will might loss opportunity to make profit out of your investment. So for me, I would say that it is better to buy bitcoin as the opportunity to gain good dividends is there. I speculate that the price will really go up and can be sustained in the future. Australia will also enter the picture in July 1. Japan, China and South Korea are hugging all the bitcoin they can get and influencing the price of bitcoin to go further. You don't need to be a market analyst, just buy it now.
10980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: eth's market cap reach 50% of btc, will it overreach bitcoin? on: May 22, 2017, 01:24:04 PM
A 6-year old bitcoin investor shared his stories about investing in altcoins. And after constant failure, he insists that no altcoin will surpass bitcoin, at least not in this life. As a friend of Vitalik, he says eth is a great project, but the eth foundation would be the root of corruption.
http://news.8btc.com/will-bitcoin-be-dethroned-by-an-altcoin-not-in-this-life

This is a fact and we cannot deny it that bitcoin will still be the king of cryptocurrency and no other alternative coin will replace it. Even how strong and altcoin is but it will still drop in value when the price of btc goes up again. You can see the trend that everytime the price of bitcoin increases the owners of altcoins and shitcoins are selling their coins in exchange for bitcoins.

Exactly, the article already explain it in simple terms. No matter what market cap those alt-coins will reach, Bitcoin will still the no. 1 crypto. Specially today we see that bitcoin price is going strong and there is a panic buying. And alt-coin price is somewhat correlated to the price of bitcoin as well. Although I'm thinking that some investors goes to altcoins because of the high transaction fees on bitcoin right now. If this is solved, more investors will go all in with bitcoin ecosystem.
