I agree with you. France has little chance of lifting the world cup this time. I have checked various betting sites and the favorites seems to be Brazil, followed by Germany. Seems like it will continue to struggle. At the moment it was around 9500$ but now it's going back again. To be honest I don't expect to go much further this month and it probably will not touch 10000$ any time soon.
This correction lasts a long period now but it was kind of logical situation after huge rise at the end of last year.
But once we break 10000$, hope next month doors for further growth will be more open.
It's probably the last major resistance before $10k, so hopefully once it's broken it's gonna reach new all time highs. Although leveling there and making it a new baseline seems more realistic. As stated it could reach new ath. Now with the present drop we can see some of the panic users ending up selling all their bitcoin holdings. The same will be used as an chance to invest by this time. The ongoing corrective measures will start moving above $10000 within few weeks time. I think in the coming weeks it will reach to $10k with the btc price struggling as always it can survive. More demands on bitcoin could start to slowly increased this time. We should wait for the bull run to start since we couldnt exactly tell when it will reach over $10k. Bitcoin is uncertain a little between 8.8 thousand dollar and 9.2 thousand dollar as the price yesterday was 8.8 thousand dollar and today it is back at 9.2 thousand dollar that shows that Bitcoin is stable there and it is still giving and representing a sign that we have still time to invest for the future value will surely hit over 9 thousand dollar worth so that we have to buy now. |

As for me, it's the beginning of an uptrend. At least in recent days the market has shown growth and it looks optimistic.

$11k may still be in sight until further notice. We are presently having a correction, so let's assume this is the normal thing to expect after few days of overbought market, with some divergence on the 1hr chart and the only time we can get to call $6000 is if we probably miss the $7800 support which held us twice on the 13th and 17th of this month and prevented us from going back down. I am however expecting a bounce from $8400 though!
After this corrective phase, and we are able to break back to higher highs and lows, I expect us to go test back the $9700. probably hit past that and go further to $11k or we form a double top around the $9700 - $10k spot which apparently leads us back down. Whichever way, time and trend will tell.
I think that in the near future it will definitely reach to $11k but it will never fall again to as low as $6k. There are already many downfalls in the price and now it is growing more and more. So don’t be panic about the price. Many people have already lost a lot of money and now nobody is in a position to lose any more money. Now it is the time to make some money. |

Why would any big player invest in crypto when the risk is so huge, there is literally zero safety, any exchange can run away with your money and you can barely do anything. I feel your point, but no big investor who is really sane enough will want to leave their funds directly on an exchange anyway if they are serious about investing. The bull trend is already started and we are actually trading into that only. Look around you and see the progress of the market since past three months. We were dumped almost near to 5K USD and yet we stand at 8K USD plus in the todays date! This is really good progress and last weeks pump was the one who caused the market to go up suddenly. I am pretty sure that the bull trend is already in progress and its about the time when we will see it moving faster. I am predicting a one month period when the bull will be over one more time and we will reach good prices by then. If you look at the market you will find the value stable these days. Few days ago the value was unstable and that is why bears market started but now a day’s bull market has started and a lot of investors are in benefit now. The value of bitcoins are just being compared to the gold and this is enough reason for the wise people to just think that bitcoins can be equal to the gold or even more than them.
