1101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good or bad plan? on: May 13, 2020, 02:19:15 PM
Are we at the bitcoin bottom already? Ethereum falls pretty hard today just because Bitcoin hit 9110$, is this just a correction or the coronavirus at play again? I'm thinking about buying back BTC right now

It should be remembered that although many investors think there is a buying opportunity for Bitcoin and the market orientation in general is this way, there may be a possible surprise or shaking movement. It should be well known that prices never move in the direction of the market, so there is a possibility that the price may make sudden and hard breaks in the process that everyone expects to increase. On the other hand, due to bad economic conditions, a possible sales wave may occur and price declines may occur. My personal opinion is that the market will rise for a while because there is high demand, but I have not made a definite purchase decision. I am thinking of making gradual purchases in the coming days depending on the fluctuation of the prices.
1102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance is going to list their own leveraged tokens!! on: May 13, 2020, 12:59:39 PM
In fact, this improvement was something I expected because Binance had previously obtained the user experience by listing FTX tokens. Although this is a good effect for Binance, I cannot say that it is very good for the market. I hope Binance cannot become a leader in this field after this listing, or it will be very simple for it to dominate the market. I think that waiting for a short period of time after the trial with FTX tokens is completely for the users to gain experience.

https://tr.investing.com/equities/apple-computer-inc

1104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: During a bull market, cash out in what? on: May 12, 2020, 08:19:54 PM
Let's assume that in the next bull market the portfolio is worth so much that you would have been financially secure for the rest of your life. How would you restructure your portfolio to ensure its value? Cash all out in Fiat, Stablecoins, all or part of it in Bitcoin?

Since the amount you mentioned will be very high, it is not possible to transfer this money to a bank account at once. For this reason, if such a situation occurs, there are only 2 possibilities;
- By switching to stable cryptocurrencies, the USD value of the current currency is stored steadily. As needed, piecemeal is converted into fiat money.
- Money is stored as bitcoin, its value becomes variable with possible market movements. As needed, piecemeal is converted into fiat money.

It is very important to carefully return to fiat money in both methods.
1105  Local / Alternatif Kripto-Paralar / Re: Ethereum 2.0 Geliyor, Fiyat Nasıl Etkilenecek? on: May 12, 2020, 07:28:36 PM
1106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto casinos pros and cons on: May 12, 2020, 06:26:06 PM
I don't think that the services that enable us to gamble with cryptocurrencies generally have no disadvantages. Especially, it has easier usage compared to physical casinos, creating an opportunity to gamble anonymously, fast money transfer with crypto coins and various other advantages. On the other hand, as long as you use reliable services, it is important to keep in mind that there is a huge advantage such as not having any problems. In addition, these kinds of services often run very lucrative promotional campaigns to attract users and accustom people to digital gambling services. We do not often see such campaigns in physical casinos.
1107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are so many people who get addicted on gambling? on: May 12, 2020, 05:00:47 PM
I think the question that preceds this one is "Have you been gambling?" If the answer is yes, you will certainly know and are familiar why gambling is addictive. The experience and feeling of gambling is really nice. The thrill of looking forward to the outcome or the result of the game, the possibility of winning, the ecstasy of winning itself, the adrenaline to get back whenever lost, and so on are just some of the things I can mention why gamblers are really hooked on it. Even a moderate gambler like me knows how it feels to get lost in the gambling world.

As you ask "Have you been gambling?", i think it would be better to change the question to "Are you actively gambling?". If there are people who answer yes to the question I am talking about, they will already know why they are addicted or will learn while trying to answer this question. Gambling is actually fun to play but also dangerous. Who knows, perhaps this feature of gambling makes it attractive, and therefore people become addicted.
1108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a professional gambler on your own way. on: May 12, 2020, 04:03:16 PM
Although gambling is a game of chance, it can be a good source of income for people with proper planning and disciplined play. As an ex-gambler, although I support my words "gambling is not a gain" that I have said in my previous posts, I would like to add the following. While you are gambling, you can increase your chances of making money with proper planning and disciplined compliance with the rules you set beforehand. Although this is not a permanent income method and of course it will break out at some point, it will be a very reasonable choice to save your short-term games. For this reason, if your main goal is to earn money instead of having fun, creating the right plan strategy and playing discipline will definitely help to achieve positive results.
1109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC Halving and its effect on gambling on: May 12, 2020, 03:02:50 PM
Share your thoughts

I think the halving process that takes place today will not have much effect on gambling. Of course, with the increase in possible mining fees, we may now have to pay more commissions and deposit money in our accounts, but I think it will not have a special effect. Another thing that comes to my mind is that due to a possible mining problem, delays may occur in the pool and money transfers may take place more slowly. This will have a very serious effect for users who bet on last minute deposits because many users prefer Bitcoin for their ease of use. On the other hand, due to the price increases that may occur in this process, gamblers with Bitcoin balance can also exchange gambling platforms to play more games with more USD. This creates a positive effect for some of the services and a negative effect for some.
1110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Before Experience On Gambling...!!!! Stay Safe. on: May 11, 2020, 08:46:05 PM
snip

To get yourself away from gambling, you must first condition. If you condition yourself correctly and use your will correctly, you will feel that your gambling habit will gradually disappear. I have not gambled in the last 6 months, although I have been gambling to my liking under normal circumstances, and I no longer feel the need to gamble. I repeat, I wasn't exactly addicted, but I got rid of gambling quite easily. You can do this, just be willing.
1111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some People Cannot Stop The Urge To Sports Betting And Gamble Even In Pandemic on: May 11, 2020, 06:51:21 PM
Unfortunately, even a person with a gambling addiction cannot stop such a pandemic process. Although it is not possible to bet on sports, we can see that many online services offer virtual sports betting. When this is the case, gamblers start playing games right here and hence cannot prevent gambling addiction. I think that it is very unreasonable to gamble especially in these financial problems these days because the world economies started to shrink significantly and this is a sign that people are getting poorer. As someone who has not gambled in the past 6 months or so, I would like to say that, even if you are a gambling addict, you have to master your will and give up gambling. Especially to comment according to today's economic conditions, cash has reached a very valuable position. For this reason, you should keep your money well and use it sparingly. For sparing use, gambling must be stopped first.
1112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be invested in Crypto while staying away from gambling? on: May 11, 2020, 05:49:41 PM
There are huge differences between investing and gambling, so someone who has really invested can never gamble with that capital. Not using that money to gamble, and not changing your investment decision to gambling is entirely up to one's own will. For this reason, I think that the real investor who has invested in crypto money can dominate his own wishes and does not use his investment in gambling. If there is someone who uses it, the purpose of that person is not to invest, but to gamble.
1113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Possible to day trade on a DEX? on: May 11, 2020, 04:14:18 PM
I've been trading on Binance a lot, but fear KYC as I really don't want to give up my details that easily, which made me look into DEX's as of lately. The vast majority of them lack a lot in volume, but I think it's safe to say that if DEX's had the same volume or just 1/10th of Binance, I'd use it any day. Not only to protect my identity, but also to be in control of my own private keys while trading, which is something that concerns me as well.

I've looked into Blocknet, a few others.

Anyone here who've tried trading on DEX's? I'd love to know!

I do not have a special reason to use DEX, but in some cases, I do transactions using DEX. Unfortunately, although transactions on DEX are safe, DEX services have some disadvantages. The biggest of these disadvantages is, of course, the transaction volume, which is why it is more difficult to make daily buy and sell transactions in DEX services. On the other hand, the fact that DEX services offer anonymous transactions causes indirect movements in wallets not being perceived, and therefore it can be difficult to predict what large investors will do in those trading parities. I do not know how accurate it will be for daily buy-sell transactions, but if the transaction volume will not be a problem for you, you can use DEX.
1114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the difference between cryptocurrencies and stockmarket? on: May 11, 2020, 03:11:36 PM
Briefly, to talk about the main differences between the two markets, we can list them as follows;

Regulations: Crypto money markets are not regulated by any authority, but stock markets are regulated and controlled by both companies and governments.
Supply: In the cryptocurrency markets, the supply is often limited for many projects and never changes, but in the stock markets, companies are able to supply new shares.
Anonymous Transactions: You can trade anonymously up to a certain amount in the crypto money markets, but this is not possible in stock markets.
Volatility: Volatility is high in the cryptocurrency markets, but if there is serious volatility in the stock markets, the government can provide intervention.
Manipulations: There is no regulation for manipulation in the cryptocurrency markets, and therefore there can be a lot of manipulation, but this is not the case for stock markets.

These are the main differences that come to my mind, I made an effort to make them more understandable by explaining them all briefly.
1115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Starting as a Trader and Trading Bitcoin on: May 11, 2020, 02:15:07 PM
When I was only 15-16 years old, my interest in the economy started and this interest did not decrease afterwards. I followed the news about the economy and did a lot of research to find out the economic terms. About a year later, I met Bitcoin and I have learned a lot about Bitcoin since then. If I need to talk about my many years of experience, I can make the following recommendations to anyone who has just started;

- Always research and learn more.
- Get detailed information about trade before you start trading.
- Know the technical analysis methods and indicator usage well.
- Gain experience by trading with trial accounts.

And finally, start trading when you feel ready. Any operation without sufficient knowledge and experience will cause you to suffer. You can only earn by chance by trading without sufficient knowledge and experience.
1116  Local / Türkçe (Turkish) / Re: Bitcoin Halving Nedir? Bitcoin'i Mayıs Ayında Neler Bekliyor? on: May 11, 2020, 07:25:42 AM
1117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you using a trading bot? on: May 10, 2020, 08:26:06 PM
I don't have a trading bot that I currently use, but I have used several different trading bots before, and I was not very satisfied. I have no information about the trading bot you mentioned, or even heard first from you. To mention briefly the experiences I gained with the use of trading bot;
- It can process wrong amounts.
- Rarely, it is able to sell at a price below the purchase price (not stop loss, but direct sales.)
- It can be a victim of surprises when used in some stock exchanges.
- It can make transactions before the right time comes.
- In some cases, it also happens whether it makes purchases or not.

Of course, this is not valid for every trading bot, but I have experienced such problems in several trading bots that I use.
1118  Local / Alternatif Kripto-Paralar / Re: HBTC borsası karının %100 ünü paylaşıyor. on: May 10, 2020, 07:17:06 PM
1119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any games like Satoshimines.com? on: May 10, 2020, 06:20:25 PM
Are there any games that are provably fair like Satoshimines.com?

Not many by my recent search.

Unfortunately, although there are such sites, none of them have a nice and high quality game structure like Satoshimines. Here are a few sites I have used some of them before, but some of them I don't use, but I know the name;

https://crypto.games/minesweeper/bitcoin
https://cryptoskull.com/bitcoin/
https://www.cryptowild.com/
1120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Crash game more risky ? on: May 10, 2020, 03:17:28 PM
In fact, it's not a game that can make you lose more money, it's just a game that doesn't forgive your slightest late decision. Especially low gain levels are usually shown in a very narrow area, which causes a little illusion. Most likely, many people lose more money in this game for such reasons. On the other hand, I think that such games should not use statistics compared to previous games, because such games never act according to statistics. Although I haven't played this game as much, I have lost a lot of money with this game before.
