What happend with my deposit ,no credited yet?
I have sent ETH and so far nothing, usually enters the account in a maximum of 20 - 30 minutes or even less. I've never had problems with Poloniex and I hope this is the first and only. This is my ticket 751519 Deposits and withdrawals were down earlier and Poloniex informed users through twitter ( here). Hours later they also posted that they are processing both already, manually ( here). In times like that, checking their social media accounts would be helpful since they are not active here. |

This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their account and opening a new account. However, if you close your account, your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, as required by law, or in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This one is about closing an account. However, the difference is that Coinbase will be the one to close yours and not you directly. That being said, they won't think that you plan to commit fraud, especially their rep advised you to do that. Just keep your proof of conversation with their rep just like what others have mentioned for future use in case they asked you.

Why not put the registration at https://catch.cryptland.com/ directly instead of going to the ranking page? That would be easier imo, like after the Welcome message, the pop out has the registration plus an option to play as guest for trial. I registered btw, though the only advantage as of now is you will not enter your username for every play. Tried the game already and it was fun even for a short period of time. No wonder that the timer made the game more challenging  |

Aside from an organized list, what do you think is your site's other advantage(s) than in posted Airdrops here?
You need more twist to attract users. Also, it would be better if you posted some info, at least for each coin so that users could have an idea and not just be directed to the airdrop page. More detailed instructions as well about the airdrop rules might help.

On topic, maybe there have been a huge number of customers who borrowed last December to purchase BTC on exchanges and unable to pay, that's why they end up with this decision. There's a saying that "Don't invest what you can't afford to lose", if you invest, consider that there's a 50% chance that your money will be gone imo. So, borrowing isn't a good idea, especially if you're not sure that you could pay the debt even you lose your investment. Just buy with the money that you have and don't end up like having debt because of FOMO ~~

There have been problems like yours (Gas Deposit) that haven't been solved too, as I've seen on reddit threads [1]. They really have a poor cs and you're lucky if you'll receive a reply even once. But I think giving red trust today isn't a good thing because some people hasn't understand how the merit system works. Some people thought that merit given can be removed which isn't possible.
Why not understand it first before using it in the first place? Information was already given by theymos and members just have to read it. There's nothing wrong about asking too if anyone has a question in their mind that hasn't been answered. Before giving Merit, there's a note stated that it can't be undone, I think that's good enough to inform that it can't be removed. |

How sure are you that you will receive the withdrawal when you use that address? I mean, you'll be able to request, yes, but it might end up in pending status. No one would give you such amount for free. Don't bother sending there 0.01 or any amount, neither for change address nor upgrade bitminer. Thanks. Can you be more specific as to what files to delete? There are about probably 30 files in the wallet directory folder along with a /resources folder. Inside the /resources folder are /bin, /icons/ and /www
edit: I dont see a wallet.dat file.
First, make sure you have a back up of your Mnemonic seed and Private key in a safe place. You could try to uninstall the wallet after. Assuming that your using Windows, inside that directory you mentioned there is a wallet_uninstaller file, use that to uninstall it (just double click and confirm). After that, install the wallet again, open it by running as admin, then restore from seed. Afaik there is no wallet.dat file |

I had a smooth transaction in HitBTC, before (late December as I remember). However, these past few weeks more and more issues are popping out on all exchanges (probably not only them). Both HitBTC and Bittrex are having several problems.
May I know what email provider are you using? Also, could you provide a screenshot of that 'the linked image cannot be displayed'?
Hi Felipe, I am using Outlook mail provider. Here is a screenshot of the email: I have also just sent a test 0.01 ETH to Kraken which resulted in an identical email from Hit. I have about $11k on their exchange. I am loathe to transfer it if they are having issues. The problem seems to be with outlook and not with HitBTC. Try to fix it with microsoft's resolution or the solutions listed in windows report. Update here if it was fixed or not. |

Congrats on the launched Lunyr team. Maybe others expect that the price will go up that soon because of it but it's not the case. I still believe that working product and active team is more important then the price will follow.
