11141  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: June 19, 2016, 07:22:16 AM
Bitcoins is the best for me, its because aside from very convenient to use
it is also very secure and safe,..just you have cellphone or loptop with data connection
no need to bring big amount of money in your pocket Wink

Yeah i hope that soon we will not bring money before going to a mall. We will just bring our phone and use our bitcoins to pay the things that we buy in malls or big stores Cheesy.
Yes indeed crypto like bitcoin is very easy to use.
We do not need to waste the energy to buy something. Ease of bitcoin is also what I like best.

In the first place, bitcoin was made to erase the usual system of fiat transactions.

So it's obvious why we make such easy and comfortable money transfers thru this currency.
11142  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 0.3 btc in a week on: June 19, 2016, 07:12:02 AM
How is 0.3 BTC possible with alt trading without any investment? I don't think that's possible.

Who says it is possible in altcoin trading without investment? Ofcourse not, it is all about your capital in trading that decides if how much profit you will earn in a particular time, the bigger your capital is the more profit you will gain from your trade, no one can earn from trading without investment, even it is not possible to do trading without investment.

Also while basing on capital for your possible earnings, it must also be accompanied by a great wave of price fluctuations.

Without an active movement in price, without a rally, without a price trend or something like that, your profits is not active too. Trading gives profit not on regular basis that's why don't expect such fixed income every week if you relying on trading as method to earn bitcoin.
11143  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: June 19, 2016, 07:08:29 AM
At this rate, the BTC price will hit $850.

it stopepd there at 750, i think there will be a stop and correction now, it can not rise forever

I hope that correction status has ins on the making now.

Price experience only a small margin dip for over 24 hours now and that is one step for establishing a correction price.
11144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 19, 2016, 07:06:40 AM
If GSW's performance were the same as their last game performance then it's over for them.

Homecourt advantage isn't a factor now since once CAVS succesfully dominates the early phase, crowd will be silent.

So what GSW needs to do? The same as CAVS will need to do.

Im expecting a close game fight for Game 7 as it will lead to undoubtful win of one team.
11145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: June 19, 2016, 07:02:52 AM
in small countries paypal got lots of restriction. but thats not the case with bitcoin.
yeah maybe in some countries paypal provide limits for use. and PayPal also prohibits and ban some countries to use paypal.
yeah they have rules. different from the bitcoin very freely and without rules. I particularly liked system of bitcoin, of course I will choose bitcoin
maybe bitcoin is freely in other country but here in my country bitcoin is restricted just this year and i think they are now starting to adopt bitcoin here in my country.. bitcoin right now not all have freedom to use bitcoin it needs also the real information give real identity before you can deposit or use bitcoin..  this is just the same as paypal.. and i think in the future we will see  more  country will restrict with bitcoin..

We are using third party exchanges here in PH to convert bitcoin into fiat that's why a company needs at least some info of their clients so it's really a must for them to have our info in compliance to laws here.

If there's a chance of converting bitcoin into fiat without the use of third party then that I considered that as 100% anonymoust but it's impossible to happen. So bitcoin is anonmyoust? That is a shit thing to believe.
11146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 18, 2016, 11:44:21 AM
...however if the team that you are supporting lose the game then you start to view it as something not normal while in fact it happens most of the time , variances do exist

..we only complain when we are siding on the other side and we don't get the call favored to us.

Hopefully others understand this post as this is also what Im trying to say in my previous post.
11147  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: June 18, 2016, 11:41:19 AM
I think bitcoin will become a global currency only when we make aware everyone from this currency, and in our business we accept only bitcoin and not any other currency .

Awareness isn't quite a big deal. Actually with the current of numbers of bitcoin users it's enough to become this crypto a global currency. But still it isn't considered as a global currency? Because in most of the cases, bitcoin used to get profits. Yes, an investment and that isn't the role of a global currency.
Due to the current low adoption rate, there are still long way to go before the price will be stable. As Bitcoin is improving in its features and usability, the advantages of it is showing up gradually and ppl will realize it.
On the other side, USD dollar will show its disadvantages of being centralized currency, such as inflation, transfer fee, counterfeited notes, space to carry etc.
I don' think it's low already, base on what I know we have already achieved the massive adoption. The price is the evidence it is continue to rise and we are benefiting of what is happening. This is a good year for and will continue in the succeeding year, the whales cannot manipulated anymore and we will be dominating the world in the near future.

You just think there are already a mass adoption since you are engage in bitcoin everyday. If you will look outside the box, the real adoption score is not that great in numbers.

Price increase is because of demand but it doesn't mean that all purchases came from a different person. What I mean is, Person A just increase it's quantity of coins to take advantage of the trend so in here demand increase in same person. This is what happen today in most cases.
11148  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin will pass 1000 usd again ? on: June 18, 2016, 11:38:13 AM
I have realized that for the las three weekends the bitcoins price has increased around 20% each weekend. From this perspective, it would not be difficult to see a price around $1000 in a couple of weeks, July 2 is my prediction,  just to celebrate with anticipation the independence day of USA  Grin

Yeah, if the current trend really continues, which I definitely think it will into the long term future instead of the short term, then the price of bitcoin going over $1000+ is pretty much guaranteed in two months.

However nobody can tell for sure.

The price of bitcoin is unpredictable but looking at the present spike I think we will touch that price very soon and I am sure this halving will take us to that price.
It all depends on the Chinese who are leading this rally. They show great strength and hold the prices well so they are not dumping after hitting resistance but I believe in a few days we will know if the rally continues or does not. If it does we should see 1k before july

Yes as they are the one who are starting the trend. If they will insert again at least multiple attempts after the price trend they started become slow, the price will likely start again to a fast trend.

Also keep in mind that those price manipulators always not eyeing on the price trend, they can also start a price crash even halving speculations is there.
11149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 18, 2016, 10:35:35 AM

The statistics is good but it will not assure us as a basis for any team to win, we know that NBA is rigged and I agree with anyone saying that. I know before when they want to let the popular team has more wins just to increase the marketing of NBA. If this game is not rigged, the warriors might already finish the cavaliers in game 5.

Here we go again, "if ... " "might...." etc.

Im now imagining what will be the condition of those GSW fans if they fail to make the championship. They didn't know how to accept defeat. And besides it's not over yet. We have Game 7. Im expecting to see "game fixing", "Fuck NBA officials", "Fuck the refs" etc terms if does happen.

Let's just accept that CAVS has really shown great improvement in last 2 games.

I will just believe that there is really a rigged if CAVS performance were really poor all the time but still managed to won in that 2 games. Like you stated, stats are good.
11150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 18, 2016, 10:09:34 AM
I expect over points again and over 207 again.

I expect another show by Lebron, so bet in over points for him probably will pay off for anything lower or equal to 40

It would be great if Lebron will again show us another 40+ pt game plus a win. That way, his haters will hate him more, hehe Smiley

I think the last game 6 has had many controversies. Curry technicaled, bugot injury. They adjusted green as center and igoudala as a power forward. which is i think un equal lineup to cavs. Green is only 6'7 while james is 6'11. Even james is sf he is still the tallest during that game.
You have to take that because this is not a real competition anymore, the fact that this game will generate more money for the organization if extended, they would do everything to make it happen. Think of the sports books also how much they can make in every game even for the juice alone. I would not be surprise if the cavaliers will pull out a win in game 7.

Much better if you will show some good basis or strong proofs to your claim about some rubbish move by the league rather than being a crybaby here and stating only your self analysis about what happening here in NBA finals.
If you are not a real gambler you will not understand it. No offense to you but it has known from a long time that NBA is rigged. This series is the living evidence, it all started when the league push the suspension of green.

If Im not a real gamber I will not understand it? Well let's say Im not a gambler, what is the point of that to my stated concern? Please explain.

Really a lol to your "Im not a real gambler". You don't know me well and I don't have time to explain how much I bet overall and on stake since NBA started.

About Green suspension?? You don't have an idea about 4 flagrant points?? I explained it here in this thread just for you and those people who can't move on to Green suspension. Please research men.

Also like I stated yesterday, you will not understand the other side of the story since you are one sided. All your beliefs are just came from others beliefs about the game.

Some of you guys are cheering back when GSW gives 3-1 lead and even trashtalking CAVS now your crying? Come on be a man. Have you see other CAVS fan acts like that when they down by 3-1?

This is just a game and even CAVS won't make it to the title, it's alright to their fans but for you GSW guys I see you will really be on unexplained condition once they fail to get the title.

Also I stated one of the factor why GSW lose and that is their worst shooting performance with some of them are "UNCONTESTED" meaning with no defense at all.

FG:
33 out of 82
3FG's: 15 our of 39 (Curry- 6 of 13 ; Thompson- 3 of 10)

Imagine that stats? Really a worst performance.
11151  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: June 18, 2016, 09:06:57 AM
If we're all being realistic here, I think we all know that fiat isn't going away a currency like WAVES has the right idea of being a fiat gateway for crypto.

I think fiat is going to go away very soon, which is exactly opposite of what you're saying right here. The current world economy is not looking good, and when the dollar collapses, which it will, people will get into BTC instead.

Time will tell, guys.
Although we cannot predict the future but I agree that bitcoin future is good, I can tell it already base on what the BTC is going right now. People already find that bitcoins is a good currency that will give the economy to improve more, we just need time to get the support of the big sectors of the industry and we will experience success.

How come all big sectors of the industry will support this currency if most of the time bitcoin were used as an investment. A currency needs to circulate and that is the role of dollar today and other fiat currency.

Bitcoin are great for making profit no doubt about that because of it's active price fluctuations but that is not the factor to consider to make this currency replace dollar. Like I said circulation and not just ordinary circulation but in regular basis.
11152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: June 18, 2016, 08:14:07 AM
I would go for the bitcoin because I love the bitcoin more, its anonymous and with PayPal I had some bad experiences.
My PayPal account was hacked once..

Well, yeah. But really that's probably your own fault and the same thing could happen to your bitcoin wallet. If you don't have a safe enough computer, then anything on it could be hacked.

But bitcoin is anonymous and paypal is not, which is why I prefer BTC.

Paypal is a financial company. And to help prevent fraud and better comply with one country's laws and regulations on money transfer, they really need the identity of their clients. How come anyone don't know this and just keep on posting about being anonymoust??

Is bitcoin a company? Hell yeah of course no. Non sense of comparison just because of that thing.

11154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: June 17, 2016, 07:08:36 PM
I will hold my bitcoins until late of June, I am targeting also the $1000 price before selling it or preferably convert to fiat and spend for my birthday celebration. I'm looking forward that the value would still go higher before the month of July enters.

Yeah i'm also waiting for that $1k per piece and i think that it's not impossible because we are close to $800 now.

Everyone is waiting to see the price of $1k so that they can sell their coins and earn some profits and I think this price is easily achievable at the time of halving.

Not everyone, maybe most of the people in the community waiting for $1000 to take profit but in trading world, especially those big fish are just idle if the price will reached $1000. We didn't know if manipulators are aiming for the new ATH so in my case, I will wait for at least $50 dollar dip before takes profit when we reached $1000 range.

#speculation
11155  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: June 17, 2016, 06:52:05 PM
For me bitcoin is much better than gold, it can easily be stored on your PC or on a small hardware wallet(cannot be stolen from hardware wallet) , gold can be stolen (very slim chances though but can be stolen) .
Bitcoin is rising dramatically in price and maybe even bypass gold in price after the halving occurs (who knows ,speculation only). Bitcoin is easier to sell then gold and no one will know your identity (if you know how to sell it not in an exchange which asks you documents). Bitcoin is part of the internet which is also part of my life and gold is not, so Bitcoin means much more than gold to me. In the end it is pure user choice, I will choose bitcoin anytime against gold and never regret doing such thing.

In the first place your comparison of gold and bitcoin is really out on sight.

A virtual one vs. a physical one, how come they can be comparable? Gold rotates everyday in real world and bitcoin as well on the virtual world.

In terms of holding, gold isn't fit to this, at least in most of the cases, because it's widely used as physical transaction. And same goes as well with the flow of bitcoin when people hold this currency.
11156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: June 17, 2016, 05:28:13 PM
No one will ever control bitcoin, that's it.

In terms of bitcoin price, Chinese exchanges always starting the trend in most of the cases, if they succeed in one exchange they will transfer to other exchange. If will be eaten by other exchanges, then that is the start of the price surges. Same goes as well to the other exchanges.
11157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most trusted and reliable bitcoin exchanges on: June 17, 2016, 04:41:53 PM
Well for me, I don't considered all exchanges as "trusted" since we don't have the possesion of our coins but you have to trust them since if you don't use exchanges sites then you won' be able to trade your bitcoin with "less hassle".

Back to MtGox saga, people considered this exchange as "trusted" and "reliable" but in the end.. you all know what happened.

So my criteria when choosing a reliable exchange? Well as long as I think that is reliable, then I go for it.
11158  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: June 17, 2016, 04:30:33 PM
I would go for the bitcoin because I love the bitcoin more, its anonymous and with PayPal I had some bad experiences.
My PayPal account was hacked once..
I think though paypal provides a number of security remains as security measures and so on. hackers will still easily bypass with it. because I've also had experience with it. different with bitcoin you can provide authentication and certainly anyone can not bypass it

If hackers can easily bypass Paypal security then why still Paypal has great numbers of clients throughout the world? Also with the "easy" access to breached their security it's against the law.

If your PP account got hacked in the past, you are the one who is responsible for that and not Paypal.

11159  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin will pass 1000 usd again ? on: June 17, 2016, 04:20:21 PM
$1k is easily achievable now and I don't think we need to wait longer to see that price, may be we will see that price at the time of halving.
I'm thinking maybe August or September if we don't see a crash before then.  And I think a crash is definitely possible, but I'm not hoping for one.  I still find it hard to believe we're at 750.

LOL got amazed with the price rise? Smiley

Well that is normal since even I who just started journey in bitcoin last year, this is the second time I feel the thrilling price surged (first one is the big rally to $500 from $300 last year).

And if the trend will just continue, it will build and strenghten the pre-halving speculation so definitely it's realistic to believe that we will touch $1000 and if possible, the new ATH. More push from manipulators.
11160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with your 13 bitcoins on: June 17, 2016, 04:04:44 PM
i'm sure if OP still have 13BTC since he post this, now he will make good profit, and its really simple. and i think its not too late if hold 13 bitcoins until bitcoin halving,i'm sure the price will rise more and more when halving come.

Yup holding seems to be the best option at a moment and I don't think there is anything wrong in holding as it can gain best profits by selling at that  time.

Or else you can try your luck on trading that will help you to make some extra profits in quick time, holding is good but making efforts to grow your coins is even better.

I agree, what will happen to 13 btc after halving. Its value in fiat will be big but in the world of cryptocurrency its still 13 bitcoin it won't grow until you make some investments. If your scared investing your bitcoins maybe you just convert it into fiat and use it to make investments.

That's why if people wants to hold and don't want to invest that precious BTC13 or any amount, make sure that they accumulating coins on other way or method they know. BTC13 is still BTC13 even you hold it for long period of time, so make some actions to adds some quantity of it to also gained more value.
