I support this decision as there are many similar topics in the Meta section. Having a separate section for Ban Appeals and also DT trust issues (whether regarding members or changes in the DT system) can be in separate sections of the Meta. It will clean atleast 50-60% of this section and then people can discuss about the issues with the forum mainly here rather than personal problems and Ban appeals.

For me, TC doesn't leave ratings or work as an escrow for mainly earning a reputation on this forum. However, QS has been doing this to earn a reputation and a DT account (which he can sell). I find QS's ratings a bit harsh than TC who usually leaves ratings without having a personal issue with a member. QS's account just being a year old and having so many ratings feels fishy and currently his personal attack on Vod, Redsn0w and others seems like he values his DT account a lot (which shouldn't be a case as those who value their position in DT seem to misuse it often).


I guess this has already been discussed in another thread (exactly same issue) 

I thought the reputation board is mainly for users to get feedback on their services/trades on the forum. Don't get if we can discuss the reputation of other members in that board, what's the point of discussing the same in Meta (that has been happening since so many months)?

I don't know why it's allowed to release someone's personal information on the forum (though Badbear and Theymos have criticized this). Even members threaten other members out here like personal threats to their life and that's as well considered 'freedom of speech'. If this way someone is harmed in their personal life, it won't be a good thing for this forum. Doxing should be banned IMO.

I dint find their proof of payment nor I am an investor of his/her website. I just know him from EMS forum that I was a part of.

I used to be a member of his earlier scheme where he had no investment required and he used to offer LOW returns via Liberty Reserve which then shut down and he lost all his shares.

If you look at his claims, they seem fishy but not unimaginable. 0.001 BTC is nothing much and one can definitely give it a try. He has said it's not a PONZI and hence I don't think he deserves a negative trust (although now he has got one ). I'm just saying this as he was a trusted member of the other forum.

Winspiral isn't a scammer nor his website is a scam website. I know him since he was a member on another forum and he asks to invest cents (not even dollars). We shouldn't assume ALL investment websites as scam websites.

The owners of the site should definitely get a negative rating as they are obvious scammers.

Actually the signature campaigns should be banned rather than those who promote it. The people who promote it do so as they get paid but why should these companies be set free and allowed to advertise on the forum? When the websites aren't promoted here and they aren't allowed to have a campaign, there will be no need to worry about. The people who promote it aren't scamming anyone and giving them a negative trust doesn't sound logical IMHO. Those people definitely are doing an unethical thing but aren't scammers.
