It looks like he confirmed twice that he was wanting to trade at the market rate. The OP also said that he wanted to trade "1.1" which I would take to mean 1 to 1 or another way of saying the market price.
It seems that kanshish948 was likely sent more Bitcoin then he was able to pay for. This was probably due to a communication mistake on the OP's end. Assuming the above PM's can be validated (I really can't check the video right now) then kashish948 should refund the difference between what he was sent verses how much PayPal was actually sent to the OP.

Thanks for the info. Do you know if that was the first time any of smoothies coins came back that high? I in passing heard there was at least one that graded MS-69 I believe. Although I may be wrong entirely as I have no material fact to support my statement. Damm. I just got an email from Anacs saying that one of the lealana coins that I sent for grading got a ms68 and I was hoping that mine was at least tied for having the highest grade. |

He said above that he would abandon the account until the previous owner comes back to claim it. He stated that the repayment amount is fixed at .072 or $17, whichever is greater. This was said in the post you quoted.

I have seen accounts that banned for farming even they had quality posts without spams

I don't think this is going to happen. One point of the forum is to get more people involved into Bitcoin. If registration is closed then less people will join the community which means less people will use Bitcoin.

Another risk to the escrow would be that the account could get banned while in possession of the escrow and there would be a question of if the escrow did something to get the account banned or if it was the behavior of the seller.
Its good to question these things and the fact that there can be so many risks to the escrow. May I ask why you left the risk exist for an account pagalwana , which you recently escrowed ? and risked the buyer getting a negative feedback(which he did now) ? But a few days later, you removed the negative rating, and escrowed the account for a selling deal, without probably(or maybe) informing the buyer about the risk of getting the negative rep again(which he now did). I removed the negative because I verified with the lender that he had taken the account as collateral. The buyer of that account should message the person who left the negative trust to try to explain the situation. The fact that you need to wager so many times your bonus amount means that you should be expected to lose your initial bonus several times over.
I had messed around on their site for a while with their "welcome bonus". I was able to win a suspicious amount of money and eventually lost the entire bonus amount suspiciously quickly. I didn't deposit any actual money so I didn't check any of the bets. I was able to reach ~11% of the required wager amount so I was unable to attempt to withdraw.
They are currently advertising on the forum so you might want to create a thread in meta asking theymos to take down the forum ads if this issue cannot get resolved.

QuickSeller, you're definitely good and professional, no offense but you could try not to be agreesive, you probably couldn't just hit negative feedback to people who say something bad to you, I assume trust system is designed to prevent scammers.

A third risk to the escrow is what happens when the buyer takes a long time to pay. If the escrow is taking possession of the account first then there is an argument to pay the seller directly so there could be a delay in payment then the account would eventually get returned to the seller. If the buyer does not receive notification that the account is returned to the seller then the seller could end up with both payment and the account
If the buyer were to pay first then funds would be safe for the buyer in the event that the seller is unable to deliver. The escrow would be in control of the private key associated with the escrow address so he can refund the buyer in the event the seller cannot deliver.
I am saying that ponzis were able to more easily deflect questions about their ability to be trusted and let them say that everyone that's runs a ponzi has negative trust and is not a reflection on them specifically.

the OP has the face and loaded value of crypto currencies onto each coin. However if you buy any physical coins it is generally going to be best to not spend loaded coins because it will cause the value of collectable coins to decrease so much. |

As said several times no one here is obsessed with banning people. The reason that so many people get banned is because so many people break the rules and ruin the experience for everyone else as well as sheer numbers. The fact that we are closing in on a half million members means that even if a small percentage of users are banned then a large outright number of people will get banned. I believe badbear has said previously that less then 3% of users have ever been banned.
The reason why scammers are not banned is because it is simply not possible to determine for the administration to be able to tell beyond a reasonable doubt that someone in fact scammed. Plus the time and effort required to give someone a fair shot of due process is simply too great to account for the number of scam attempts on an Internet forum for a crypto currency that, if used properly will allow them to remain anon. Plus if scammers are banned then the forum would essentially be saying that anyone who is not banned is not a scammer and as a result the forum could be held liable if someone gets scammed.
If you are considering trading on here then you should first learn to take the proper precautions to protect yourself.

You should open a scam accusation to explain what happened and present proof as much. I don't think anyone will even find what you claim if they are trying to determine if they are legit or not if you only post here.
You wil obviously also need to present proof of being scammed and they will have an opportunity to refute your claims. Ideally, once they are called out for their indiscretions, they will make you whole once they receive enough pressure from the community
