1121  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why Banks are attacking Bitcoin ? on: August 29, 2018, 03:41:09 PM
I know the bank is one of those who do not like cryptocurrency like bitcoin, because it's their rivalry when it comes to currency exchange. but I think the banks can not stop the crypto because it's stronger.
First I don't think there is a competition between bitcoin and banks, after all they can work together to accept bitcoin as a deposit
option and withdraw right? and I don't see any bank attacks on bitcoin or cryptocurrency in my country..
1122  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to do with scammers on: August 29, 2018, 03:33:51 PM
I have been deceived a lot, ICO and bounty missions, but I think ICO is an option, we can reduce our losses from fraud by reducing investment or prohibiting investment in ICO!
I think just because a lot of projects ico becomes a scam then you reduce your investment in it. not ico you have to stay away from,
but your ability must be honed so you can do better analysis and research so you can know which potential ico project..
1123  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learning day trading on: August 28, 2018, 05:37:33 AM
if I don't like to search for information about trading to someone in a group that is not necessarily true, I would rather learn directly with my close friends, but I also prefer to learn by
day trading with small capital, so I can study directly for practice it, even though sometimes I make mistakes that make me lose, but I will not give up.
Thats what you should do, because experience is what gives you the best lessons, hone your trading skills by continuing to try and learn, not a matter of using small capital in trade, as long as your skills can continue to advance, it's not a problem and you can increase your capital if you more mature...
1124  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Do you Handle a Downtrend as a day trader? on: August 28, 2018, 05:32:09 AM
I trade Alts against BTC as a day trader, when the market is all green we were able to make nice returns ranging from 12% to 25% on a single trade. But during a severe downtrend market all our profit including capital goes down into it and it practically indicate we are at loss.

So I'm wondering what is the best way to handle a downtrend situations?
Actually all you have to do is practice patience, you have to wait until a good time arrives. Because the characteristic crypto is always changing at any time then we will not be able to determine when the market will increase or decrease. so the only way we do is to wait, it is proven at this time that when prices rise again and show a positive trend. So be patient because with patience then we will be able to get what we want.
It's not a problem if prices change and rise quickly, but if prices go down and endure for a long time, surely you have to do
and make choices to sell and look for other more potential altcoins, because in trading you can't keep holding it for a long time right ?
1125  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Psychology of waiting on: August 28, 2018, 05:30:06 AM
It's really a torture in some point when you are holding your very priced cryptocurrencies in your wallet and see how its market price decreases each day. That's how hodling is. You have to overcome not only the bleeding market but your emotions as well.
Yeah right, because sometimes the price stays in a low position for a long time, if you don't control your feelings and emotions,
maybe you will be angry because the price doesn't go up for long time and maybe you will do something stupid like sellingat a cheap price and get loss..
1126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: August 28, 2018, 05:07:25 AM
It is a sign of being addicted in gambling. I honestly got the same experience of it before but not too much, as I remember it happened to me only two times, I had a weekly campaign that I joined before and after I got payed every week I spend it all on gambling after I lose all of it in that week, and bet again the other week with a thought that I will recover what I had lose, but ends up losing all of it
That's the magic that is on gambling, when you lose you want to come back again to at least to recover your losses, but instead
you add greater losses, and you want to stop but you will definitely return because you still think you can profit from gambling..
1127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Stories! on: August 28, 2018, 05:04:19 AM
I know some friends who started becoming addicted to football gambling.
Losing tons and still winning out some in the long run.

Eventually they learned they lesson and are still winning big time by betting at only matches they know more about.

That is really sad to hear because people are losing so much money and that too it is not that they are super rich and it wont effect them. People try to make money from gambling and forgetting that hardly few only win and rest of them will lose their money.

Here, more stories depicts population that is poor. Rich aren’t included in here because even if they lose, they aren’t affected in any way. They are still good at their numbers. But yes, when a medium class person gambles and lose it, he is affected so soundly. They couldn’t even resist that hit and sometimes they lose everything they had. So my message to them is to leave this game.

The sad is even low class people or people who don't have a stable life also do gambling which is worse and if he lose on gambling, they don't have anything left.
Yeah seriously it is so petty to see such low class people playing in casinos. Although rich don’t want to play as well but still they could recover their loss from business or something they are earning from. But a person who isn’t even capable of feeding his children three times a day, and he is victim of this game. This is so pathetic for management of house as well to let such people play game.

That is one of the reasons why gambling is illegal in my country. People were so addicted to it and alcohol and drugs worsen this situation. Poor people were spending all their money including their daily earnings. Even if they lose money they won't stop. This increased crime rates and eventually government had to put a stop on it.
Yeah, it's the worst part of the gambling effect, it's not uncommon for addicts to do that, to go back to gambling they do everything they can, including evil and illegal things to get money and gamble again, it's the same as alcoholics or drugs, but not all addicts like that right ?
1128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When do you know its time to Stop? on: August 28, 2018, 04:59:42 AM
In gambling we must be smart in controlling emotions, if we lose a lot of money, that is the right time to stop. We need entertainment and can gamble again on another day.

The best way to stay in control is to never violate our own rules that we have planned. Because, once we are caught in a bad situation, losing too much money, our emotions will be difficult to control.

Hard to control yourself the main problem for most gamblers, before we start to gambling we need to use money that we can afford to lose to prevent bad emotional in the future. Try to promise to yourself and set the time when you need to stop after reaching the target or losing the minimum target.
Yeah it's good if before you start gambling you have to set how much money you will use to gamble and that amount must match your ability to afford that losses. sometimes getting out of control can also make it difficult for you to stop, so you have to control yourself well..
1129  Economy / Speculation / Re: Many cryptocurrency players have gone bankrupt on: August 26, 2018, 02:47:21 AM
I don't think that all traders who go bankrupt because they play cryptocurrency, there are so many traders who can actually get a lot of profit because they can know the right time to buy and sell coins.
The cryptocurrency market is not easy to obtain huge profits and great results as many people still think. Cryptocurrency is a very harsh financial market due to its small capitalization and is dominated by market volatility. So if you do not really have much knowledge about investing then do not take the risk.
That is the right buddy, that is the risk that exists in cryptoinvestment, sometimes the price will be very volatile and make the price drop very sharply, and if you are not ready for that then never invest in crypto. because if you don't know how to take advantage of these fluctuations, then that will be very risky to you..
1130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which one do you choose? on: August 26, 2018, 02:44:16 AM
Many of us use bitcoin only in exchange/trading site, while bitcoin should be more used in marketplace/online shop. Which one do you choose? Do you prefer to use bitcoin on a trading site or marketplace/online shop? And why do you chose that?
In early 2013 and till 2016 I used to use bitcoin mainly for the purpose of buying stuff from various sites and paying bills at places.

Right now more focus has shifted to trading and indulging in altcoins using the bitcoins that I buy.
Though I still use it for buy things online but more focus is towards trading.
From that it will depend on your own goals and needs in using bitcoin, if you need some items you can use bitcoin for payment in the
online shop but if you want to grow your bitcoin you can use exchanges to trade. just simple like that..
1131  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I SOLD ALL MY BITCOINS on: August 26, 2018, 02:41:11 AM
That's not a good idea. While it's good sell some Bitcoin, you have to leave some other purposes. Don't be flat
Yeah it's not a good idea, if you sell a few percent of the bitcoin you have it's not a problem and leaves a few percent for long-term investment, or if you sell because of a good price and buy it again when the price is low. but if you sell all your bitcoin because you will stop investing it is the worst idea..
1132  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODL is not advisable! on: August 26, 2018, 02:37:17 AM
For me, it depends upon the situation. If you need money badly and your token pumps even in 2-3 sats then sell for it, but if you are willing to wait and you want big profit just HODL.
Thats right dude, you have to be happy with the situation, holding is not the main choice especially if the coin you buy has a signal to continue to weaken or you need money for the needs of your life then selling is the right choice, adjust to market conditions and yourself
1133  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Do You Secure Your profits? on: August 26, 2018, 02:33:43 AM
I’m securing my profits in a way that i will choose the best ICO in this kind of business that can make me satisfy to the security of their company and at the  same time if they are trustworthy enough.
securing profits by investing again is risky thing dude. I won't do that actually, securing profits means you have to bring the benefits you get away from things that are at risk and of course I will keep them in the coldbox and become part of my wealth..
1134  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Everyone loses money when the market is down right? on: August 26, 2018, 02:31:35 AM
Of course, everyone losses money when the market is down because essentially everyone's investment is worth less than it would otherwise, and this applies even to those who practice day trade and happen to make the right predictions.
Actually in essence they will not lose anything even if the price goes down, if they don't do any sales on their coins. prices go down
is a natural thing and recover will definitely occur after the price drops. just need a little patience you will avoid losses, even get you will get is profit..
1135  Economy / Economics / Re: A cryptocurrency with volatility can't be used as money on: August 25, 2018, 02:22:53 AM
I'm just reading an article in the newspaper. Klaus W. Wellershoff (a last chief in UBS Bank) says that's impossible to use a currency with volatility as money. If the value of the money decrease, that means the value of the merchandise decrease. For example : if you buy a flat with bitcoin and few years later the bitcoin value decrease... Your flat lose his value as well.

What do you think about this argument?
Is there any cryptocurrency without volatility? Every cryptocurrency in the market fluctuate up and down and they all can be manipulated. I don’t know why people are fond of saying this in a way that Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency we have that is volatile, they never mention other ones like Bitcoin Cash that is also very volatile, including Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ripple and all of them out there all volatile.

The guy who left this post here was interested in something different. He asked if Bitcoin, being so volatile, could be used as the money. My answer is no but it is the coolest currency to work with it online and earn on it.
Nope, I think if bitcoin can't be used as a currency, why are there many merchants who have used bitcoin as a payment option? isn't that a function of currency? they have a system where bitcoin will be converted to fiat so that fluctuations will no longer apply for them..
1136  Economy / Economics / Re: Why most bitcoin users from good economies countries? on: August 25, 2018, 02:21:04 AM
this is an investment that is very risky, if you talk about a poor country.
they won't dare to take risks for this kind of thing, it's better to use money to eat every day than to invest in crypto.
Yeah you right, besides that they don't have the financial and educational ability to be able to use bitcoin. do you know in a poor country only few people who have gadgets? that's why bitcoin is not known in poor countries, only in developed countries the development of bitcoin exists..
1137  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one do you prefer?Increase your Bitcoin or ِDollar? on: August 25, 2018, 02:14:44 AM
In Trading, there are two categories of people, those who want to increase their bitcoin volume, and those who want to increase their dollar volume. Which one do you prefer? Why?

I think that currently increase of BTC value is more preferable for the whole world because we may encounter world economical crisis in nearest future and that will be the time when crypto will really shine.
if you prefer to increase your bitcoin it is not a problem, because essentially the two things have the same essence value for financial
gain. actually not a problem for that, because in the end you will convert it to fiat or dollar to pay for your daily needs right?
1138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My sweet and bitter experience about bitcoin on: August 25, 2018, 02:04:17 AM
I started my cryptocurrency journey around July 2017. I bought some altcoins;  verge; dodge, Xrp Siacoin on Bittrex and left some on bitcoin. It was a roller coaster for me around November to December 2017, particularly with verge, my crypo investment of just about $120 grew to a little bit over $3,000. I never new on time until I opened my bittrex. It was wao!

I took out some money since I was in need about $1000. With the euphoria of bitcoin suppasing $20,000, so I watched until my investment shrinked from about $2000 to $1500, then $1000, I decided to take out some little more until I had about $800 left.

That amount have shrinked further to about $450. The worst came when I took a third of the amount to buy Mithril coin when the news came that it won a vote to be listed on binance,  and suddenly it was disqualified,  and the price have falling like packs of cards, more than 50% right now.

Its a question of if I had known, I would have withdrawn the $3000 the moment I saw it on my bittrex account. Who can tell the future?

But I am wiser now.

Does anyone have similar experience
We have different experience , but I experienced some sweet experience with bitcoin. I earb huge profit with bitcoin and that helps me in everything. Some experience helps us to realize the value of something. But for those who have bitter experience with bitcoin I hope that it helps you to learn some lesson ,from your mistakes.
That is the risk that exists in crypto investment, sometimes it is above and sometimes below, sometimes we make a big profit on one coin and lose on another coin, but the experience gives a lot of things. I become more careful in choosing coins for investment. all investors must have bad and sweet experiences..
1139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who controls the crypto market? on: August 25, 2018, 02:03:32 AM
I have been following the crypto scene for the past year and sometimes even though some companies do well their token price drastically goes down and this is the same with btc too. People like john mcafee and roger ver are always talking about how we should get ready for the bullish market but yet the price keeps on decreasing and so i'm asking how and who controls the price. If there is anyone who might be running it?
of course whales who have very large capital, basically the changing of market prices is influenced by demand and supply and we know people who have large capital can manipulate demand or supply, but to manipulate bitcoin at this time will be difficult because more and more users and the marketcap is getting bigger..
1140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Holds Above $6k on: August 24, 2018, 01:29:13 PM

The price of bitcoin will not fall below $ 5000, and it is very good to see bitcoin survive above $ 6000 because the price of $ 6000 is the market trading price until the end of 2018 and the price of bitcoin will continue to rise to the price of $ 18000 as before.
I think it's a good thing if the bitcoin price stays at $6k, that means the price is at the bottom line right? we only need to wait for
prices to rise, if you dare to take risks, maybe you can increase your assets by buying bitcoin at this price, it can be very profitable..
