Can someone help with blake mining?
like... any idea if its worth the effort if one has only 3-4 GPUs
I don't manage to get it work neither... Try CPU mining. I solo mined using the wallet and getting blocks every 5-10 minutes. Or try using a CPU miner. The difficulties are not high enough for GPU mining yet. You mean... blocks are rejected because difficulty is too low?! I am not a blake miner. So really do not know how that mining works. But i am able to mine with CPU. |

I deposit some sfr coins to bittex,the wallet has confirmed but no coins to my bittex account,can any 1 help me? thx!
Bittrex hasn't updated their wallet to v1.3.1. Please do not transfer/withdraw any coins from them until i confirm. Once Bittrex updates their wallet, your coins should show up. |

Is the Linux Wallet up to date? I see version 1.2.1 when the Windows wallet is 1.3.1 EDIT : arf no link to the linux wallet  Will compile and upload. |

Excellent. I downloaded the exe file and when I run the vers. still says 2.2.0.0. The wallet seems to be working fine. Is that okay ? How does this HardFork change SaffronCoin ?

We found a Scrypt Block! Chain hasn't rolled back.
Everything seems to be working well!
We can now confirm that 1.3.1 and 2.2.1 are the correct and stable versions of SaffronCoin.

i don't mine p2p often, so maybe i'm not understanding something correctly, but this has me really confused  how is it possible that 50 mh is getting less then half of coins per block then 20+ mh ? It's how P2P works, it's all about how many share you send. The 20mh/s guy has send more share, in fact he was on the pool before you. You just connect and can't ask to steal all his work on the next block found. It's a very fair system for everyone. In some time, don't know exactly how many minutes or hours, but at some point you will have 2.5x more that the 20mh/s with your 50mh/s as expected. P2Pool works like this: 1.at start your estimated payout is low and increase over time 2.after a while you have your full expected payout 3.when you switch your rigs on another coin, you still receive coin you have mine before but payout decrease slowly. What you lost at the beggining, you receive it when you leave. To explain a bit more, imagine you have mine a coin 3h and no blocks were found. You leave and some hours afterthe pool find a block, you still receive something. Nice, no ? define "just connected", because i have been connected for at least 15-20 minutes at that point, and through a few blocks... even now, with at least half hour into it, i am still seeing less... so again, what is "just connected" ? also, why am i not seeing stats for my wallet ?  The block explorers are not updated to 1.3.1 yet. |

We are 1 step closer to confirming that this update is all well. A groestl block was just found and it did not cause a roll back.
We just need scrypt to find a block to confirm completely.

Guys if you could, could you please mine scrypt for a few minutes on this pool : http://www.zpool.co/pool/sfr/scryptI need to check if the scrypt block overwrites other blocks and causes a roll back. I am solo mining but the difficulty is 0.77. If you can please point your GPUs to that pool till we get the first block. So i can confirm if everything works well. |
