1121  Economy / Economics / Re: You are not prepared what's coming quick analytics exacly of situation on: June 02, 2023, 08:01:09 AM
Honestly speaking, the state of the u.s right now is a bit lopsided, to be honest. Because the country of America is already deeply in debt in the amount of 31T$ do you think this country can recover?

Especially now that they don't even have a gold backup for their dollar currency. Then they defaulted and what they did could lead to a recession, something that most people don't want to happen. But I don't think we will end up in ww3.
Do you know how things could get easier for them if they venture into crypto? Instead of them hating on crypto, they should use crypto to their advantage, this is where money is going when inflation strikes hard and once they start printing those dollars again crypto benefits, why are they hating something that can lessen their economic problem? Must they be in control of everything? Bitcoin is the saviour they aren't ready to embrace and they will start in this dooming spot for longer which will worsen their situation.

1122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No Asic miner, No Bitcoin mining on: June 02, 2023, 07:35:12 AM
There are two possibilities to consider when discussing investing in cloud mining sites

1- Scam cloud mining sites
2- Cloud mining sites that pay really poorly: Some sites may pay very little and are likely to turn into scams eventually because they are not profitable for their owners.

Before considering investing in any cloud mining site it's important to keep these points in mind. I had a negative experience a few years ago with two cloud mining sites where I lost money. One of them was Hashocean which used to be a famous cloud mining site until it scammed thousands of people.

As you mentioned, if you're interested in mining it's advisable to buy your own ASIC miners and not rely on any third-party service. Otherwise, you may end up losing your money.
There is no reason why anyone will run a cloud mining service this days because it's no more profitable to go into this business, there are so many cloud mining services in 2015 and they all gave the same excuses when they decided to close down the business, unprofitable they said.

After 2017 I developed this habit of asking every new cloud mining services to provide some prove that they actually own any mining rigs, and in most cases, they replied with privacy and security is their priority, and that they don't want criminals to know their location to avoid getting robbed.

That's why most of those cloud mining sites have fake addresses, which is also a good way to operate freely without anyone being able to trace them, scammers acting as saints.
1123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [NEWS] Biden budget proposes 30% tax on crypto mining electricity usage on: June 01, 2023, 11:30:25 AM
The people of the United States of America are the only ones that can turn this mess around for the greater good, there are now few presidential candidates that have an interest in crypto and I look one up which looks like he understands what Bitcoin and Decentralized mean, if the people vote for such candidate the US will benefit a lot from Bitcoin and crypto in the coming years, as for Biden, I believe he understand too less about Bitcoin and he don't know what to do about it than making Bitcoin miners to have a hell time running their miners every day.

1124  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear And Bull Market? on: June 01, 2023, 10:41:31 AM
What is the real difference between bull and bear market and how can one utilize them to make some good profits?
This is going to be simple only if you have the patience.

A bear market is where the generational wealth are been created, do not get this confused, this mean that a bear market is where many opportunities are been created, it's the best time to buy Bitcoin specifically and maybe a few other altcoins if you can and hold for a long term, think about selling only when the market turns around.

A Bull market is where you start taking your profits using step by step strategy, because some coins pumped after the Bitcoin dominance starts falling down, so you don't want to sell all your coins instantly because there might be possible up side in the coming weeks, in short, a bull market is where you sell and take profits, many people don't know this that's why they make all the mistakes.
1125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dad's retirement money is invested in Bitcoin! on: June 01, 2023, 09:24:25 AM
Before I can say anything, I will like to think as if I am in your shoes right now, I can't invest my father's retirement fund into something as risky as Bitcoin, unless he give me the go ahead, so I will have to let him know what's up with Bitcoin, the possibilities of having Bitcoin and holding for long tern and the risks too.

I will break down if anything happens to my father's retirement fund because we don't know what's waiting for Bitcoin in the future, if the amount is something I can refund him if anything bad happens then it's better. So I will like to ask you OP

As a good son you are, are you willing to pay your father back if anything bad happens to that money? A plan without the possibility of losses is not a plan, what are you going to do if anything goes really bad?
1126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / No Asic miner, No Bitcoin mining on: June 01, 2023, 08:44:51 AM
How many of you thought that cloud mining Bitcoin was the easiest way to avoid spending money on asic miners? I was one of those people and the experience was half good and half bad.

I started my Bitcoin mining through cloud mining using Genesis Mining and Eobot, this went on for months and got my payment like their mining calculators revealed, this brainwashed me, thinking why the heck do people spend money on Asic miners when they can do this, I called them fools, not knowing I was the fool.

I will like to show some prove of the hash powers I bought

And around this, I had a dream, to make 0.16BTC in 4 months, here is the prove

It wasn't up to 2 months that the cloud mining payout goes incredibly lower and I had no choice than to quit, I withdraw some funds successful and later the cloud mining stop working, one closed down and the other (EOBOT) took a bit longer to close down as well.

I created this thread to share my painful past ecoerimece with cloud mining, because today, some beginners are still thinking they can get away with Bitcoin mining using cloud mining service. No legal cloud mining service can run anything right now because they are not profitable to run.

If you see any new cloud mining it's a scam, there is no way they can make profit for you and themselves anymore, the few that are legit between 2015 to 2017 are no more functioning. The days where Bitcoin mining was cheaper is unfortunately no more.

No Asic miners, No Bitcoin mining.

1127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Transaction Accelerator. Does it Work or Just Another Hype? on: May 31, 2023, 01:48:08 PM
It's something you can do yourself by placing another transaction with a much higher fee than the one that's stuck on the network, I don't see any need to use Bitcoin transaction accelerators if you really understand how the blockchain functions.

I have used the ViaBTC accelerator in the past and it works, but it was so magical to me at that time because I don't know much about how Bitcoin works, but today I have finally understood that a lower transaction fee is why your Bitcoin is stuck in the network.
1128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price is always affected by world market news, why ??? on: May 31, 2023, 12:05:12 PM
World market news is not affecting Bitcoin per say, it's affecting the Bitcoin holders and investors, fear and greed index works beautifully because it deals with humans, and humans are full of greed and emotions, one minute, they are in good shape and the next they freak out, so who are affected by bad news and good news? Isn't that we humans?

Imagine if all the human in crypto space today don't react to news, either good or bad, do you think Bitcoin will be affected? No it won't because no one will panic sell and FUD won't have any effect, this is why I still believe that those who are in the highest place to manipulate anything are they greatest benefactors in the world, that's cruel power.

Who will benefit the most out of FUD and dips in the market if not the ones releasing every bad news about this and that? Because they fully understand how the market works, isn't it?
1129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gas station payment with bitcoin. on: May 31, 2023, 11:19:02 AM
I establish a mini (unity gas station) in my environment, And I feel that since am into bitcoin I can use this part to make bitcoin to be known in my area by implementing two systems of payment in my gas filling station, ( fiat and bitcoin) do you know that some youths who knows about bitcoin is interested to make payment with bitcoin and people who doesn't what's bitcoin began to ask of the meaning of bitcoin, and answers has been given to them base on my understanding in bitcoin.
So many of my customers and youths mostly is interested to make payment with bitcoin, I want to know bitcoin wallet that will be nice for receiving payment with bitcoin that will be safe for this business payment.
As expected, it's always the youth that will have interest in this type of payment solutions but I will like to know what comes with this payment option that makes them want to spend their Bitcoin to buy petrol or fuel when they can hold their Bitcoin for future gains, because every smart merchants know that this can't work unless you throw some good offers like discount to their faces.

Sorry I know some people who are accepting crypto payment in their businesses and they are able to do this successfully using discount offers, even the youths don't want to spend their Bitcoin or Ethereum on anything, they want to hold because they believe in the future value of these cryptos.

Do you have anything more to say about this?
1130  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you spend more-do you get more? on: May 31, 2023, 09:40:00 AM
It's stupid to spend more than you receive or make monthly, even if you are making your money daily you still need to safe up more money than you spend, I am a long term investor and I am still living like a average salary earner because I have a goal.

I spend less money on everything and spend more money on my long term investment, this should be what everyone is doing if they don't want to invite poverty or homelessness into their lives, using this strategy is why few successful men says that it's easier to get rich if you are spending more money on things that makes you more money rather than spending more money on things that has no meaning.

Sometimes, getting rich or poor is our choice.
1131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Gambling is not a steady income haven on: May 31, 2023, 08:40:17 AM
Gambling places are not for steady income, if you want steady income with gambling, online or offline, you have to be a owner, build your own casino and watch yourself growing up into a filthy rich billionaire.

Online casinos are places where it's certain that you will lose your money, it's a place where you need to be mentality sane to at least have a good ride and experience as you progress, it's not always about making money with gambling, it's always about not ending up running insane because of gambling.

To make this happen, you need to discipline yourself up, make sure you set some rules on how you will handle gambling every day and how much you are willing to risk on gambling every day or else you will end up in the gutter, with full regrets.

That's if you are not even addicted to gambling already, a addicted gambler always have one goal in mind, '( I have to make back all I have lost ), this is where the beginning of the end begins.
1132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Today I Have Shared About The Benefits Of Bitcoin With My Friends on: May 30, 2023, 12:06:50 PM
Bitcoin can gain big income but can also make huge losses, you need to let those investors know the possibility of losing their money first before they start feeling like they can make money, if they invest in Bitcoin and plan to take profit in a month's time they might be disappointed because a successful bitcoin holder are the long term holders.

Tell them the bad side of Bitcoin before telling them the good side, this is the best way to introduce Bitcoin to anybody, because without the fear part, they will believe that making money through Bitcoin is a smooth high way to succeed.

Some will agree and face their fear and most will run after telling them the bad part of Bitcoin and this bad part is holding long term before making gains and also the possibility of losing your Bitcoin.
1133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think low processing fees is more beneficial for merchants? on: May 30, 2023, 10:18:41 AM
Lower transaction fee is better for crypto merchants because customers will be able to find it easier to pay using crypto and also it is better to avoid any crypto not pass AI transaction fee because customers would be willing to use subscript for payments.

This is why I don't like what happened with bitcoin ordinals, I am one of those people that believe that Bitcoin transaction fee will be much more higher in future, what will witnessed a month ago is nothing compared to what is coming because if ordinals managed to catch the attention of big whales and investors, this will make bitcoin transaction fee Skyrocket and bitcoin miners will be the one to enjoy the ride, not the investors.
1134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: journey to financial freedom on: May 30, 2023, 09:10:45 AM
Do not let profits be the only reason why you are accumulating Bitcoin because sometimes your dream would not come to pass because bitcoin will not be able 5x or 6x your money and you will feel disappointed, make sure that you are accumulating Bitcoin for other reasons like store value for example or the Freedom of not getting money sitted by centralised governments.

Also you must have heard about how many people turn into millionaires investing in other coins that is not bitcoin like meme coins and shit coins in crypto space right? That is why I will advise anyone that want to make a lot of money not too invested in Bitcoin only because the reality is Bitcoin would never bring insane amount of money for investors unless you have a lot of money that you can invest in Bitcoin starting from $50000 upward.

You can later divert the money you make from other coins into Bitcoin and hold your bitcoin for the long-term, this is how some crypto investors and influencers make money and hold bitcoin for the long-term.
1135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: my small investment on: May 30, 2023, 08:15:04 AM
I bought a $14.55 bitcoin a few days ago when it was at 22k. Again Bitcoin came to 19k. However, I did not sell bitcoins. I was convinced that the price of Bitcoin would rise again. I buy $50 worth of bitcoins again. Got some profit on this small investment. Looking at Bitcoin 24k today. I will keep it for a long time and will not sell it now. I think at some point bitcoin will pump a lot

Since I can't invest more dollars, I don't have that much money. Still will invest as much as possible.
That is a very small amount of money to invest in Bitcoin and be expecting a good return unfortunately this wont give you any significant reward on the long-term, I will advise you to keep buying bitcoin with all you can afford right now, just make sure that the money is coming from extra source of income so that you won't go back and sell your bitcoin if you need money but the amount of Bitcoin that you are presently accumulating is very small, if only can afford is $50 per month then make sure that every month you buy bitcoin till the next bull market get here this is not the time to stop.

You can't invest as little as $50 and expect that $50 to turn into 10000 dollars with bitcoin, it is not going to happen unfortunately, so I will advise you to keep investing and accumulating whenever you have spare money that you can afford to lose because the biggest winners when it comes to bitcoin investment invest more than $1000 in Bitcoin to make good amount of reward when the next bull market gets here.
1136  Economy / Economics / Re: Will chatgpt really destroy the job market? on: May 29, 2023, 09:04:15 AM
If various work field, that once belongs to humans, and can he please tell us where those people are going to be replaced once the AI takes over? I don't believe this crap claim because it's obvious that those humans won't be needed anymore.

Once the inflation problem begins, many companies start sending their workers home, right? Imagine if AI replaces those workers, who will benefit the most? The CEO and co isn't it? They won't have to pay salaries to AI and inflation won't affect them much compared to when they are still paying humans.

Sorry I am looking at the bigger picture, I refuse to accept.
1137  Economy / Gambling / Re: Using ToS against users normal? on: May 29, 2023, 08:18:09 AM
If any one casino already have it in their terms and conditions that they can modify their ToS any time, that's a red flag and not safe to use, I will run away from such an online gambling platform because they can tramp on their users easily.

A online gambling platform that cares about their business and that of their customers must send out a notification via email address to all their users about the change of ToS and request them to go through the updates and changes before they start gambling starting from so and so date.

Because some users or customers might not like the new adjustments and they should be free to withdraw their funds and stop using the platform if they don't like the new rules of the platform.

If they can't do this, they can't be trusted.
1138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is mass adoption or/and regulation more likely to reduce volatility? on: May 29, 2023, 07:30:05 AM
Regulation.

Regulation is not directly going to happen with Bitcoin, regulation can only work with where people sell and buy their Bitcoin, that's crypto exchanges and that's even centralized exchanges, regulation can bring in some trusts but it won't reduce volatility, I am glad you don't ask for erasing volatility like a member on this forum that wished that Bitcoin goes stable, some people are too blind to see and they will never learn.

Mass Adoption

Mass adoption is not something that can be rushed, since Bitcoin is decentralized, it's greatest enemy is the government and that's why the adoption is slower, but Bitcoin was created for strong community in mind, and to keep the community in good hands, more trust must be in place, mostly among the adopters, Bitcoin was not created for the government or any kind of law to support, the strength of Bitcoin comes within it's holders and community.

Assuming loads of people start adopting Bitcoin today, the value will grow in huge numbers and those who bought at, let's say 20,000$ can start selling, meaning Bitcoin is leaving some people's hands and going into another hands, and the new hands will sell at a certain amount too, maybe 200k per Bitcoin.

Bitcoin will always go around, from hand to hand because of it's price, only very few people will want to hold and those holders are already millionaires who don't care about what will happen in future, but for the who came from struggling background, they need to survive, they need to solve their families problem and help their people,  those people are much more in numbers compare to those who are already millionaires.

Volatility with Bitcoin will always be here, and the next dip of Bitcoin can be 50,000 and we will be hoping for 300k in the next bull market, things will always be like this for Bitcoin.
1139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Your Kids Aware Of Bitcoin? Teach Them. on: May 29, 2023, 06:26:01 AM
I wish that my children could benefit from Bitcoin too but I don't want to make some mistakes that my parents made with us again, my parents never supported me when I believed in crypto and Bitcoin, I faced all the challenges on my own and they started fo supports once the results are showing up and I was able to support my them with the money I made from Bitcoin.

If I had listened to their warnings I wouldn't have made it through Bitcoin investment, so if I have my own children I won't force anything on them, Bitcoin lectures will come later after I have seen each and every potential they have, I have to make sure that Bitcoin won't steal their dream from them.

Just because Bitcoin gave me my freedom doesn't mean that Bitcoin is all there is for my children, this is a no-no, As good as Bitcoin is, do you know that it could be a dream killer for your children? Watch them grow up and know them very well, I will only introduce Bitcoin into their lives when I believe that it won't make them change their ways.
1140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or banking investment? on: May 28, 2023, 06:35:49 AM
I've never make any good money storing my funds in any centralized bank accounts, I was also so annoyed that banks are good at removing their charges every month and no extra alert or income from their side, I gave up on banks when I started learning about crypto in 2017 and when I knew how to convert fiat to Bitcoin I don't waste any time at all, I just went ahead and went fully Bitcoin, I now use bank account if I need money in Fiat, most times my bank account is always empty, and honestly I prefer it this way.
