The 13MM that is held by Iconomi team is locked for 6 months, which leaves 87MM in circulation Same thing with Antshares, where 50MM is locked for 1 year, so available supply is 50MM Where it is stated that Iconomi shares are locked for 6 months? It's possible to search using the address by going here https://etherscan.io/token/0x888666CA69E0f178DED6D75b5726Cee99A87D698 and typing your address as shown in the screenshot and type "apply" :  If you are trying to find a transaction that doesn't belong to you then I don't think It would be possible to find it. I'm trying to rule out the possibility my account has been compromised. The closest official post I found is from Iconomi, pretty much at the beginning of this thread: 8m will be distributed to the team in the same way Ethereum did. This is for the team. We'll publish blog post about that as well. Addresses will be public and distribution will also be publicly known. And we'll set a rule that we can not sell anything before certain conditions are met. That way, you can be sure team members won't be dumping anything.

I was not able to get my Etherium blockchain synced on time before day 24 hit and I see that the option to add my ethereum address on the ICO website is gone and I wanted to have the ICN ICO tokens delivered to my wallet, but this damned GETH is taking forever to fully sync this wallet, even with the --fast and --cache=1024 parameters active being the first time syncing from scratch.
When the ICN tokens gets finally distributed, will everyone who took no actions and have the tokens on the ICO website have the option to send partial to full tokens to their offline wallets at the same time? Or will I now have to wait longer for me to have the option to withdraw to address?

Some people here should really start to think with a realistic way instead of predicting 10$ per ICN "just after release" because this make no sense.
The crypto currencies world isn't about making a quick cash but It's something for long term and as everyone here knows the price is based on supply and demand so there should be enough demand for the price to increase and that's not going to happen unless people continue to advertise ICONOMI. How ? by sharing their Facebook content , retweeting their tweets and wearing their signature If you are not wearing any and keep writing about it in your blogs. (but well , I guess most of people stopped when the bounty campaign stopped..)

Nice question I'm wondering the same.. I believe you should be able to. They will provide an option to withdraw all, or part of your holdings, meaning you will have a managed address. At least that is how I see it |

I read and know that sending token in myetherwallet needs gas. Where can I find these gas ? Is there a possible way to buy it with bitcoin because i'm not familiar with ETH.
I'd recommend you keep ICN at iconomi, just setup 2fa. it's far too dangerous for a newbie to do this... better get some experience first and then move valuable tokens Later i also have to learn, so i think learning now when ICNs are not released is better. I read that gas is eth, do you know how much eth is enough for about 1500 ICN transaction, thank you. TX fee, or gas, is not related to the amount of value you want to transfer. I think that 0.1 ether should be more than enough for several transactions. A friendly advice - start with ether, and send it back and forward before you send all your ICN tokens to the same wallet. That way you make sure that you can spend the funds, and not only to receive them |

It's like saying that the price of google or microsoft does not matter. Among other factors ICN price represents the market cap of Iconomi, and how much money is being managed in the different funds. It also matters for people that want to sell some or all of their shares. |

I checked Iconomi "competitor" from this link - dlt10index. I am not a fin-expert, but it looks to me that if that is Iconomi main competitor right now - we are good ( we are good regardless, but as a matter of speech) Weak points they have (in my view): 1. the cap of 10 coins. 2. 70% of the fund is based on 3 coins 2. Dogecoin (3.60%) - seriously? that is a nice one. 3. Co-founders - 4 of them. the first 3 come from the old, corrupted and BAD world that pushed us into crypto in the first place. Banks, investment banking, Goldman Sachs executive - they all have experience in "banking innovation". wtf is that? a new patch to that IBM thing you have at your core from the 70's? Or perhaps the ultra fast online services (2-10 business days for transaction) The last one is the only one from crypto world - described, along other achievements, as "even solved two of the blocks on the bitcoin blockchain." So the most blockchain expert dude they have has worked in the forex industry in the last 8 years.. Not a word about the rest of the team.. |
