right now it is down. Getting server issue 404 error page. Even after flushing dns cache. Was working 10 hrs ago...
hmmmm....... looks like a certificate problem. chrome, opera and firefox are squawking invalid certificate and in chrome when I ignore warning, I land on error page.

Firstly you have to create announcement thread about your faucet. Secondly, try to contact owners of faucet lists and rotators, that they add your faucet. If you have normal budget, spend some money on advertising on Ad networks like Mellowads, A-Ads, U-Ads, Blockadz...
There is many scam Ethereum faucets on the network, so if you prove that your faucet is paying, users will start promote your faucets with their referral links.

In the first post it is written clearly that member + rank could join the compagn, where did you find that the minimum requirement is full member? Besides imo with the low rewards yobit fits most with the lower ranks (which contains serious & spammers ofc) Rules were changed some time ago, Yobit posted about that they will not accept jr. members anymore.
