I agree, if we put all our money in bitcoin that would mean we are putting all our wealth at risk, bitcoin is not for savings but for investment and every investment has a risk associated so we only need to put the amount that we can afford to lose. |

although this sounds like it would be a great mix its not, big corporations own porn hub and others like it and they are really only interested in the old fashioned ways of taking in capitol so I am afraid you will only see low level vendors accepting BTC for porn....
the big corporations like this only care about money and nothing else so i am sure they do not care about sticking to old ways or the new, they only care about earning more money. so i think the reaso why they do not have bitcoin option is that there is not enough interest for it. If they have less chargebacks due to using Bitcoin, they would probably consider adding Bitcoin payments. But I can really see a market for independant producers, due to the anonymity aspects. Exactly porn sites would entertain bitcoins because of the fact that the payments once made by the customer cannot be reversed by them saying " they don't like the video  " and hence the sites will feel much secure getting paid via bitcoins. I don't see anything wrong with bitcoins accepted on porn sites. I don't think they would see the Bitcoins usefulness and in my own opinion porn wouldn't care if they add Bitcoin or not on their payments because they seems that there's no soo much user to use it. Same as others said but If I were them I would add those payment terms because Bitcoin users does increase as days goes by. I don't consider trading as gambling. There are risk of loosing money in both even if you are experienced trader. The only difference is level of risk what is extremely high in gambling as you have quickest way of getting result. Trading also goes wrong when you try to gain more profit assuming something will be one way but it goes other way. Difference is clear and they are not same at all.
I agree, gambling is different from trading. In gambling you can get addicted to it because the result or outcome of yoir gambling is very fast. It makes you addicted because you can earn fast in gambling. Unlike in trading, it needs patience to earn profit from it so it won't make you get addicted to it. Mostly you can easily addicted in gambling because the result is very fast and when you are experiencing loses that is when you start to think of avenging your loses, but in trading, you will not directly lose because it is either you will lose or win a certain percentage of the amount you use in trading. |

I agree, the best investment is by diversifying it. Don't concentrate on a single investment as it can be dangerous in the future if something happens in that company or business. I am using bitcoin because with it I can earn bigger profit from price increase and from trading, and with that currency we can transact our money faster than bank or other transaction system.
I am optimistic person, from day one I believe in BTC & having more importance in my life as it will help me to become financial freedom in future.Accordingly i have started plan to build career. Well that's the best way to move ahead with bitcoins, try to earn and collect as much as you can for the future so if price reaches to the moon it can make you rich person for sure. So basically it is all about being optimistic for seeing what's ahead. In some ways i also think that we are also learning to become and entrepreneur type of persons because we discover some ways to earn. Not only on being optimistic but also being a sensible person too because we just think too ahead and made up some plans already. We do really learn while we are seeking for new ways and other methods to earns partly as you said also. This is because of the sensationlized bad press. Well I think the community can counteract this by releasing more good press, projects and development with full promotion and advertisement. This way bitcoin will be acknowledge by more people and eventually the government. Dumb people think that bitcoin is use for illegal activities but I am proud I am one of the smart people who are on board in bitcoin. For me it would not be a great idea to go full time on Bitcoin because I know that I would not make enough money with it to be able to make a living out of it.
Maybe it would be possible in the future but it would not happen at this moment.
Yeah and this stage we have only limited ways to earn bitcoins as our full time job eats all the time so its difficult to give more time to bitcoins, and if your earning from bitcoin is low in compare to job then its better to continue with full time job. There are multiple possibilities, I myself use signature campaigns to earn some profit, with my other btcs I really do nothing else than holding. I think holding right now is one of the best things you can do, because of the fact that the btc has potential to rise to a higher level in the future..
Earning from signature campaign is the best way to earn money, and I think that earnings should be invested in altcoin trading to make quick profits and to grow the amount of coins in future. To be honest, one shouldn't buy bitcoins like that. It is a long term investmant, I would buy it if the price went down to less than 400 and not sell any of those for a long time.
I don't thin that we will ever see that low price of bitcoin again in future and if you are waiting to buy at that price then you are surely wasting your time as that will never happen. So better buy now or regret later, i am optimistic that the price will rise up to $1,000 by the end of the year, and I hope you guys have that kind of optimism because that is all what we need in order for us to gain a good profit from our investment. Exactly, we need to move ahead with positive mindsets and even if price goes down in coming days, we should hold our coins tight and have faith in bitcoins that it will touch $1k price very soon. If you want to save money, my advice is keep your btcs in your btc wallet, never get bitcoin to use into gambling, hyip... and every time you get bitcoin from sig campaign, faucet, or any other ways, send it to your bitcoin wallet, that way in the future you will see your accumulated bitcoin and you will be surprised..
You need a whole lot of discipline for you to do that, you have to sacrifice you happiness just to save money. For me invest is my priority than saving money because I knew that I can grow my bitcoin if my mindset is on investing but make that you the risk of some investment site. i guess it wont disappear rather, maybe the value will fluctuate.. It i guess i will stay forever.. But if people wipp continue the high demand of bitcoins, then it won't never disappear and tje value at the same time increases. Anything can happen and we cannot predict what will be exact scenario in future, if people find it boring then they may find some alternate option which can give them better profits. People already switch to altcoins when they have the feeling the Bitcoin price isn't moving much. People just follow the money. Buying a whole bitcoin is a good investment the only problem is that for a long term investment 1BTC is too little, I think is better to concentrate on increasing your current earnings that in long term investments for you right now.
You got the point of it, if you are intending to plan and make some investments with bitcoin for long term then probably 1 bitcoin is not going to be enough or if you are going to get some profit with it what is going to happen is that you are just going to get small profit from it. But still it depends to the investor of how much is going to be his capacity. For some people 1 BTC may seem like a "low" number even though the far majority don't even own that amount, but some people really believe the price will go to $5000-$10,000 at some point in the future. Whether or not this will happen is another thing, but with that in mind, then 1 BTC is a more than decent amount to hold. I would say it depends on how you use it, if you are using that money for investing in the long term then it is not big enough or a considerable amount, but if you are using that in gambling, I believe that is already a good amount of bankroll and you have a good chance to grow it if you are lucky. Gambling should never be an option or way to try to increase your coin count. Depending on luck is not the way to do things. People will end up losing all their funds in the long run when their (assuming they are very lucky) winning streaks end up in a bad losing streak where it won't be possible to recover from. And if you are with bad luck from the very beginning, then you will lose all you have directly. I agree gambling should not be a choice too because that is not going to make you productive at all. But if you are going to hold it for a long time it is going to give you profit by just doing nothing and you are just going to wait for somehow until the price is going to be acceptable to you or else you are going to trade for a long time. Well if I am one those people who are early with bitcoin and bought 1,000 bitcoins. I don't think I will still going to work with my current job. What I am going to do is that I will going to build my own mini business that is going to be a good source of my income. And I will going to be the own boss of my own business, but I don't think I will going to have total of 1,000 btc by this time because for sure that is going to be lesser now. Me as well, I will not also work anymore and instead I will just enjoy the rest of my life with that amount of BTC in my wallet. Actually it's easy to earn money with bitcoin. I mean, there are many ways to earn money with bitcoin like faucets, signature campaign, trading, gambling and many else.
Faucets are just a waste of time. I had used bitcoin faucets for almost a month and I just did gain nothing. Signature campaign is a good way to get bitcoin and if you have already enough savings with it. I would say that you must also try to get into trading so that you are going to earn higher but you must be knowledgeable with it. Completely agree with you mate, I did faucet before and the outcome is not really productive, I would rather do signature campaign as it does not demand much of my time and I can still learn while doing the job compared to faucets which is purely visual only. |

Yes it matters, when ever we cut income in half, there will be side effects from that. I think only problem is not so big demand, as I understand there is not so many people involved with bitcoins, especially not big companies. With time that can change, and then price of bitcoin can go up like rocket.

Have you noticed that every time halving comes the price is good, that is what happen this year also because the halving took place this year and look at the price now, it doubles already compared to the opening price of the year 2016 so I think it really matters for us to make profit. |
