1. Disable Creating and opening New Topics for Brand New and Newbie members
2. Newbies can make Posts, BUT they need to solve math and enter captcha before that
3. Prolong time limit when Newbies can create new Posts
4. Disable Newbies to add any external links in posts
I saw something similar on other forum , and I think it is great and effective way to make forum cleaner,
and keep scammers and spammers under control.
Genuine new users that have real activity will after some time return to normal forum usage and reduced restrictions
if they had no moderator reports or flags from other forum members

Hello - earlier today I meant to send Bitcoin BTC to an address but accidentally sent BCH Bitcoin cash. I was unable to cancel it before it completed. I think there is a way you can get your Bcash back if you sent it to your own BTC walet If you have the Private keys of that Bitcoin Address, then you can access your Bcash also with that (importing private key). If you sent it to exchange, I don't think so. |

What do you suggest they'd do then? If they just simply agree on a certain user's reply but doesn't have anything to add to the conversation, then they wouldn't be able to do anything anyway. If they reply "this", "true!", I agree!" or something along those lines without giving more information or adding anything constructive then the reply would be reported and deleted anyway. They should know better, and I think nobody will answers "true!", I agree! thanks, I like..." I don't agree that you must give merit and keep quiet.... to make topic or thread 'clean'. Sometimes I just want a “Like” or “Agree” just for that. Some posts aren’t exactly worth a merit, but you still want to vouch his idea without needing to create a post for that.

Well that makes 2 Roger Ver videos I've watched in 2 days, and they just feel like watching one of those Cringy scenes from "The Office"; Prison Mike style.  I've always found it amusing how Roger Ver, who styles himself some "high-powered CEO", seems to get so worked up about little old me, a 4chan troll at heart who admits to having essentially zero personal ambition.
I believe you should change your title to "totalitarian censorship promoting tyrant". While ambitious I feel it falls well within the troll wheelhouse. It might even make him feel better he is deeply concerned this will taint or misinform people about the history of Bitcoin. After being a member of Bitcointalk forum for 8 years, Roger still does not know how to use it.... very sad  I wanted to add this "totalitarian censorship promoting tyrant" in post....BUT it was so long, boring and Sci-fi and I gave up.
