11341  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: November 26, 2015, 11:18:59 AM
Right now i trying to mining a lot of coins, i thinking its mabey its good to save the coins like 6-12 mdr before selling it.

Can orther explain about its a good point else about the risk its to high to lose to lot on it?

I didn't understand what "a lot of coins" means exactly , If you mean other alternative coins then it's up to you to see if that coin have potentials and if it exists since long time and it's not just another scam .
Now if we are speaking about Bitcoins then it's better to hold them for long term , at least till the next year when the halving block reward happens .
11342  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Cloud Services on: November 26, 2015, 10:31:10 AM
I will stop you there before you do something you will regret about it later . Stay safe and don't use them .

Scam alert about them : https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/scam-alert-bitcoin-cloud-services/
Read this as well : https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/exclusive-possible-500000-bitcoin-cloud-mining-ponzi-scheme-uncovered-1433546738

11343  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptsy and Kraken Targeted with Extreme DDoS Attacks on: November 26, 2015, 09:11:22 AM
"Because of the progressing DDoS assaults, Cryptsy clients may encounter trouble in pulling back assets from their cryptocurrency accounts."

Seems legit , Cryptsy didn't allow their clients to withdraw since long time ago so it has nothing to do with their current DDOS attack (if there is any) . They will try to make a better scenario then Mt.gox and run away with clients funds if you ask me .
and if it's actually true (that a DDOS attack is happening) then I can't say I feel sorry about those people because I don't , and for what comes to the clients ... they couldn't take their funds before , so this changes nothing for them .
11344  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do you trade? on: November 26, 2015, 09:06:22 AM
Ok well thanks for your answers!
I'll still trade with cex as they have been incredibly reactive and friendly, they answer my question and technical problems in less than 30 min on average so I can't really wish better  Cheesy

But it seemed important (and you comfirmed it) to spread my investments. From what you say i keep Bittrex and Kraken in mind. Are they only for btc or do they have some altcoin too? I don't know a lot about altcoins so I'm not going to trade them often (especially as they're even more volatile than btc) but I'd like to have the possibility.

Thanks for your returns again!

Bittrex have Alternative coins as far as I know , Kraken have also altcoins as I can see on their their homepage but not like Bittrex , Alternative coins may get you a good profit however make sure to invest in coins that you see potential on and not on every pre-mined created altcoin out there .
Now to answer your first question , I personally wouldn't use exchanges at all because they defeat the purpose of using Bitcoin on the first place (being anonymous) . Those exchanges ask for personal details such ID , Passport etc ... so I'd prefer to trade in forums like here on BItcointalk where there is Currency exchange section . I can trade with the rates that fits me and with any payment method I want . Good luck and feel free to ask any questions if you have some .
11345  Other / New forum software / Re: 'Disable editing" option? on: November 26, 2015, 08:45:14 AM
Just an idea for the new forum (but it might be as well implemented to the current one):

Add 'disable editing' option in 'additional options' when starting new topic - to prevent editing replies.

It could be very useful for any contests or bounty topics as it would prevent any possible abuse.

Editing/deleting replies is already disabled in Markeplace/Auctions board, but it could be made optional for all the other boards.

I agree , it could be very useful in some occasions like "Stake your address" for example , without the need of people quoting your replies in case they get edited later however when we enter the topic these information should be available like if we can edit our posts or not ...
Till now .. I don't know how I'm supposed to know if a reply has been edited or not .. so these kind of info should be visible to public .
11346  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do traders make money while trading bitcoin in localbitcoin.com ? on: November 26, 2015, 08:34:51 AM
I am new to bitcoin and loving it. I have an account with localbitcoin and i see, there are so many people buying and selling btc. I am wondering, how do they make money while trading using localbitcoin ? And can it be a good business ?  Huh

People can make money using any over exchanges (including Localbitcoins) , the idea is simple , basically they buy low (when bitcoin price is low) then they sell it again when the price rise once again , however you need few bitcoins to start with so the trading is profitable otherwise you won't be making good profit at all .
also I suppose if you want to do buy low and sell high you should use some other exchanges because Localbitcoins is decentralized and may take time to trade with the users .
11347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blocksize - December 2015 on: November 26, 2015, 08:10:48 AM
I understand the next block size meeting will be soon. Coming up to the meeting and wondering if anything has changed and where things stand as of now? What do people consider will be the likely outcome?

Honestly I think if they don't take their decision soon , maybe some developers are going to get bored after a while (I'm not sure if they get paid on the first place) and simply leave the project just like Gavin did and we will find our selves in a not beautiful situation ...
I don't think they will take any decisions but let's hope I'm wrong on this one . Maybe increasing the blocksize to somewhere so they don't increase it again anytime soon .

11349  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin VPN services with one day plans on: November 25, 2015, 07:03:35 PM
Thanks for pointing me to this Chrome addon. I was not aware of than there is an browser addon what offers VPN-like functionality.

How is the safety? Could the IP address be traced?

Hello,
Are there any VPN services which accept Bitcoin and which offer one day plans? All I found are services with at least 3 or 7 days plans.

Thanks!

Why you need VPN only for 1 day... ? You can use Zenmate chrome extension for 1 day that is free

If you are going to play with NSA or CIA  or something then yes you will be traced and get police to your house . If it's just for normal use like visiting websites etc ... then you should be just safe .
11350  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have .00000001 bitcoin. Will I be a millionaire by 2046? on: November 25, 2015, 05:27:39 PM
What do you guys think?

Hell no , this is totally impossible and it will never happen .
If you said 1 BTC by 2046 would worth one million dollar then yeah why not (small chances , like very small ...) but one satoshi make no sense , so first let us break at least the 1000$ then we can talk about the future of bitcoin (for what comes to the price) .
11351  Economy / Digital goods / Re: udemy ripper on: November 25, 2015, 04:18:26 PM
You literally copied everything (including the topic) from the other (Original) seller , Guys don't buy from him you are going probably to get either a virus on your PC or nothing at all or a cheap leaked version  .
Yes I copied the text but I made exact replica of the software and I found the bug in the udemy site and so selling this software.

I still doubt that people are willing to give money to a newbie for a product that has no reviews. Just my 2 cents.

I can make a video now and You can see it works!!

Sure , I'd like to see a video about it please . Also , are you  willing to use an escrow on your transactions or not ?
11352  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to bitcoin & I have these 12 questions on: November 25, 2015, 04:01:14 PM
I will try to answer what I can

1. "A full node is a program that fully validates transactions and blocks. Almost all full nodes also help the network by accepting transactions and blocks from other full nodes, validating those transactions and blocks, and then relaying them to further full nodes." and you can run one of those Full nodes simply by running Bitcoin Core wallet in your PC and opening the ports .

2. I'm not sure what that means honestly , but basically the Decentralized part is that we don't really need any third party like banks etc ... and all transactions can be viewed by everyone everywhere on the Blockchain .

3. Basically nodes are needed , if there is no nodes or everyone is using Lightweight nodes Bitcoin could not exist .

4. Euro has it value on dollar as-well , just like anything else . It's just conversion ? (I hope I got your questoin right)
5. Bitcoin community is basically us , everyone try to contribute on the way he can  , some people open services that accepts Bitcoin , others try to speak about Bitcoin and how cool it is to their families or their friends etc ...

6. Supply halving is made so Bitcoin don't use it value with time , and no Miners don't really lose (maybe they do , but they will keep making profit) , I mean if they don't make profit , they will logically stop .
Also the miners owns the most of the bitcoins , so probably after the next halving which should happen next July ... price should rise (It's based on supply and demand , so less supply and same or higher demand should make the price rise)

7.What do you mean how it's editable ?

8. Mtgox claimed that they got hacked , and till now .. no body knows where are the millions of dollars stolen exactly , they are probably little bit everywhere (on different bitcoin addresses) and the suspect number one is their CEO .

9.You can't really know how much Bitcoin is lost ,it's pretty impossible . How it does affect the economy ? On a good way , as Satoshi said few years ago on this forum "Lost coins only make everyone else’s coins worth slightly more. Think of it as a donation to everyone"

10. What companies are we talking about here ?

11. I have zero knowledge on Mining so couldn't really answer this one , sorry .

12. I guess not (AFAIK) , but banks finally understood how Blockchain is good and some of them are even using the technology right now .

11354  Other / Meta / Re: Error: Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. on: November 24, 2015, 06:24:46 PM
I had the same issue and it only lasted few seconds and dissapaeared after refreshing the page couple of times .
@theymos , I assume that the database is busy because of some DDOS attack or just BadBear banning some people ?  Shocked
11355  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Steam Wallet Code on: November 24, 2015, 06:00:03 PM
How those Steam wallet codes has been obtained exactly ? (If bought physically , please take a picture of them and share it) if not then tell me from where
11356  Other / Meta / Re: Password problems Bitcointalk on: November 24, 2015, 05:49:49 PM
hi, i want to ask why lately. my account bitcointalk varying themselves. whereas my have updated the password but two days after that my changed the account password again. do not know why ? Huh Huh
when my have to use a password that is difficult Angry Angry
thank You

Passwords can't and won't get changed by themselves , that's for sure .
Either you got hacked or you made the changes by your self and you forgot , I'm not sure if you are speaking about this account (but since you are logged) I'd assume it's another account ... So if you want to get your account back then you should provide a signed message using one of your addresses that you posted before and Theymos or BadBear should reset your account .
11357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: November 24, 2015, 05:43:15 PM
I just wanted to get your opinions on this one , what do you think Bitcoin would be if there was no Alternative coins such Litecoin & Dogecoin and the others ...
I mean it would be better with or without them Bitcoin would have no value at all ?
11358  Economy / Services / Re: What services sell quickly here? (List of free services I wanna do) on: November 23, 2015, 06:17:43 PM
If you have good coding knowledge and skills then it's probably the best (beside designing , you can probably make more being a Photoshoper) . But as I said you should have some great skills because there is a big competition on this area and people don't need some basic knowledge to just run a blog made in WordPress or something . (so HTML , CSS , PHP etc .. are required) .

Now for Japanese learning , some people are interested on this I'm sure but you should expand and not only look to Bitcointalk , forums like Leakforums , HackForums etc ... have anime fans who would like to learn that language and hey also pay in BTC .

For shipping food  I can't say much I suppose , you should speak to Japanese people because I'm sure that you won't ship the food worldwide .. are you ?
11359  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: November 23, 2015, 05:31:03 PM
Hello, I would like to ask if anyone knows for a good way to invest Bitcoins? I am very interested in purchasing shares of a startups, something like bnktothefuture, but with lower minimums.

I am currently active on BTCjam, but I would like to invest in startups too not just loans.

Thanks Smiley

Bitcoin it self is an investment however it's for the long term , so the more you wait , the higher chances to make huge profit .
Now if you want to invest in something else , you should check eToro and you can buy stocks etc .. (and as far as I know they do accept Bitcoin as payment method) In case you don't know anything about this , you can visit someones profile (someone who is actually making profit) and simply click "Copy" so you copy whatever he is doing and earn money as he does .
Website is available on  most countries , I know it's not available in my country (Algeria) , India & USA too I suppose .
11360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Rejected transaction - Need help on: November 23, 2015, 04:43:38 PM
You seem like you didn't send anything to that address because as I can see on BlockTrail it's pretty empty , I'm confused here , same for TX ID it seems like it doesn't exist .
Now and you refreshed my memory about "Rejected" on Bitcoin Core , are you sure you are fully synchronized with the Network and downloaded blockchain ? because last time I had that message on a transaction was when I didn't sync .
