If it talks like a turkey and walks like a turkey, the SEC will then say it's a turkey? Anyway, if the SEC really cared about Ethereum, then its premined beginnings is the biggest duck in the room. No amount of regulation can take that away... or can it?

If you're thinking to go all-in, then at least consider this a gamble and the 10,000 euros a sum you'd be willing to lose. If it's an investment, you're better off buying Bitcoins and holding it for a year in cold storage.
In fact, for a year, never buy the coins and leave them anywhere but on a wallet you control and keep. Anything could happen in one year if you leave it somewhere "online". That's my only advice.

i need 17 coins for a masternode plz someone send me address : BnFZahKeoPh2vcWuaaLFVwbepf5gwGX7SM If you already own 2483 Bros, you can stake the 17 you need in less than 5 days. 17 coins in less than 5days? how? Poster says he needs 17 coins. Masternode costs 2,500 coins, so responder assumed he already had 2,483 BROS. BRO is also a Proof of Stake coin, meaning you can generate more coins by staking your balance. How to do this? Leave your wallet unlocked and open. Your balance will stake and generate new coins. 2,483 should generate about 17 in about 5 days.

If you check in the Exchange services thread, you can find people in here willing to exchange your Bitcoin into Paypal. You'll have to trust them though, as they can request a refund. The good thing is you'll generally get quite a bit more value for your coin.
Doesn't feel secure enough? Look for trusted Paypal exchangers on localbitcoins.

How transparent is the portfolio going to be for Target Coin? I know the whitepaper claims 100% but are you really going to be able to show us live trades worth millions of dollars? Where can we see actual trades, actual exchanges... I'm asking because if the profits are paid our quarterly I am assuming there will be financial statements as well as accounts for investors to check profits against?
Who is doing the audit btw?

Well, I jumped back in at $2000 yesterday and I am already up $2230+ today. Sold only 3 x bitcoins today and paid for a weekend of camping with the family from the profits. < +/- $500 after trading fees & taxes >
These spectators and critics and shills are missing out on a lot of fun and profits. While they pump their hidden agendas, we reap the profits by being in the frontlines. )o(
Wait, aren't all the frontline people really the ones paying for these spectators and critics and shills? How else do they buy BTC cheap and trigger all their sell orders Enjoy your well-deserved weekend camping. Plenty of drama to come back to.

I think Byteball could be a good one. It has very active development.
Yeah! You know one very easy way to see how active an alt's development is? How often the wallet is upgraded, responding to bugs by fixing them and introducing new features. Maybe it's a simplistic way but for a normal guy like me, this mayes byteballs so undervalued, in context of current pricefall.

I would tend to agree with doubling your BTC as a hedge against all the others. It's true that you stand to gain the least since it's already priced so high and even to move 50% is a huge ask now but that's the whole idea of hedging. All the other alts tend to be affected by BTC, except when they fall hard.
I think that's a very strong list of alts by any measure. I would put in 1-2% on a risky alt or token, almost entirely speculative? Like one of those ICO scams. I mean alts.

How about you ask about a more realistice all-time high of 5 cents first, before going for the 50? It's already incredibly outperformed in the last few months and is still doing well considering its status. Been weeks since the new devs were announced, though, wonder what's in store?

There now, aren't you feeling a bit silly for asking people to worry when it's taken just 24 hours for Bitcoin to climb more than 15% again? Yes, it will probably go down again, but yes, this is completely normal and doesn't need any worrying. P.S. I'm pretty sure it's going to touch 1,900 again this week.

Completely forgot about this pretty project for so long now, and glad to see it is finally seeing some life breathed into it. Curious that my small amount of 2.3 BROs are worth something haha. Starting to stream again now at current price you could get ฿0.00015 for your 2.3 BRO for instant sell if you are willing to wait you could get ฿0.00018 Anyway here you can trade BRO https://cryptodao.com/site/index/BRO/BTCenjoy Thank you so much! Actually, I think I will just wait and stream more. I stopped for so long, thinking it was all over. I would recommend to also list on yobit and cryptopia as these are quite active in forums now. Oh, and if I am not too late for the Out of Beta reward, here is my address: BbtySeYhAdv9WpN5fTR5pwojT1iotUj5Cb

For those who posting pump and dump and shits, do your research before posting. It is a new blockchain technology and being built from scratch. Learn more here https://nimiq.comSo... this was just a pump based on "new blockchain technology and being built from scratch"? Ah, alright everyone, move along now, this was totally legit. Buying it at inflated ETH prices then selling it all do create an indefensively false market cap is okay.

Hard to predict, since the oldest crypto is barely 7/8 years old. So there's no benchmark to compare against. I've seen so many 1 or 2 year predictions that are just hit and miss. Heck, even a million predictions for Bitcoin, half of them about price crashing to zero. For every coin that made it 100 times in 2 years, you have a lot of others just dying.

OK good to see that an actual decision was taken... like many of you my only true interest is in the regional solidarity of this coin's name. But this project has shown that the coding knowledge of devs were not up to par. Before you even restart, make sure you get the basics straight. Communication. Don't make the same mistake.

But why post about a toy in Bitcoin Speculation?
I genuinely want to know.
Because, along with Dutch tulips and the South Sea Company, Beanie Babies are often used as an example of an economic bubble by people ignorant of the fact that the causes of the rise and fall of the value of these assets is well understood, and was predictable (to some extent) even at the time. Furthermore, the circumstances of these cases are all very different from each other and from Bitcoin, and any decent economist would laugh at the suggestion that they're comparable. Bah. You ruined it. I wanted OP to explain it all to me. How he is such a genius for coming up with the idea of Beanie Babies and Bitcoin...as if he is such an economic mastermind. I am sure he would have eventually mentioned tulips too. And also thought that he was being original on that one too. At least Bitcoin, whatever will happen, should be a lot better recorded for study than tulipmania or Beanie babies. I also think Trolls, the toy I mean, is comparable to beanies. Bitcoin cannot really be compared to any of those examples, otherwise I might also use the urban legend of soda can tabs (it was real! everyone I knew collected and paid crazy amounts for them!).

When I first got into Bitcoin it was well below $1,000. It has not been even one year, and it is still up 2.5 times that price. Why should that worry me? In fact, when it was shooting to $3,000 that was so worrying because you must climb so high if you want to fall so hard!

My total alt holdings is just over $100... at the highest time it was almost $200. I didn't sell anything. For me, I considered it an investment (I didn't actually buy, just earned or exchanged from bitcoin) and practically consider this a loss already.
All in all, I guess the amount of fiat now is more or less still the same amount I earned or exchanged, so I'm not worried.

How about gbyte or byteballs, as well as the blackbytes that come with them?
They were over valued a month ago and lost more than half price during this slide, but are still worth more than $400 now. They are rare because distribution is slow to Bitcoin holders. If you don't have Bitcoin, you can only buy them on exchange.

You can't really list Litecoin there, at least not against the same basket of alts and even Bitcoin... they've all lost at least 25% of their value in this dump, but Litecoin hasn't quite. In fact, it only followed suit after a few days. So it's not really undervalued.
