We have half dozen countries which embraced or will soon embrace BTC. Japan, Switzerland, Korea, Antigua and Barbuda maybe even Russia will fully legalize BTC soon. So another country joining the technology revolution. But for me for bitcoin to truly go mainstream. Countries like US or UK and other first world country should be in the forefront. This is actually good news. They are a regulated exchange - and the SEC won't approve the ETF until most of the trading is done on regulated exchanges (because the pricing of the ETF depends on it).

I don't think the Bitcoin ETF has any major effect on Bitcoin prices.
ETF news has always some influence. Investors are pleased that SEC is giving ETF another shot so soon. It might mean something. Do you remember how BTC price was skyrocketing the day before previous 'final date' of Coin ETF evaluation? We have similar situation now. Looks like it could have influence the price of bitcoin right now. I remember the Coin ETF back in March and we have this kind of situation before. In anticipating of the ETF approval?(rejection) the price of bitcoin rose to set ATH that time. Maybe we are also having the same effect. But excuse my ignorance, I don't know when will the SEC release their decision for their second review? |

Bitcoin can reach 3000 USD in a year ?
If we could solve this scaling debate issue I would say yes! This is the only reason why we are not really progressing at the moment. Since 2 years we are carrying that rock with us. An activation of SegWit alone could push us up to $2000 just alone in no time and would give us also tremendous potential for future implementations which are already in the pipeline!This means even more boost for future price increases! But how likely is a solution in the next few months? I have no idea but I hope we will make it this year. Hope never dies!  It could probably push bitcoin price to reach more than $2000 if SegWit is activate on bitcoin network. Sadly, with all the politics going around the scaling issue it won't be implemented for now. Bitcoin is really having its best year so far with other country putting regulation and legalizing it. But one thing that will truly rocket the price of bitcoin to the moon is the scaling problem. Yeah. So far Poloniex looks trusted for almost crypto trader out there. Although they just delist some alt-coins on their trading platform, it didn't have any bad effect on their reputation so far. Never had such bad experience on them, so far, so good. But the moment I hear someone cries scam on them. I will be the first one to move out.

I've gambled with Bitcoin and PayPal and my preferred payment method is Bitcoin only.
When I tried to gamble with PayPal, there's a feeling of nervousness with that Company. There just is no safe feeling with PayPal because they like to have frozen accounts for no reason at all. Making a withdrawal through PayPal is not usually automated as well because the company will notice a number of payments going to and into the company and they will just freeze accounts and keep the money.
You are lucky if Paypal don't froze your account. I still have my paypal account but I don't used that much often because I already switch to bitcoin already. Specially if paypal found out that something is fishy with your account, the ins and outs of your money history, and they will just froze it off without apparent reason. |

The only logical reason someone will just leave the game is that if he has 0 money to play for gambling. Other's say that if they have win the jackpot, on the contrary, if you just won the jackpot then there's a reason to comeback again. You have the money and you want to try if you can win big again. Looks like artists will individually have to upload their music onto your platform. That just means that nearly no one will do it because your platform requires the crossover between crypto fans and music fans - not a lot.
It might get some more people into your coin, but I really don't think there would be a need for another cryptocurrency for a basic platform like this. You should just accept Bitcoin deposits and keep them as Bitcoin.

I believed that SEC decision regarding the ETF is final. I don't know why are they making another review. They just granted a review nothing more. They will not suddenly make a U-turn and change the decision they handled last March.

Bitcoin has pass through many stage, limitations, attack and forks issue but its price keep on increasing from inception till now. At this time Last year bitcoin price was $450 but today it is $1245 that was over 180% increment in just a year. This is what we call blessing, that is making progress in the face of strong opposition!!
When you call it blessing, its like something a gift from God. So is Satoshi a God now?  I call it opportunity. When I(we) found bitcoin, it give us a possibility orsato likelihood to profit or gain money through trading and other forms. Early adopters didn't know that the popularity of bitcoin will get to this level, but the opportunity has presented itself so now they are harvesting the fruits of its labor. But for those who have just started bitcoin the same concept still exist they can still make money enjoy bitcoin as mode of payment. To me bitcoin is a blessing from God. God can use anyone to be a blessing to the world including satoshi! We all know the benefits of bitcoin to all of us here because without bitcoin we would not be here every day. For me the first money I make online is bitcoin and I was able to covert it to fiat and use the money for my need so I see bitcoin as a blessing. i think its little bit strange for delisting coins in poloniex because from what i've read in many sites, there is no news from polo that wants to delisted that coins and its make many traders is confusing and sadly. if i take a look in polo in few weeks ago, all of coins that will be delisted gets a good moving in the market and there are many traders doing large amount of bitcoin and i think the coins is deserve to stay with polo.
Right. They delisted it without any warning to both traders and devs as well. Some of them are moving but Poloniex thinks that those are shitcoins and needs to be out of their trading platforms. I pity some dev who works hard and for some strange reasons, their coin gone in Poloniex. |

I believe in superstitions but I don't have superstitions in playing gambling. I just play and test if I have luck today but with the hope of winning of course. I also apply superstitions in real life and I wear charms but I think that being optimistic attracts positive things to happen in your life. It is not bad to follow superstitions but some people depends their whole life in it as if death will happen if they do not follow.

Yes we can or we can try to play with only a small amount. If you are addicted like me then you would know that it is very hard to let go off gambling addiction. Therefore to keep on gambling, I must sustain what I use to gamble therefore I only play with a small amount so either when I lose it will still be fine So you are saying that you are now playing an amount that you can afford to lose? Well at least that a head start if you are quitting gambling for good. Just slowly reducing the amount of bitcoin you can play at any given time. They are not delisting them because they are thinking them to be dead, they never told so. They took this bad decision because those markets where not enough profitable. And beside that they keep some Ethereum and Monero markets with near no trading volume...
I think Polo delisted some of those altcoins because thy are not profitable as mentioned. But at least Polo should have the decency to informed the owners of the developer about their decision. No given explanation by Polo so we are all speculating why they decided so delist them and why keep some like Monero with no trading volume. |

In the first quarter of 2017, bitcoin price only increased 10%, while ETH 600% and DASH 846%. And i noticed that btc price is like going steady in the past few weeks. Is this good or bad? Does this mean it is growing into a mature investment?
The price is going steady because some exchanges like Bitfinex hold the USD withdrawal of its investors so naturally they convert their USD to bitcoin that why the price started to increase. But once the withdrawal is open again, the price of bitcoin will go down. But in terms of being mature, no bitcoin will not mature and will remain unstable and volatile. |

I never played at OneHash. Biggest win is like 0.03BTC only. I just lucky that day. But then again I went back and lost half so I stop. 2 hours of playing and you won is not bad after all. Just don't be greedy because if you do, you will loss everything eventually in the long run.
