Overthinking !!!

1142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people promote gambling sites . on: March 21, 2023, 06:56:35 PM
,

so why many people promote gambling sites by telling the new people that, you will get bonuses (without telling them the terms and conditions) and this is very easy to make money out of gambling, some youtuber tell that, see how i make 3x 4x you can also make profits like i did, just go down their is link in description from there you can get bonuses and you also able to 2x 3x 4x your money)

-cut-
When someone trusts the site, uses the site and benefits from referrals, why in the earth shouldn't they promote it? I recon people are better off using reliable casinos and i see nothing wrong with promoting one. And why would it be promoter's job to list the terms and conditions?

It's usually long list and you can read it on the website. Just saying it out loud takes ton of time in the video or ton of room at the forum. It's literally a requirement that you read and accept Terms of Service before using the site so why are we assuming the user won't be reading it?

my speaking is that some influencer tell the beginners that you can earn from gambling like i earn, they don't clearly tell you can also lose lot of money here, and just they tell that you can get doubled your money in bonus with my link(they doesn't tell them that you need to wager 20x 40x of the deposited amount)

and i am not telling that the influencer needs to list all terms and conditions, he can just tell to people like this: no one can beat the casino, there are T&C to claim bonus, just play for entertainment or never gamble,
i know the influencer also wants to make money but some of them are so blind for commission they directly tell you can make money out of it.
1143  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade up capital: $200 on: March 21, 2023, 09:06:31 AM
i suggest you to not trade with those $200, i guarantee you will lose , if you are trying first time trading, instead, invest some small amount of money, which you can afford to lose like 10$-20$ per month in bitcoin, you wife is brave and she loves you,
your money is legal if you or any of your family member earned that money legally,
or you can start a small business, i think, you are taking your family member's money then surely you are not earning right-now, so you can invest it in your own small business like a small shop , or starting selling something locally for profit.

College education and certifications don't help too much these days. This was valid 20-30 years ago but not anymore. You can learn a lot online for free. Investing in BTC might be good in the long run. Nobody can give you an exact answer. Only you can decide what's best for you. Good luck!
I need to disagree, it depends with your dream job or what skill you're want to learn.

Lets say you're want to become a doctor specialist, yes you can learn from online and you've mastered many courses, but is there any patient who trust you can cure him when you have nothing to prove if you're a doctor?

Investing in BTC for long term is good, but if he only know how to grow his wealth and he doesn't have any money, how he can buy Bitcoin?

I agree that college degrees are losing value, but I still see people who study hard and have degrees have better lives than those who don't. Many people think they can start a business without a college degree to get rich, but they also don't know that business is not for everyone and that without money, it is impossible to start a business. Investing in bitcoin is a good option but don't just rely on it thinking that we will get rich without an education or without a stable job. There is no guarantee that bitcoin investment will always be profitable and bitcoin will be 100% safe. Bitcoin is still risky, what will happen to OP if bitcoin disappears in the future?

erm as an employer or HR manager looking at the various applications for a particular
job vacancy in .... engineering and they have 10 applicants, 6 of them have Degree qualifications
only, 3 have Degree qualifications along with real experience working as an engineer and then there is
one person with no qualifications, no experience and who hasnt even learned engineering formally,

Who gets the job? or who do you eliminate immediately?

yes, I decided to study at college first and work as part time and invest small savings in bitcoin, and learn new different skills every day giving 1or 2 hours of my day.
1146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how much money is considered as "invest only what you can afford to lose" on: March 20, 2023, 07:05:54 PM
You will not lose anything on your investment in bitcoin because bitcoin will not move [except their value]. The volatility of the bitcoin price does not loss your bitcoin, unless something happens to your wallet such as hack or loss of access to the wallet.

Anyone might be able to consider price volatility, but they likely can't afford to lose lots of bitcoin forever. I would probably be thinking the same thing, but if you really invest your budget within reasonable limits then of course the psychological impact when you lose it all.

you are something wrong, you are talking about number of coins, if there is not value then what is that you losed you money , but not your coins, what will you do with your left penny value coins,
we invest to get profit out of it , not for owning non valuable coins (no talking about bitcoin so far just an example)
1147  Economy / Gambling discussion / why people promote gambling sites . on: March 20, 2023, 06:59:57 PM
here a small opinion by my thinking ,
it is obvious we will lose 90% of the time in gambling,
so, think an influencer referred anyone, who is very new to gambling and deposited some money in greed of the welcome bonus provided by casino, then he knew, to claim this welcome bonus he need to wager the required amount to claim the bonus, while wagering he won in starting and he was feeling very happy first day of gambling, and now comes, second day he logged into the site to wager more to claim bonus and after playing some time he lost some money and he started doubling the bet amount to recover his losses, and by doubling bets many times he busted his whole account and made balance=0, and if he is smart enough(many of new are very smart they deposit second time to claim bonus and recover their losses but, not that much smart there eyes become blind by seeing quick profits and losses they do not able to revise that 90% of the time i will lose at this gambling game) and he is smart and deposited second time by deciding that, i will wager the left required amount and claim the bonus then never ever will gamble, but this time also he losed all, then he is depressed and thinking in different way (thinking that i will deposit one more time, when i first tried i doubled my account so this time i will deposit something big amount then previous amount) then this cycle repeats many times , and after all he fall into depression may sometimes many people sell their house and cars and live very bad life and their family also suffer for his/their mistake,

so why many people promote gambling sites by telling the new people that, you will get bonuses (without telling them the terms and conditions) and this is very easy to make money out of gambling, some youtuber tell that, see how i make 3x 4x you can also make profits like i did, just go down their is link in description from there you can get bonuses and you also able to 2x 3x 4x your money)

I am not telling every promoter do like this(some people are very good they tell their followers to not gamble ever, it is very risky for your life, just watch me gambling for entertainment purpose and if you also gamble already, then you can try this site, link in description, make an account)
I am not telling the gambling website run evil business by 'not' telling terms and conditions (it's new people's mistake to not reading the T&C, he also need to think twice why would anyone will pay me my money doubling)
it's their business. and, they clearly say many times that gambling is a 'branch' of entertainment named 'tree'.(means gambling comes in entertainment category)

i am telling about influencers, who are very blind for their referral commission that they influence new beginner people to gamble, and make money (which is not possible many times) even after knowing that, no one is going to never ever make money in gambling.

i don't know people think about this in that way or not, may i am a dumb, or not seen the world yet,

And also please give an opinion about "what type of many people are, like greedy, only thinking themselves and their family, egoistic, thinking in a bad way, just trying to keep everyone down, or people are good"
because whenever i try to help people they think in opposite way, they tell me, why would you help, without thinking about yourself, i just try to share my little knowledge,

I am a newbie and this is my first ever forum account and i am addicted to it, i log in many many times a day, what can i do to stop addiction, "every addiction is bad"
is it happened to your sometime when you were newbie?

You have to first define what you're busy doing on the forum taking too much of your time before concluding on if this kind of addiction worth it or not but base on what i can see on your profile and for me to judge about that, i don't see it an addiction but rather a chance for you to level up what you're contributing to the forum, your account was just created last year and yet you only have 5 merits and less than 200 post with 70 activities, ask yourself what you have been doing while online? You could termed it anything you like as long as you aren't contributing to the forum as expected, try make your presence be felt if you're always committed to being online on this forum.

I log in many times to see if there is any new reply of my thread because my some questions are like that, i need to login to see if there is new reply or new knowledge to be learned, login means not that type of login that typing username and password, instead i switched to "always stay logged in" option , because i mostly on my computer and struggle to concentrate on work previously in my hand , so i switch to this site many time because of curiosity, It's been really very hard to concentrate for me.

If you want to learn in education, academic environment, please consider to stop trading. Trading is very stressful especially when you have loses in trading.

With pessimistic mood, you will not learn well and will waste your money spent for learning courses.

Doing four things at the same time: investment, trading, learning and working for daily livelihood is very stressful. Are you sure you can carry out all of those things well enough?

My advice is you can do max three things: investment, learning and working. Please don't do trading.

you are right, I traded for a year then my mental health is been worse and I forget quickly what I learned recently, I am going to fail this year in 12th but I think i will be passed now,

but life what it is  learn from past never repeat that mistake in future

imagine you eat fast food that costs 20units of currency. or you can make your own food at home for 5 units of currency

knowing your able to happily spend 20units on a luxury which just becomes a toilet flush/bowel movement tomorrow. means that you have wasted 15 units of currency.. and not cared about it

if you save up those 15 units of spare currency per time (you would usually want to waste it and not care). and instead invested it. you are then able to invest with money you are not afraid to lose

so think about all things you normally waste money on. fast food, vacations, entertainment. things that do not last beyond the time you consume/enjoy it. things you wont see again.

save that money by not spending on such temporary things and instead invest it

.. its not the best english but it is understandable. that is what is so great about english there are so many dialects

but, i am a excellent saver(when no money in pocket then need to be a excellent saver), not waste money on entertainment, fast food, not have home to invest in for maintenance, not gone on any trips from my childhood,

i also disagree with your example, you need to take engineering example instead of doctor, because doctory we can not learn online, it is important to practice all operation instrument, and how to do surgery, what kind of patients disabilities seems in real world, think you learned doctory online and never learned to hold an stethoscope, and gone(or appointed) to give an interview in an hospital, they tell you to check any patient by stethoscope and you are not able to hold the stethoscope in proper way and hearing hearbeat first time. (i don't have any experience about doctor and interviews just a my mind thoughts for example) and also patients.

money i can afford to lose is so small for me that if it will be 100xed then also I will make profit very small
what is the meaning of this  "invest only what you can afford to lose" ?,

--you also invested this much small part of your savings(not talking about wealth) in bitcoin?, I don't think many of you invested money that can not impact your life if all gone.

--and also please share some very rock solid points that investing in bitcoin is profitable, and non losable in long term, we don't know if other satoshi came out in 1-2-3 years later(just an less probability thought)

I stuck in a critical confusion , need your opinions ,
I am going to get admission in a undergraduate course in some days not yet decided, I want your opinion on it, is it important to get college education and certificates about that specific field/subject/degree, because i don't have enough money to invest in education and thinking to buy bitcoin by half of education money ,
not getting the undergraduate course, you think it is a right decision, or i should learn at college, it may make me socially shy if i don't go to college.
If, I will learn everything from books/online, will any company will give me job by just completing school/12th class.? and without any type of certificate .?

please answer by quoting every question and word may i forgot to add question mark(it seem annoying like Huh)
it's important for me please give your opinion i will get broader overview.

some more people will answers? please

1156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is google also telling us wrong about this ? on: March 20, 2023, 07:17:05 AM
you all know about market cap and total money invest in crypto market,
marketcap is determined by total value of all coins combined in current time is called marketman*marketcap
total money invested in market is determined by I don't know, if you know please tell me.
I was searched on google just for fun what is total money invested in crypto but it was highlighting just market cap for that search result,
as here shown: https://ibb.co/7RNfFXg

is it possible to determine the total money invested in crypto market,
or i am wrong with this thread.

The total money invested in the crypto market can be measured only if you gather accurate and verified data about all the fiat-to-Bitcoin and fiat-to-altcoin purchases, that were made around the world in the last 10 years. Good luck trying to gather such data. Grin
Maybe we could get a number that's close to the truth, if we divide the crypto market cap to a certain coefficient.
I know that the total money in circulation in a economy can be found by diving the GDP to a particular number(I forgot the number). Grin
Let's say the crypto market cap is 550 billion USD. Divide that number by 20 and you'll get the total money invested in crypto. The problem is finding the exact coefficient, which can be used for this equation.
i think this way is also not work , maybe the total money invested may many many more than market cap or very very less than marketcap, more means like 2trillion and less like 500billion, becuase may it was just people buying orders and selling orders are deciding the price and people are buying then selling means if there is not new money will come in market then also the price will increase means I have one bitcoin and you want to buy from me, Your budget is $10 and i don't want to sell the coin, I want 15$ if you buy from me the price will now become $15 dollar per coin, the price increased without any new money coming in, so coefficent will not work,

one very hard to try idea is calculating all fiat came in exchanges from banks, it will give very accurate information because everyone is able to buy from exchanges, and if someone wants to buy from physical P2P then it's will very hard find one at that time (now exchange is available to buy ) if the amount you want to buy physically by p2p then it is very risky means exchanges will give accurate information if calculated the total fiat money came in from banks in exchanges, i don't know it's possible or not but i think this one is good.

small summary of ^ paragraph, physically bought crypto is very less compared to exchanges because exchanges is good for liquidity (if large amount want to buy)
1157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is google also telling us wrong about this ? on: March 19, 2023, 08:39:37 PM
Google is not telling you anything!

It just shows you a result that matches your search based on a multitude of factors and variables.
Just because it displays a result doesn't mean it thinks that is the answer to your question, this is not chatgpt.

A simple example of how that works, ask it "what's the speed of a bus"

The first result is actually from a math problem that matched the question.

Now, back to your original question, nobody knows!
Unless you somehow get all the data from all the money that went in and out of every single exchange, p2pplatform, you trace every single p2p deal that happened in private over forums, over telegram, anything else you will never be able to point to a number.
So, because we don't have that we're sticking with market cap, which is a really bad indicator, I doubt anyone here believes that close to $200 billion were invested in BTC in one month rising the market from $370 billion to $550 billion

i also know this stuffs like SEO, search engines, google crawler, indexing, domain authority, etc. just to make things simpler i asked that type of question, i want to just know estimation how much the total money may invested in crypto, but there is no way to find it right?

Try telling us how many hours on average you spend on the forum, you could find out in the end that it's a similar number with the majority of forum members and not an outlier. Although addictions are personal and while your number of hours on the forum are not extremely high, it could be distracting you from necessary activities like sleeping.

I spend 4-6 hours on the forum on average and fns it more rewarding than mindlessly scrolling through social platforms and I can also easily put down the phone when I want to.

Total time logged in: 3 days, 9 hours and 48 minutes.
