1141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promising altcoins? on: November 17, 2023, 11:53:06 AM
If anyone wants to become financially free then invest in projects that are helping the ecosystem of an existing blockchain. The next would be memecoins as they can bump and does have the risk to get dumped. The last would be to invest in projects that are trying to change the real world issues. I think the next major push in the upcoming bull run would be on projects that are into AI. The reason is AI is hype and trending and don't expect Elon to support them. Do you due reaserch and invest in actual AI projects that are going to disrupt some of the existing industries.
1142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is exchange based tokens worth for hold? on: November 17, 2023, 11:49:01 AM
I don’t support holding exchange coin for long as those aren’t suppose to be worthy for me. As you already mentioned, some same of altcoins and the incident that happened you to! Meanwhile i check those exchange based tokens and most of those are dumped more than expectations because those tokens only give you some facilities in exchange, and those are valueless outside their platform. I think exchange tokens are risky, even this statement is also eligible for bnb also! Don't forget FTP was also top exchange coin

That's right because we haven't seen any exchange coins that are successful lately and all of them seem to easily hit their full potential at lower prices. Although we have a few that exceed our expectations, most of those coins do not really have enough liquidation to be able to rise as much as possible like ETH or BTC. It's better to invest at their earliest stage if you found one and surely you won't regret your decisions but only after you have finished your own research not from a review of some influencers who wanted to promote false successful coins.

The problem only remains in finding out a genuine, trusted and good exchange. Most of them use it to run their ecosystem and up till now only Binance has been successful. Following Binance Kucoin did launch their token which didn't perform well till now. I doubt any exchange token will do as good as Binance token did earlier and is still doing better than others.

"This program is set to distribute 20 million USD and 5 million DOT tokens to support individuals and teams as they launch new initiatives aimed at growing the Polkadot ecosystem. The main objective is to expand the network by adding self-sustaining participants. Funding is available for Polkadot-focused organizations that aim to generate profit, as well as for non-profit ventures that have a strategy to secure ongoing financing through Polkadot's on-chain treasury system beyond 2024."

Will it help them! I doubt as such initiatives have been launched by other competitors and I don't think it went as expected. I am not against the such initiatives, I don't see anything good happening. They came up with a brilliant idea when the launched polkadot but it has not been the same for the so called Ethereum killer.

So, it is confirmed now that India would be playing against Australia in the finals. Looks like the South African dig their own grave by choosing to bat first. Holding on to a liability like thier captain, who hasn't played a good knock in the tournament. Then the last would be thier management which decided to keep him as a captain.

Australia has a past of snatching the cups in the finals. I hope they don't get another chance. It is like the New Zealand team which has been defeating the Indian team from 2003 until yesterday when they lost. A reminder the New Zealand team has not won the cup and niether have the African team.
1145  Local / India / Re: ICC World Cup 2023 - India discussion on: November 16, 2023, 01:13:09 PM

He was on the bench for the initial games in the World Cup. Due to Hardik Pandya's injury he got the chance to be part of the squad. After that he hasn't looked back. The only match where was wicketless was against the Netherlands. The rise of Shami in the World Cup would be remembered by every Indian fans who are witnessing one of India's finest bowler.

I actually enjoyed every bit of his bowling yesterday. Earlier I used to watch India bat through the 50 overs. This time I am more interested in Indian bowling than batting. Indian into the finals a dream come true once again.

We will face the Australians in the final and we might be able to get them this time. This is my feeling after watching India bat so well and bowl excellently. I would say in this team fortunately everyone is in his peak form. If you do not agree then as an example look at KL Rahul's wicket keepering. I somehow feel he now has wings to fly and decide whether to take a DRS chance.

As the second semifinal continues and looking at the present situation I feel Australia would be in the finals. Another setback for India as Australia, when they come back is not so easy to defeat. It is in history and I feel it will be destroyed in this World Cup.
1146  Local / India / Re: [October Update] Indian Board activity on Bitcointalk on: November 16, 2023, 01:04:08 PM
I had only one merit left and I gave it to you because of your constant effort and dedication. The improvement and the traffic are going up because of the dedication of everyone active on the local board. I won't mind if in the future we as an Indian community outperform our neighbors. I think the best option available to us is to come up with some kind of competition within the local board to make it become the number one active board in all local boards.

"Disney Reveals NFT Platform With Dapper Labs, Including Star Wars and Pixar
NBA Top Shot maker Dapper Labs is expanding beyond sports with digital Disney pins minted as NFTs on Flow.
Entertainment giant Disney will launch an NFT collectibles platform with NBA Top Shot maker Dapper Labs called Disney Pinnacle, the companies announced Tuesday."

That is a good news for the Flow Blockchain as they got Disney. I am not sure how relevant they will become in the future. As there are blockchains that came up with strong and big partnership but lacked the hyped. Something is missing with new blockchains and I feel they uniqueness. They all come up as improvement to some of the big altcoins ecosystem.
1148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BABY SHARK INU - x100 on: November 16, 2023, 12:10:09 PM
Not every meme coin is going to succeed regardless of the dev approach and marketing. They in time will get dump when the holders will achieve a certain target level. I do not feel they will be as hit as some of them became in the last bull run. In all these coins have zero purpose and utility except thier cute name.

There is another aspect to them is that they might be able to make a few millionaire in the next bull run. They are still hyped and are still trending at the moment.
1149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC WORLD CUP 2023 DISCUSSION THREAD! on: November 15, 2023, 05:49:45 PM
A game of complete domination again shown by the Indian squad. They started with an absolute mesmerizing batting by everyone. They ended with one bowler dominating the entire outcome of the match. Shami did what none of us would have imagined.

Not only he got the first break, whereas he got wickets when India needed them. 7 wickets by him in the semifinals when all other bowlers were not even to get one wicket. One of the outstanding bowling we saw from a bowler who has busy heating the bench.

With this win India are in to the finals. After winning the semifinals and the way this team has performed till now. I don't think they can be defeated. A total of 10 game won with ease and the same might happen in the final.
1150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC WORLD CUP 2023 DISCUSSION THREAD! on: November 15, 2023, 04:36:25 PM
It is over now! India will win the semifinals and be in the finals. There is nothing to stop India anymore from going into the finals. Another match that India dominates and this would be the 10th game in the World Cup. Brilliant captaincy by Rohit Sharma and above-average playing by the Indian team. When they needed a wicket they got it and when they needed runs they got it. This Indian team is playing their best game and they need to win the cup.

The required run rate is more than expected it is now 18 and I do not think it would be possible for the New Zealand side to cover it up.

Edit: Another 5 wickets for Shami, he might become one the most successful bowlers for India before being warming the dugout bench  Grin
1151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC WORLD CUP 2023 DISCUSSION THREAD! on: November 15, 2023, 03:30:34 PM
Shami did it again when all Indian bowlers were not able to get wickets. The third wicket of Williamson the captain of the New Zealand side gone with a brilliant bowling by Shami. This guy is delivering where none of the Indian bowlers can get a wicket. He got 4 wickets and it might be another day he would or might get a fifer and register his name in the history. What an amazing game of cricket we might be watching today as Shami delivered when India needed wickets. Again this guy is changing the game in favour of India and making him an exceptional bowler for India.

India gave total of 397 for NZ to chase. Although, NZ came close to chasing similar huge total against Aussies, here it will be difficult for them considering Indian attack.

One-liner reply, I expected some more from you as a veteran in the forum. Then again I am no one to say as I got tagged because of no reason. So, let's take it that way someone using your address. But, who will understand still a line statement still falls under spam? I think rather than spamming here for your signature campaign you should try to come up with constructive posts. If not then it is better you do not reply as your replies would affect the overall report that comes out monthly.

Lol, I use Reddit, I make 1 word reply. Here you have problem because we have signatures?

A one-liner reply is considered spam and if you could have understood it you won't be doing it on the local board. I do not know what makes you do it but being an active local board member you should understand the issues that it can bring up. Challenging me won't serve the cause using the Signature campaign as an example. I have been wrongly accused and I know I won't be able to clear my name out. No one cares about your Reddit understanding as this is a forum where you have to come up with constructive replies. A one-liner is never a constructive reply, If you think it is an issue then please do not reply here as your replies are spam.

BTW, the game is now being controlled by the New Zealand team. These two guys are batting very effectively and if they continue they might win the game against India. It would be an astounding win against a team that has not lost any game in this tournament.

It is going to be another one-sided match. The moment India won the toss, outcome of this match was more or less certain. Among all the other teams, only Australia has the capability to defeat India at home. And most probably they will be India's opponents in the final. I am more interested in the second semi-final today, which will be played at the Eden Gardens stadium in Kolkata. It's getting really boring now. Rachin Ravindra and Kane Williamson are at the crease and scoring with a strike rate of around 40. Rachin has scored just 13 runs from 22 balls. And he just now got out to Mohammed Shami.

It is going in the same way as it has been for the Indian team for the entire tournament. I would say KL Rahul has been excellent with the bat and behind the wicket. Every time he gave advice correctly to the captain and he has been very aggressive as a batter too. The asking run rate is more than the current run rate and it would hurt the New Zealand team. India looking good for now and if they continuously bowl in the same manner they would eventually go to the finals. The dew factor has already come into effect, it won't be that easy for the Indian bowlers now.
1155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC WORLD CUP 2023 DISCUSSION THREAD! on: November 15, 2023, 01:25:06 PM
Shami gets the first breakthrough for the Indian team. Devon Conway is out, caught behind by KL Rahul, an excellent catch by him. They said that the seamers won't be getting a swing look at the three seamers Indian bowlers are getting. Bumrah still struggling with the line, Shiraj was doing okaish but Shami gets the first wicket. Outstanding captaincy by Rohit Sharma, he got the right bowler at the right time. What will the Indian spinners do when they come to bowl the New Zealand batters? This game is slowly going away from the control of the New Zealand team, the next wicket would be of Rachin Ravindra.

Edit: Shami gets another wicket from a New Zealand batter and this time it is Rachin Ravindra. Both openers back in the dug out.

The 50th century of King Kohli came in a knockout game of the World Cup. This is why he is called the GOAT of the ODI, the number of innings he took to reach the 50th century is far less than Sachin Tendulkar's 49th record. Many more innings still left for him to play because of his fitness. After his dismissal, Shreya Iyer is now hitting the ball only for sixes and has already reached his 90s. Another century in the making for Shreyas Iyer and India has already scored 342 runs. They have four more overs left to bat and the way Iyer is batting India might be able to reach 400 runs. This semifinal is slowly going out of the hands of the New Zealand team. It wont be easy for them the New Zealand batter to chase any target which is more than 380 runs.
1157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC WORLD CUP 2023 DISCUSSION THREAD! on: November 15, 2023, 10:41:43 AM
200 comes up for India in the 29th over, 72nd half century done for Kohli. 21 more overs left to bat, can India get to 400 runs? Possible if they start scoring at a run rate of 10 runs per over.

Bad news Shubhman Gill who was playing so good retired hurt. For now there isn't any update about his injury. He was batting very well and had scored 75 runs. He needed 25 more runs to get to his first World Cup century. It would great if he comes back and bat again.
1158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eloncoin will be massive. on: November 14, 2023, 12:50:20 PM
As per their website, it is a fan-inspired coin after Elon. It is in simple words a meme coin that wants to use the name of Elon Musk as he is one of the biggest free promotors of the meme coins like the Dogecoin. The reason why it might go beyond its potential is only when Elon Musk comes out with another tweet that is about a cryptocurrency project. Most of his tweets after acquiring Twitter are about the new rules. I feel in the next bull run if he comes up with another tweet about a meme coin then this project will go viral and get the hype it needs to make money for the owners and those holding the coin.
1159  Local / India / Re: ICC World Cup 2023 - India discussion on: November 14, 2023, 12:30:49 PM
^^ Tomorrow India will be playing against the New Zealand team in the first semifinals. I have crossed my fingers and I hope India wins the game comfortably. Looking at the Indian team performance in the last 9 matches they according to my knowledge have been exceptional. Every player is playing to win the game and they are playing as a team.

The seniors have been so far played above average. Rohit and Kohli have batted not for themselves but for the team. Bhumrah and Shami have proven that they are the best bowling attack. Last match Shami was not that effective though. Jadeja and Kuldeep have provided the crucial wickets when India needed the most.

This team has doen everything well till now and as per my understanding they deserve to win the cup. My opinion is that India will be playing against South Africa in the finals.

Another post on the Indian local board with a suspicious link. Please check it and delete the post. I have already reported it to the global mods but I think there should be a local mod to remove such links. I do not understand why a big board like India does not have a local mod to date. There are a few sub-boards that need to be restructured and a lot of pin messages need to be removed. At the moment it is not done as global mods are busy and won't work on such issues.
