1141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: June 09, 2017, 03:29:28 AM
If you are a addicted to gamble, if your addiction destroys yourself, if your family is affected by your addiction, if you are frustrated about your addiction then definitely gambling is a sin.. Every negative addiction is a sin..
So it depends on your level of addiction identify that whether it is sin or not...

Addiction is negative in my point of view, whatever you do when it comes to unnecessary that is becoming addiction. And everything that is too much for us is bad. But if you are a gambler and you are making these results after you gamble, I consider it as a sin only if you do comeout with these results but if not, that's fine.
Is there even a positive point where addiction is a must and it should be done always? I think not. Thinking that addiction is okay, that's not good because maybe you are an addict also. But stating that, having more than what is right is not good because it could lead to addiction. Curiosity would kill you if you have too much.
If we are talking about gambling Addiction then this thing is really bad for us because it will affect my factors on our life like money, relationship with family, relatives and friends. Its not actually a sin to play gambling as long you know the limitation and risk on playing it.All things that are excess on this world is already bad not only on gambling field but on real life situations.

A gambling addiction to gambling with money you cannot afford to lose/you don't own are totally different from just gambling responsibly. If you do the former then I think you can consider that as a sin. But if you're responsible in your gambling, I don't see nothing wrong with it. We're all adults here, we choose what to do with our excess money.
1142  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: June 09, 2017, 03:11:23 AM
Just curious. Fortunejack offers many great and amazing bonuses and services but when I checked your website on alexa, global rank is 142K which is very low compared to another, for example dice websites. I don't know if there is something wrong and can't think how FJ can to be so amazing when they have very little number of customers? Nothing personal, only interest.
Dice sites are popular because they have faucets and rains and all the free plays - so more people are using them, logically they have higher alexa rank. FortuneJack is more for true gambler who likes to spend their own money.

I noticed jackpot on mega moolah game is 376BTC but it was more than 1000BTC. Who won it?

FortuneJack does cater to more people who really gamble and concentrate on gambling itself to keep it simple. Other sites really just put so much flurry to their sites and it just gets too cluttered and really forget what it was truly intended for.

I am also interested in knowing who won that jackpot, that guy will be extremely rich right now because of the bitcoin prices.
1143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How test a new gambling site? on: June 09, 2017, 03:05:00 AM
Are you asking this to launch your own gambling platform? If yes than no deposit bonus with quite reachable wagering requirement could be way to start up your platform. Play money is just a virtual money which can't be redeemed into cash so it can't build trust for your platform, it will be only good to test how your platform works.

I think this question is really about how to test a new gambling site from a gambler's point of view. So, he wants tips on how we can test it out first before we go full on engage on playing on the site.

For me, I always read the reviews on the site and do a little research on them like search here on the forum or through google and see if there are any negative feedbacks. If there are only positive I start to play.
1144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: From faucet to thousands on: June 09, 2017, 01:12:55 AM
Well it can be done with using the sats you earned from the faucet and sending them to an exchange for trading Altcoins which I did and have now built up a nice portfolio of close to 10k just from starting with faucets. Take 1337 coin for example I used to buy this coin with my Doge and LTC faucet earnings and have over 7 million coins now worth around 1k in BTC and this is just one example as I have also traded some low value coins and waited for them to go up which most have recently and sold them for a nice profit. It just takes time and patients.
Uhh. Did you just recommend withdrawing sats from faucets to exchanges? Really? Have you tried going to casinos, I am guess you have not ever been in a casino, have you?

You have to reach a certain amount before you can even withdraw the money. Recommending to withdraw it to an exchange is stupid since that is impossible.
1145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do N00b gamblers "Level Up"? on: June 08, 2017, 04:31:40 PM
You don't. In gambling, everybody has only one level. There is really no point in getting a lot of experience in it as the changes are basically the same across the board.

So "leveling up" is basically a stupid concept in the world of gambling.

Exactly, if you have the mindset of leveling up right from the onset then I bet you'll never be successful at gambling. It can even land you in serious addiction if care is not taken so I will suggested you be as modest as possible before you gamble and never imagine leveling up.

The OP are pertaining to become experienced gambling on his word of "leveling up" and you misunderstood it by thinking that it is the level up concept on a video game.

Leveling up or being an experienced gambler is existing on gambling world. It will take time and money in able to learn and experience different kind of situation that will help to level up your gambling skills.

It's still stupid to think that if you get experience in gambling then you will win more money or you would end up profiting every time in the end. Regardless if you spend 10 years gambling, the results will be the same as before when you roll the dice. It's still random as fuck. Being experienced has nothing to do with gambling unless you are playing skill based games like poker and sports betting.

I saw this also and I try to bet with an amount closed to that one. I bet 5 times to test my luck but alas, i lose 0.05btc in an instant. Maybe chain-bet is not for me . Anybody here win with a bet greater than 0.01BTC?
I always win when I bet small and vice versa. Cry

I tried it too and just lost it. Maybe the guy just got really lucky at his bets. Well this is gambling we can't really blame it on the site or anything else. It's just we get lucky or not. Though this is also assuming the site we are gambling on is legit and that it is not cheating us in any way possible.

But congrats to the guy who turned a small amount to a big one, it's always hard to do regardless of what site you are on.
1147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your gambling experiences : before and after bitcoins. on: June 08, 2017, 04:12:36 PM
Before bitcoins, I used to talk to a local bookie to take my NBA odds bets. He had pretty bad odds by the way. He would always take 10% of the bet as cut and he only has one odd for every game.

When bitcoins came to sports betting, my world changed. Though it was still hard to earn money, but it was much more fun and convenient.
1148  Economy / Gambling / Re: Another Bitcoin Dice Game on: June 08, 2017, 04:05:08 PM
The site seems sketchy to me and the domain name doesn't really bring good recall. Domain names other than the popular ones like .com, .net, etc. are more suited if you want to gain the trust of your users.

Another thing to point out is "Another bitcoin dice game", exactly! Can everyone stop making new ones and just create something new? I am getting bored with dice.
1149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is winning at Sports betting actually possible ? on: June 08, 2017, 03:56:40 PM
Sportsbetting is something you can get an edge in if you are really into it.

if you are really into football for instance, you will know if the odds that are offered are good or bad and you know all about the player status before the match. This can really give you an edge when deciding to go for the bet.
Yeah, only with sports betting this is possible. You cannot try the same with other forms of gambling similar to the dice and slot games which is purely based on the luck. With sports betting the winning chances were quite high than other form of gambling.
It is easy to predict sports betting but nowadays our guessing will not working properly. We can not guess based on a players performance, and team performance. for example, if you take in tennis game Murray, is number one player in a tennis game, but this year he not won a single trophy. And in cricket game west indies is a very strong team but not qualified to ICC Champions Trophy, Bangladesh is a weak team, but they are in rank6 and playing in this tournament. So now sports also become an unpredictable game.

Well there are stats that you can study on why a certain player doesn't win championships and why lesser ranked are raking trophy after trophy. That's the good thing about sport betting. There are statistics for each player or team that you can run through in order to make a good bet. And it's nit just possible to win here, its a tightly proven reality

the stats is good for our info as we can know what player or team that have big potential to be a winner in the next match. we can learn everything from the stats and if we thinking that there is an important thing from the stats, we can make a note as our guide too. i am sure that if we have collect some data from the stats, it will be useful for us to determine which player or team that could we select in next match so we can place a bet for that player or team.

Though the stats and all other relevant information in a game cannot always create a perfect prediction in a game. Sometimes there are situations that tend to change the outcome of any game. For example, when there is an injury to a player then there is a great chance that the game will be against the favor of the team with injuries. Especially if the injured person is a key person to the team.
1150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: June 08, 2017, 03:50:55 PM
I feel lucky and invincible. That is why in the end I get greedy and just bet some more and lose it all in the end.

What I've learned from all of these is quit whenever you are a head and set limits for wins and losses. That is how you can truly win in gambling.
1151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a problem gambler? on: June 08, 2017, 03:47:56 PM
Not everybody has a problem gambling, but if you are a problem gambler, there is a support network they may help you. It starts with you recognizing the problem.

Start here:
http://www.gamblersanonymous.org/ga/content/20-questions

Let's work on this together, you're not alone and you don't need to suffer from your addiction. If you have solutions or have the compassion to provide moral support, please help by participating in this thread.

I was once before an addictive gambler and that really causes a lot of problems in my personal life. Good thing I have friends and families who helped me out working with my problem till I got back on track. It's really hard at first but little by little you'll get along with it till you can control yourself towards gambling.

i am agree with you and for the others, i think we should thinking that become an addictive gambler is too dangerous for our life so we should stay away from this as we could. once we are addictive gamblers, then we are getting difficult to leave the games as we want. so before we become addictive gamblers, we should avoid to playing gambling too often.
Getting addicted to gambling is a personal choice. People just don't become an addict just like that. They chose to bet and they chose to deposit more and more money into the casino even if they are losing tons of money. If you get addicted even slightly, stop gambling! It is not healthy.
1152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this any way to treat a customer? on: June 08, 2017, 03:25:29 PM
Did you just made a mistake or you did deposit 60 BTC into that casino? :O

Anyway, usually casinos are really stingy when it comes to free stuff. Don't expect your life to be easy with their promotions. It would be near impossible to reach their requirements to be even able to withdraw it.
1153  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xbet.com scam Not engaged on: June 08, 2017, 03:21:08 PM
It was proven that this site was a scam, they even opened 1xbit.com for their bitcoin gambling site. There have been plenty of negative reviews about them. I would really recommend anyone to check out the site before even depositing in their site.

To note there were a lot of negative reviews you can find about them not only on this forum but just doing a quick google search.
1154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What gambling method are you using for Dice? on: June 08, 2017, 03:15:44 PM
i don't use any method in dice games, i only click random for hi and lo number and i am trying to trust my feeling. sometimes i can win with this method but the other time, i am loss too. i think that no matter what method we used, as long as we have a chance for win, then we will be win and in dice games, i think we always depend on our luck to win the games. actually i want to use some method that my friend gives me but i am too afraid to tried because i know that the method is not always makes me win and i should realize for this.
Yes, me too. I never use any strategies or methods in the dice game, I just rely on emotions and thoughts of yourself to play because I know I can not win dice games, this is just entertainment and it is based on our money to survive, if we win and make money from it, it will disappear and it certainly will not let that happen. Specific evidence is that many people devise strategies or methods to make money from dice games but it only works for a short time then dice game still will regain all, we will still lose
Basically nothing really work, so just do whatever you feel like doing. Gambling is just random so do random too as really no strategy does you any good.

All of it will just lose in the end as the game is always in the negative EV. Which means every bet you do, you'll just lose in the long run.
1155  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you have 10 bitcoin !! on: June 08, 2017, 02:59:46 PM
I would just keep it.

Bitcoins can potentially topple the current financial industries we have right now. It is the future, and right now bitcoins might even be still undervalued. It's potential has not be fully experienced and there are plenty of things that can be build around it.
1156  Economy / Speculation / Re: Back to 2000$ on: June 08, 2017, 02:53:29 PM
Don't expect to see $2,000 level anymore. Bitcoin has a one way ticket to the moon and it will continue this phase and just have a few bumpy rides which would include a dip of less than 20% every time. Which will never be back down to $2,000 I believe. If it does go that deep, then sell all your personal belonging and buy bitcoins!
1157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is still faster than Paypal. on: June 08, 2017, 02:49:51 PM
Over the duration of the week, I sold something, and initiated the transfer to my bank from paypal.

It said "ETA 1 Business Day"" And here we are on day 3.

So I guess, even with the consistently congested block-chain, Bitcoin beats Paypal all day.

Any TX with a proper fee will be "Fully cleared" within an hour or two.

At least you can view your transactions progress with a block explorer with BTC.

Fuck you paypal gimmie my money.

If you're using a credit card linked to the paypal or you are using your paypal funds, then paypal beats bitcoins in most cases. Unless both you and the payment processor is using bitgo, then paypal wins in speed in those situations.

Though, paypal still sucks, IMHO.

They have the grey ones in your size in stock still: https://www.footlocker.co.uk/en/p/adidas-tubular-invader-s-men-shoes-8719?v=314106051304

Choose the US size option.

Sadly they don't ship to the Philippines and if I buy them from the site it would cost a lot more than what you offer. Sad

Oh well, just remember me if you find anymore pairs of those in my size. I'll definitely buy those from you.

1160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please, Stop Calling Bitcoin "Digital Gold" on: June 07, 2017, 09:57:41 PM
In my opinion, it is still gold in the digital world. Not that we are comparing it to gold or anything else. It's just that bitcoins are considered as somewhat like gold because of it being valuable. Not really because we use it similar to gold. Since bitcoins are something unique, then we can't really say it is cash, money, currency, or gold. It can't be classified under what the current system has.
