Thats a sad year, i just lost 100% of my coins in just 4 months tried a mix of strategy, safe ways, risky, playing just a few times per day but results are always the same you lose in the end i feel cheated its unbelievable know why the house always win? And you see people saying "it happens, you can not win in a long run" why not? why i cant win in a long run? why we never see a casino losing and closing the doors? why 999999999% profiles of the top gamblers are negative? ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) but you know what i like? I like when the house eat the shit back when someone manage to find a bug and make 6-7 digits over it ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) the house cheat, thats it Mate we all know that we can't win in the long run then blame the house for cheating you? That's a huge amount of btc to start with, so if you think you have lost like half of it then you should probably stop. You can't win in the long run because the house has always the advantage. It will never change. And the longer you play, the chances of you winning is getting lower and lower. I hope you learn the lesson that in gambling no one can win in the long run.

As I learned more about bitcoin and bitcoin market. I'm now inclined to save bitcoin as a store of value. So I save it as wealth or investment and let it grow for a while then will only retrieved if the condition satisfies me, like I already make a large profit from my initial investment.

Hello all - this is a bit of an experiment for me, being that Bitcoin is so new and all. To attempt to contribute to the Bitcoin ecosystem, specifically to further the perception & acceptance that Bitcoin is 'money' - I have decided to offer some services for which I'll accept Bitcoin as the method of payment. Specifically: - IT Services - a lot of you may be programmers or other uber-techies.... However my offer of service is not for programming but for more basic things... troubleshooting some software issue, configuring your network [assuming at least your Internet connection works so I can remotely access], other consultations.. I can't do everything but we can try, and if you're satisfied, you pay me Bitcoin. I will likely use some remote access software which you would control, in order for me to configure/troubleshoot whatever your problem is
- Managed trading - I make my living trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, I specialize in derivatives trading. Though I cannot guarantee any results, if anyone wants to diversify some of their money into something that can allow your money to grow, you could try with me if you'd like. If we can come to an agreement and you are satisfied, you could pay me with Bitcoin.
I'll add any other services I could provide as they come to my mind, but for now these are the two fields that a) I have professional experience in b) could probably be valuable to someone out there, and c) I can do remotely, in other words for anyone, anywhere in the world, thanks to the Internet. If you are interested in either of these services I can provide, just contact me privately and we can discuss matters further. If we can agree and make an exchange, great. If not - at least you've made a new Bitcoin contact/buddy! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I'm reopening a 7 years topic, but this annoucement can be the first of this kind in the world? The first person who intented to use for real bitcoins for buyings/selling? Interesting, this was 7 years ago. I wonder what happened to the OP now? Early adopters of bitcoin? Maybe he is rich as f*uck now and no longer offering this kind of service. LoL. I don't know if this is a first of its kind way back then, but surely it caught all our attention. Edit: I just read his posting history and it looks like this guy has a lot of money already. He's talking about a 6 figure amount in Bitstamp in 2013.

I say probably. We still don't have a clear picture on what influence bitcoin is really in African Continent. Maybe few countries there are using bitcoin now, but we still don't know. Africa has been struggling economically in the last decade or so, I can't say if they are ready for bitcoin. Maybe we need to wait for a more years to really say that they have accepted bitcoin or not.

Lol. Close this thread OP the smell of sarcasm is all over this place. I doubt someone will believe you. Just share your methods here and see if what you said is true.

Bitcoin will never be accepted by any government because of its de-centralized in nature. What the government can do is just put a regulation on the practice of bitcoin technology. And we, users of bitcoin doesn't want to be govern by a central administration like a government of a central bank.

If one got lucky and won because of superstition, then there would be no casino's today. Superstition does not have any effect of you winning. It only a myth and not proven by science. Its still up to you, if you are lucky then you will win. Its pure luck that you needed.

I agree with the idea of bitcoin bank, with the bank then bitcoin bitcoin stored into a more safe and secure, otherwise it will create a bitcoin is legal and can be used in different transactions.
Well its possible for you to keep your bitcoin safe. You don't need bitcoin banks to do it. You can control your bitcoin by keeping the private key or the seed. At least you have total control of it. You can withdraw or deposit bitcoin in your wallet as well. So for me, having a bitcoin bank is useless. It defeat the purpose of bitcoin being de-centralized.

I like how people that were totally not into crypto have made an important shift to allocate a serious percentage of their wealth/capital into Bitcoin and Ether. It doesn't happen quite often that people move out their comfort zone to try out something new with a massive potential. I hope more money from non crypto people will flow into Bitcoin, where I aim at them taking a long term position in Bitcoin (preferably as store of value).
I think Novogratz is investing in bitcoin as store of value like you said. He had enough money, so I don't think he is going to sell it just for the profit. I also hoping that there were be a lot of people seeing bitcoin as store of value, so investing in it in for long terms seems logical for those who have a lot of money.

I don’t think anyone who gambles cares about sin or not. I mean if you are religious enough to wonder if it is a sin or not than you will probably not gamble anyway, not risk anything. If you are however gambling than you probably don’t care if it is a sin or not. Its not a deal about if its sin or not, it will ruin your entertainment if you consider it.
I don't think that gambling is a sin. Its just entertainment or just for fun that's it. If you became addicted to gambling, and like stealing money to support your addiction then its a you committed a sin. But gambling should not be considered a sin if you just play for enjoyment purposes only.

Superstition are thing of tradition and I don't think it has any thing to do with your success rate in gambling. Gambling is a games of chance because you either make it or lose it. If the gods of gambler is on your side your tents to success effortlessly but if it is against you? You will continuously losing.
Success rate and superstition has nothing to do specially in gambling. Some have positive effect using superstition as reason for their success, while others that lose don't blame anyone, they can only blame themselves. But if someone believe in superstition like wore their favorite shirt, then still lost, then who to blame to? Of course, they will blame it in the old believe that superstition rather than blaming themselves.

Look for gambling site forums and target dice players there by offering our referral links. Or used social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and create a Youtube video and put your referral link in the description.

Internet marketing was a good idea, but most of the person's I encountered were not trusted to this kind of business. Because they experience of scammed, however some people were not stop to proof that their different from the others and they prove to them that their business are legit.
I'm sorry hearing about that you were scammed by internet marketers. Because there are a lot of scammers out there saying that they will promote you website and you just pay them. Instead you get poor quality backlinks and fake traffic.

Gambling site is more profitable in the long run since there are a lot of gamblers around the world. But putting a gambling site requires more money and investment. With a dating site, you can just build it without much investment involved and can get it up and running without any issues involved. In a online casino, you need to get license I believed, which will make It up and running in a few months because you have to have an approval first, unlike a dating site that can be put in just a week or so.

Its not even the second half of 2017 but bitcoin has already reached ATH this year correct? So this year can be consider as golden year. We have to see what will happen to the other half and might get a good market price to end the year and truly say that 2017 is golden year for bitcoin.

0 bitcoin for me currently. Not even a dust bitcoin in my wallet. But I'm still thinking positive if my goal is to reach a full bitcoin in my wallet. Honestly, I don't want to buy bitcoin, I would rather earn it the hard way.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64Wr-1cBgT4It's clear that we are making progress but still not close at all, according to this latest interview of Dana White (UFC CEO). So I would say don't expect anything for 2017, but 2018 would be the year, because if it gets delayed beyond there, it will be too late. Haven't seen the videos yet. But I know Dana White is opposing the fight initially. Just change his mind maybe for the good of sports or because of the huge amount of money they will profit or gain if the fight is push through?
