The best thing about bitcoins is that one can create an account without any limitations or concern of the account getting closed due to high number of transactions (Eg: Skrill) or dealing with other payment methods (Eg: PayPal). Anyone can have a bitcoin account regardless of his/her age. Also, with the help of a private key, it's easy to load the funds from one blockchain account into the other.

I'll use them if the fees is reasonable. I am ready to pay $1 as a fee, if I purchase $100 worth of goods. But what bothers me is the confirmation time. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes for the transaction to get confirmed, making Bitcoins useless for retail shopping. This is my main concern, and if anyone is having a solution for it, then I am ready to cancel my credit card. The fees is something I din't think of earlier. Currently I am paying 12.5% taxes on all my bills/goods. Paying for them in BTC would be a relief. The confirmation of transactions is an issue though.

This question should be asked to those who have purchased bitcoins when the price was $1000 or $500. Their answer will definitely be no as bitcoins don't have a definite price but if the price was fixed or it wasa recognized currency like USD/EURO, I would definitely use it as it would only benefit me and I would not have to worry about the future price. Currently it's like buying shares/investing in forex where there is no surity of the price.

That means Payza has got to know that you are exchanging bitcoins and hence they closed your account as it's against their TOS. You can only use their trusted exchangers and the charge is 2% for exchanging bitcoins via Payza. All payment processors are following the same policy as money exchange is prohibited as per the terms. This is why you should not trust any online payment processor and use ONLY Bitcoins for any sort of online business because no one can seize your funds as only you control it. This is absurd, I don't know how much money you have there but I don't think you'll ever see it.
But how can you withdraw those bitcoins? You need to use an exchange website if you want to withdraw the bitcoins to your bank while Payza sends the cash via bank transfer after charging a fee. That's the reason many use Payza.

To be on a safer side, you need to exchange smaller amounts of BTC and not all the BTC you have if it's above the taxable limit. Exchanging it for another payment mode is preferable eg: PayPal else you will need to submit the income proof as to from where you have received the amount.
It's better you talk to the bank asking what amount you can deposit without any questions being asked but don't mention BTC. Sometimes being sure with the bank makes you play safe.

If you want to sell the gift cards for bitcoins only, then the Digital Goods section is the best place else you can sell them on reddit as well reddit.com/r/giftcardexchange/
If you live in the US, you can exchange the gift card for a check or PayPal from via trusted websites like cardhub and raise which are trusted websites.

This forum is a place where everyone is considered a scammer so there's no surprise in that. Newbies are mainly targetted as most open alt accounts to just scam and then abandon their account. Even when I joined this forum, I was accused and even now I'm being accused after having completed many trades. If you're willing to use escrow, you need to worry about those who accused you.

30 credits on a double day, so 15 credits on a normal day. 525 credits for $5 amazon, so 35 days for $5, i.e. 14 cents per day. Not worth using bing, what a joke 15 credits a day? Swagbucks used to give upto 40 credits for searching and sometimes double. When I had many referrals, I used to earn the same amount they earned by searching. Bing is certainly not worth then

OK so it's similar to Swagbucks which pays to search online but the amount you earn on Swagbucks is very less. Tango Cards are similar to gift cards like Amazon and Starbucks?

Why not? Why wouldnt you need to trust a person who is giving advice? Do you just take advice from anyone doesnt matter what? Do you realize how stupid that sounds, i thought trust was the main thing for an advice, any troll could give advice but when someone who is -60 gives an advice i would definitely not even read what he has to say.
When a person is stupid enough to listen to the advice of any random person (disregarding his trust and only looking at his rank) and invest in scam ponzis and when a person is stupid enough to gamble his money taking someone's advice, what can the forum do? The forum has already said that scams/trust aren't moderated and now if we start displaying the feedback of a person who is giving an advice, then people will want it in the Politics & Society section and Meta section and other sections saying that I should know how trusted a person is before I talk to him. It's obvious that where trust isn't needed to be analysed, the feedback cannot be visible in those sections. Although I feel that a person can have their feedback shown in every section of the forum, it's the feature of the forum only to not show it in sections which do not involve any kind of trust needed.
|
|
|
One does not need to trust a person who is giving an advice and the Beginners section is just to help newbies. There are some members who try to confuse them by promoting ponzis. It should just be ignored as even members witha good trust promise scam ponzis in their signatures. Only when you are dealing with the users like Marketplace, Lending and similar currency exchange/trading sections need one to be trusted and not the other sections.

Up to 0.55$ per 1000 captchas (about 1 hour of work) Payments per 1000 captchas depends on time of day.
So you are willing to pay people $0.55 per hour to solve captchas for you? I can't imagine the kind of people who would be willing to do this. If someone was part of a paid signature campaign they could simply post a few times per hour, get paid more then that and have some level of intellectual stimulation. How can posting on a forum be compared with captcha typing? Posting needs to be done not for the money solely but if one should contribute to the discussion as well while a person does not need to think while typing captchas. I know people who offer $1 for 1000 captchas but not BTC payment. Since the BTC rate fluctuates a lot, the same amount can be worth more in future and hence it's worth it. I don't think that the OP should be discouraged from offering this service just because the price is low.
