that you need PP? I can do it without 4.5% are you erikalui from ems? So you know me  Grin, I make lot payment for you, if I remember,PP me not alowed sent you as for friend only as goods, and To avoid fee I  always paid via PM, but it was important for small amounts.

Yes, I'm erikalui from EMS. What's your ID on EMS? I've contacted my buyer to pay me via PP and since he sends via mass payment option, I won't get charged any PP fee. I am just waiting for his reply and if he doesn't reply, I'll contact you.  Smiley
11562  Other / Meta / Re: Discussion Required on: June 13, 2015, 03:48:22 PM
The problem with buying and selling accounts is that it is tough to prove that the trade is fake or real as some members earlier have faked a sale of the account to get their trust removed when the account was defaulted on a loan. The best thing is to not take negative trusted accounts as a collateral to avoid any disputes while selling the account.
11563  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTS] BTC for Perfect Money/OKPay on: June 13, 2015, 03:29:13 PM
i can give you 8.00$
pm me
in case you still looking for a sale!

No sorry but I am not selling below the market rate.

no problem, I  only did not understand, what kind of fee PP, if you seling via okpay or PefectMoney?

Because I exchange the PM/OKPay money for PayPal (from my trusted buyer) but it incurs me 4.5% + $0.35 PP fee.
11564  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTS] BTC for Perfect Money/OKPay on: June 13, 2015, 02:42:10 PM

if you accept my rate , can do it :https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1088008.0

Sorry dear but I want $1 extra to pay my PP fee. I can't accept a rate below the market rate as I will go in loss.

11566  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin Legal? on: June 12, 2015, 07:27:10 PM
Bitcoin is not a legalized currency today but it's not illegal too. It's a currency that is not regulated and hence it can be misused for money laundering and illegal purposes which is the main reason it won't get legalized anytime soon. (I suppose) One needs to have a license while trading in bitcoins but I doubt anyone does have a license except those who run exchanges.
11567  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is it Time for Fast Track Atheist Security Checks at Airports? on: June 12, 2015, 04:37:07 PM
Atheists, if not being terrorists, can be thieves and murderers as well and religion has nothing to do with one being a criminal or not. Like someone here said that terrorists can just claim to be an atheist and be set free as atheism is just a belief while there is no proof that one is an atheist or theist. I refuse to believe that an atheist is incapable of committing a crime or carrying any illegal drugs/goods while travelling.
11568  Economy / Services / Re: Forum posting service 10 post for 5$ on: June 12, 2015, 03:59:33 PM
Your rate is too high and reliable members pay max $0.1-$0.2 per post made on a forum. I you get any response offering that price, the member may try to scam you and you won't get paid for the posts you make on that forum. I was also offered $0.5 for 1 post on a forum and after making 10 posts, the forum admin (who had offered me the job himself) banned me but kept my posts on the forum. If you want to be safe, ask the member to keep the fund with an escrow so that he cannot refuse to pay when you make the posts on his forum.
11569  Other / Meta / Re: why have a delete button if you can't use it? on: June 12, 2015, 11:04:12 AM
Is it the Delete thread button or Delete post button? One can delete posts but I guess for a thread, the delete function doesn't work if there is more than 1 reply on that thread. If there is no reply on the thread, you can delete it.

You can only delete your thread if no one has seen it.

No one has seen it or nobody has replied to it? If I am not able to delete my thread when it receives just 1 view, it's a useless option. Also I have a doubt in this as when I open a self moderation thread and delete the replies, am I able to delete that thread?
11570  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ===►Maidak scammed me 400$ BTC,this time is for sure===► on: June 12, 2015, 10:59:17 AM

I agree. The chance might be high that he is in a financial predicament.

I was lucky. I could push him with the threat of opening a scam accusation thread. I gave him a enddate when i will do it. That worked, even though he let make it one of his "partners". You see how that looks.

Anyway... now, since this thread is in existance, and maidaks name was tarnished, he might think he doesnt have much to loose anymore, so the pressure on him is lower than when i pressured him.

That's not an excuse. Even when banks go bankrupt, they need to refund the money to their account holders. He is scamming others too quoting his personal problems. If he does have any financial problems, he shouldn't do trades with such a high value. It's wrong to keep a person waiting for his money for so long. It's also a concern that after he owed $5000 to another user that he wasn't able to pay, he still kept trading with other users. What does that mean?
11571  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I was scammed $5000 by Maidak. Been waiting for 6 months. Proof inside. on: June 12, 2015, 10:50:19 AM
If you had reported this earlier, then others on this forum wouldn't get scammed. The moment someone delays the payment even for a week, you should either complain or ask him to send the money back, thus cancelling the deal. If the accused user even has a personal problem, that is his issue and not yours. He should be able to refund you the amount in BTC and if he doesn't want to, then he is definitely a scammer. Now since it has been 6 months, he can give any excuse of not being able to refund you the money. Sorry for your loss.

11573  Other / Meta / Re: Do "PM sent" posts qualify as LQ/spam posts? on: June 11, 2015, 06:38:22 PM
It's because some people don't respond to the PMs and don't even check their inbox. They usually check their own threads and hence when you say that you have sent them a PM, they go and check their inbox (it's necessary as sometimes a member who has offered a job/task receives too many PMs and hence he doesn't respond to all or misses out some pms). I know it's sounds silly but it's necessary to do that especially when it's a task in the Services section as usually people need just 1-2 members to do their work and when there is no reply on their thread, another member thinks that nobody is doing that job when actually they might be.
11574  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Yahoo users will get paid in bitcoin for best answers on: June 11, 2015, 12:55:28 PM
Best answers are chosen by the user who has posted the question and it's not that easy to get fake votes. I posted 5 answers earlier and 1 answer was chosen as the best one and hence I know how it works.

I checked the website but their reward is too less 0.0001 which is barely 2 cents. Other sites offer 20 cents for the best answer.

1. Do thieves get out of jail?
A) Rarely.

2. Do banned users evade ban?
A) Almost always!

Roll Eyes

1) Ofcourse Yes. I have never heard about a thief getting a life imprisonment/death penalty.

Whoever commits theft shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

Reference: http://www.indianlawcases.com/Act-Indian.Penal.Code,1860-1839

In Saudi Arabia, I guess they cut off the hands of the robber.

In all countries, there is a punishment for theft but on BCT, punishment is a red marking  Roll Eyes

2) Banned users who evade ban are banned again.
11576  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTS] BTC for Perfect Money/OKPay on: June 11, 2015, 10:20:23 AM
Your rate is too high to trade . I can give you at the rate of 226 usd pm for 1 BTC . However you can try other merchants like cryptology, he is buying btc .

I know my rate is high but I need to pay my PP fee after exchanging it to PM and hence I want $1 extra. I can't trade for below the market rate.  Sad
11577  Other / Meta / Re: An apology... on: June 11, 2015, 09:57:52 AM
Honestly, I don't think what you asked for was wrong but the fact that you threatened the forum was wrong. I would also support the fact that your trust should be removed/changed to neutral as you have refunded the money and now you hold no bitcoins on behalf of the forum.

The forum doesn't moderate scams nor helps members here to feel secure. There is so much freedom of speech here that whether it's your wife/mother/father/or yourself being abused, nobody is interested and because of this, the forum only will suffer as nobody would like to visit a place where they might get abused for sharing their opinion. This is not a FB/Twitter where there is no control over the language people use but this is a discussion forum. If there aren't any civilized people/educated people whom we can communicate with, there is no use of even discussing anything here.

Your frustration was justified as when anything wrong happens to us, we obviously react and that was your reaction which was addressed. I hope that now the forum does look into the posts people make here and moderate it. We need a peaceful place to talk and interact about bitcoins rather than people getting personal with us.
11578  Other / Meta / Re: Diverenge RE: anon trust verses anon moderation on: June 11, 2015, 09:42:57 AM

Again, back to my point... does banning them stop them? No, it barely slows them down, and it has side effects for other users who may use the same services as the scammer with no ill intent, not to mention innocent people who are accused and forced to prove their innocence to angry mobs. The real question is, what makes you think you can stop them? Why is it Mastercard and Visa haven't been able to solve this problem yet, but you think you have the solution?

@bold: Answer is no. But I wish to know if sending thieves to jail stops them from robbing again. I guess no as thieves again get out of jail and start robbing people. So does that mean they shouldn't be punished. I don't say that scammers should be banned but they should be warned before getting banned. They need to know that they need to leave this forum if they want to scam but as of now they are welcomed to open a new account and continue scamming.

11580  Other / Meta / Re: Any rules on ratings ? on: June 10, 2015, 09:24:22 PM
Spam ratings are not removed but such spammers are banned as it's considered spamming (whether ratings or posts). I've not seen those ratings getting removed and yes, negative ratings are never removed by moderators but it is only removed by talking to the individual who left you a feedback. It's sad to see that when members get permanent banned, their ratings do stay.
