11583  Other / Off-topic / Re: What would happen if you microwaved a human being? on: November 14, 2015, 11:36:15 PM
Why do use a child? Just find a big microwave and microwave yourself.

I second this.

I think OP should be banned. If you were in the states you could probably be arrested for posting this online. I hope you do.

Jesus, calm your tits. It's a joke, kapiche? I just had a dumb idea xD Someone told me that microwaves energise water particles, and humans are almost all water.

would explode i figure..

edit:
grind em up so they don't blow up in the microwave.. (or poke 'em with a fork a few times)

Nah, humans wouldn't explode. They are no eggs that have such a hard shell that the sudden pressure inside needs to crash it and the egg explodes. My brother ones had the great idea to make his breakfast egg in the microwave. He had fun cleaning it for some while. Cheesy

But i think that there exist a lot of movies already that had this topic. A search on videosites might show the impressions film makers had of it. But i imagine they tried to sell exploding humans too. Cheesy

They may explode if you leave the fork in (it is a reactive metal in a microwave and vecomes charged). As there is no metal exposed, a human would explode but their skin would melt away first and they would already be dead.

Also, does that mean instead of hanging women like meat we will cook people like meat instead!
11584  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: My cash for your bitcoin USD /Escrow is a must have on: November 14, 2015, 11:06:26 PM
Have $200 cash to send in mail
Looking to buy your BTC for USD cash

I only deal using an escrow at your expense.

Post your rates here

You are planning to post $200 and expecting the other party to have an escrow when you are going to POST money to them? That is the most untrustworthy to send things like money because thre is so many chances of interception along the way. I would suggest you use a more stable method such as bank transfer or at least insure your delivery of the money.
11585  Other / Off-topic / Re: Chess Board, what is the best configuration of the back row? on: November 14, 2015, 09:44:17 PM
I was just thinking there are two formations of the chess board.
The one I use is:
♖♘♗♔♕♗♘♖
♙♙♙♙♙♙♙♙

♟♟♟♟♟♟♟♟
♜♞♝♛♚♝♞♜

I was thinking of using this for some market research for a gambling low risk application.

Actually, the formation should be (from black's perspective):

♖♘♗♔♕♗♘♖
♙♙♙♙♙♙♙♙
        |
        |
        |
        |
♟♟♟♟♟♟♟♟
♜♞♝♚♛♝♞♜

That is, Kings (and Queens) on the same file.

In relation to the poll question, I can't say I've ever seen a configuration with the Knights on the outside - and, to the best of my knowledge, that isn't used in official tournaments.

I have seen the option for this an many apps and video games. Soem people have even set up my chess board in that way and I have hadd to change it in order to put the "knights" and "castle" in the correct place.

Doesn't seem to be very conclusive.
Seems to be used as recommendations in blog posts but my interpretation of languages that don't contain the common european alphabit (a-z) is hard for me to understand!
11588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's Fate In 2140 on: November 14, 2015, 08:36:02 PM
So, everyone knows that there will be no more block rewards when we reach ~2140. But what do you guys think will happen after?

I personally visualise 2 possibilities:

- Bitcoin is already widely adopted, so the giant community will keep the system running and functioning. Maybe not as easily as today, but with a big enough community, the transaction fees will be high enough for miners to keep on doing their thing.

-Bitcoin has a small community, much like today, and starts to crumble without support of miners, and mining fees will become huge, and so the users will leave. Bitcoins will be left in the transaction pool, and the Bitcoin ecosystem will come to a halt.

Are there any possibilities I might have missed? What do you guys think?

Bitcoin transaction payments will help keep it alive. I feel there will be a forced automatic transaction payment of 1% of the total funds sent. Unless I live to 140 years old (may be possible in my home country with the NHS if it is funded better in the next few vital years)! That would also mean that I will be working for 100 years before I could retire!
11589  Economy / Service Discussion / Halley BTC?█(halleybtc.com)█Is it a ponzi or not? on: November 14, 2015, 07:26:29 PM
Does anyone know if halleybtc.com is a ponzi scheme. I know it has been going for over a year (apparently)but am wondering if this is just to do with the low interest rates.

Please respond.

(based on previous cmplaints from certain members, I Don;t wat anyone to join the site just because i have been talking bout it!)
11590  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is this a scam or not? on: November 14, 2015, 07:23:45 PM
Read many complaints here about bitcoinalien especially with their Android app (there is a topic about it somewhere)
Just neglect this email since if anyone have a good way to earn money he will keep it for himself
(lock this topic if you get the answer you are looking for)

The owner seems to be getting paid to end emails like this. Either this, or he has high referral commissions as I receive at least two eamils from him a day! It is a large, growing company and uses advertising on All of its media, of course this is a scam.

(p.s. there are ways to earn money quickly from the internet: HACKING! If you hack a faucet such as freebitco.in then youcan earn $200 or £150, quite a lot to earn per hour! (apparently this is the case, never tried it though so couldn't be sure but have seen many youtube videos where they have got money from faucets, maybe go to them!)

11596  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: November 12, 2015, 06:05:55 PM
What are the best investment opetions for bitcoins to be put into?
Please post here!

In my opinion, best investment for bitcoin is Cloud Mining. Before you invest, you can estimate your return through either of the following cloud mining calculator...

i. https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator

ii. http://www.cloudmining.website/calculator.php

Cloud mining is only a good deal if you are able to trade your Ghs. Hashnest let's you do trade with your Ghs and Cloud mining site no. So If you are looking to invest in cloud mining my suggestion is to go with Bitmain's Hashnest.

Hashnest is the number 1 in the cloudmining.

From personal experience i can recommend them since they are a daughter company of bitmain, the no.1 asic miner seller in the world.

I have 250 GH/s on hashnest Smiley It's good site.. probably they are legit.

What? You have doubts about hashnet! It is run by the same people that make the miners, if they stole money from you, they would collape within hours as there would be no one purchasing their devices. This means that for many years with this investment, you are safe.

Also, what are the 250GH/s in, which miner.
11597  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Large File Upload! on: November 12, 2015, 04:53:08 PM
There is already a service mega.co.nz which gives you 50GB storage for free. And 1GB for 3 cent , are you serious? There are way better services which you can use for this, maybe multiple of them, just break down your files into volumes using 7ZIP or winrar , then create mega/google/onedrie/a ton of other free storage services.

That is what I would be doing! Creating people many free google accounts and then using 7 zip to split the large files into 14GB files. Then uploading thm.

I know there may be services like this but they don't offer 1tb of storage (I could always go up to 3tb)!

I also know that if you want free unlimited storage then you could use UTorrent. But I think my idea is better.

If you want a terabyte of raw storage go to weiyun.com/disk/index-en.html (WARNING! IT IS NOT IN ENGLISH). You can only upload a gigabyte of storage per session that you are using it so it isn't very good!
11598  Other / Meta / Re: Are hero more respected than less established accounts? on: November 11, 2015, 10:52:04 PM
I see a lot of people saying we probably will see the previous prices. Now that the BTC price rise lost steam it is going down again. Do you think BTC Price will go back to $250???

So, I created a thread like this around 5th November. Because i am (only) a Member, people complained, but, threads that are created by hero or legendary members don't get any negative inforation from people that comment on their threads. Why Is This? As Members looked at as scammers or spammers now, if you are not a hero then you are a scammer? Is this the mesage I should receive?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1239416.0;topicseen
What thread was it and who complained?

Yes generally Sr. Members and up are considered more respected, but it honestly should not. The idea is that people who are Sr or higher have been here longer and have posted more so they understand things better. This is of course not always the case whatsoever. Since accounts can be bought or sold, generally a sr member can be just like a newbie, unless they have trust which they themselves have earned. But, having that sr member there and more of those coins just make those members seem more reliable and better than people who are lower ranking.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1243662.0 - here was the name of the topic. However, I don't think the user even checked what I was typing.

11600  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cloud Mining - Please help a newbie on: November 11, 2015, 10:26:39 PM
I always wanted to mine but never had enough resource. Over month, I have gathered around 0.11BTC from faucets and twitter giveaways, with which I want to buy hash power. The cheapest one I see around is offered by www.cloudmining.website, which is 0.001 BTC/GHs. But, before I invest, I'd like to know what people want to say about their experience about this service. As it seems, at current difficulty, I should reach ROI at 4 month. Please advise...

Update 30/03/2015: In fact, I invested 0.11BTC in this service and have already made ROI. Smiley

Update 11/07/2015: They are paying consistently for more than eight months now and they publish the blockchain payment proof - www.cloudmining.website/payments.php. Moreover, according to a third party cloud mining monitor, www.CloudMining.website delivered ROI within ~114 days...

Conclusion: Initially, I took them with a grain of salt, but, after eight months, I can definitely say, they are trustworthy...

I think you should have started with a more trustworthy party such as hashnest.com or miningsweden.se, that would just be my opinion for what you should do!

P.S. How did you make 0.11 btc in a month? What faucets did you use?
