1161  Economy / Economics / Re: advantages of trading satoshis instead of whole bitcoins on: September 01, 2017, 02:55:27 PM
The high bitcoin price seems to be an obstacle for people who want to invest in it. Some may think, buying only a fraction of a bitcoin makes no sense. what should they do with less then 1 bitcoin?

Why not start listening and trading satoshis on exchanges? People who can not afford an whole bitcoin can buy thousands of satoshis. Of course, that has the same value and everything, but some folks it may help to feel better. I think this would help to become bitcoin more mainstream.

Google did something similar with their stocks. The primary google stock become to expensive, so they started a cheaper one.

what do you think, does this make sense?

I think its better to start from satoshis first if we are new with trading because it is makes us to learn to analyze the market beside that, we can learn step by step. the most important is if we are lose, we are not lose in big amount and we still have another satoshis to buy other coins and not just trading bitcoin pair usdt.
It is always better to start with small amount in business if you are a newbie. The logic is about to make things learn and get experience. If you loss more in start how could you make investment again. Using Satoshi is better approach of work and make things run in a line. Minimizing risk must be the very first step for ensuring success with any business. So, instead of risking big amount in bitcoins, it is always recommended to start with small amounts.
1162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: September 01, 2017, 01:43:22 PM
In my own practices, i spent it for the sustainable development of my body posture. to sustain also my wants, needs. i used also my winnings in my study too. through my winning i will able to help my family needs. I invest also for my future life. gambling play vital role to our environment especially to the gambler nowadays, it is easy way to earn more money that you want. Eventually it is  international pastime to every gambler.
That too, I expect that someone could really do something good with their winnings, not just on themselves but for other people too, especially with family. I just don't agree with you that it's easy to earn money with gambling because maybe there would be a time you're lucky, and sometimes you're not. It still depends.
I am also with you on one point. Gambling is no easy way to earn huge profits. Furthermore, I doubt its ability to even produce little ones. Gambling should be taken an act of fun. However, if somebody really hits on a big amount, he must go for establishment of his own business.

I believe instead of re-adding profits into bankroll of gambling, we can do anything with those profits that must be good practice for any gambler. Gambling is already having lots of risks hence enjoying time to time must be the right approach.
1163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: September 01, 2017, 12:14:47 PM
Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about it half the afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good.  Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble.

The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust gambling casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix. Smiley

It's really hard to quit gambling or any bad habits. I think the best thing that you can do is to find any other ways to have fun. You can just go exercise, read a book, or travel. Finding a way to keep your self busy is the best way to avoid gambling.
I work on this phenomenon too, “keep yourself soo much busy that you don't find time to listen to the voice of your heart". It really works and with time, I have developed myself in a way that I don't get into anything too much.

It's like even if I want, I can't and honestly, I am okay with it. This is the best remedy for addiction.
1164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: September 01, 2017, 10:28:43 AM
Actually embarrassed because our work can be considered junk or not in value because in some countries gambling is a game that is prohibited. but there are still many people who are proud to show off their gambling results
It is not considered junk, it is. Just give it a thought. What good gamblers do to others or even themselves ?
In what ways are they productive to anyone or their society ? Other than this, it is also not a respected work or whatsoever. Even if you win, you cannot brag about it in front of anyone.
1165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: September 01, 2017, 08:46:41 AM
but some online casinos manupulate the games to cheat customers and its not new in this online casino industry
If online sites will be fair then how are they supposed to earn ? In this world, there are only two types of people; the ones that steal and the ones that are stolen from. Humans are more demonic than demons. Anyone who is an emotional fool will be used by those who only play with their minds.

A strategy should be enough versatile to tackle even a gambling site is not fair enough. I mean even after manipulation also a strategy must bring profits. I guess gamblers here are looking for that kind of one strategy.
1166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I invest (safely) in Bitcoin for the long term? on: August 31, 2017, 07:47:28 PM
You already sold all of your bitcoin and got huge profit also.so now you can again invest on Bitcoin.but this time I would suggest you for Altcoin investment.its to easy and more profitable also.just try to buy some good alt coin and keep them to your MEW or a wallet that provide you a private key.
I don’t think so that any Government will take up such steps against Bitcoins. On the other hand, it can happen that Governments of different countries can make it as their National Currency. And this will not be surprising at all for anyone knowing the worth of Bitcoin.
1167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When sell ETH for BTC? on: August 31, 2017, 07:11:38 PM
If I were you, I will hold those precious ETH. BTC is now stabilizing and it's a good indication that altcoins are going to recover after a few weeks of red tides.
Everyone has got its own point of view. But, what I see is very much bright future of the ones investing in BTC as compared to ETH. The reason being market price as well as popularity of BTC is far more than ETH. Also, there is a huge amount of investors investing in BTC compared to ethereum.

Moreover the bitcoin market is not stabilizing but it is about to get ready for another round of rally toward $10k levels. Lets wait as it may take time till end of this year.
1168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you tell if you are suffering from gambling addiction? on: August 26, 2017, 01:43:06 PM
If someone is suffering from gambling addiction, you will notice that he is always gambling at casinos, with friends, or against strangers. He is always busy gambling. He only has time to eat or for work (If he has a job). Gambling addiction is like video games addiction, you will always be stuck in it unless you decide to quit it once and for all. You can tell by the look of his eyes, someone who is greedy for money.
Even when he won’t be gambling, he would be thinking of it. His minds will be making certain plans and trying to figure out strategy that will make his victory certain next time. When he will try to give up, it would be more difficult than he might think. Gambling is more addictive than video gaming though (except for Japanese).
1169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: August 26, 2017, 01:28:32 PM
hello everyone.
i want to know what do you think about gambling bitcoin.. Does Beneficial or more losses?
Share your story here guys!  Grin Grin Grin
I have no history of my own. But a lot of my friends lost their finances playing various games. Their example for me was a restriction on the game.
Well, then you must be the intelligent one in your crowd of friends. I have always admired those people who learn from others mistakes. It is wise to not play with snake when you already know that it's one of the deadliest animals. We know this fact about snakes due to others experience. Same stands good for gambling. No need to try by your own when you already know the outcomes.
1170  Economy / Services / Re: No Need To Pay More| Unique Project Creator | Just in 0.2BTC | ESCROW Confirmed on: August 26, 2017, 01:16:03 PM

Oh yes it is really nice catch. It seems op has invested more than 0.2 btc,why he wants to sell it for less that what he invested? Is he planning to sell same thing to multipple users?
The catch here I find is, all in your imaginations. Where did OP says the b8ball project is for sale dude ?
The b8ball project did was not a success for reasons unknown, but was anyone scammed by the devs or the project ?

I did not find any scam accusation. Even if he tries to sell a project which he has abandoned, what is wrong in it?
1171  Economy / Services / Re: Selling Fiverr reviews cheap on: August 26, 2017, 01:05:11 PM
The ideal title for your thread should have been selling Fake Fiverr reviews.
Yep, it's cheap in terms of ethics, so the second part is right. We talk about pumping and dumping related to altcoins, and consider it to something which should stop.

The same thing should apply for fake reviews. If reviews can be bought and sold, then the whole essence of review is cheated upon. Thumbs down to your service bro.
1172  Economy / Speculation / Re: I will not Die Untill Bitcoin will reach at Least 50K on: August 26, 2017, 12:35:37 PM
I think you'll have to live 40 more years to wait for bitcoin to rise that much but it is possible in the future, we will never know, bitcoin always surprises us.
40 years are too much, I think a decade is enough for bitcoins to reach big value and I am pretty sure bitcoins will not stop surprising us forever. Those who are holding bitcoins now are going to be the luckiest people in next few years because they won’t need to buy bitcoins at high prices.
1173  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Wallet on: August 26, 2017, 11:01:14 AM
Definitely electrum is the one for me.
Been using this and so far I didn't get any problems using this.
You can also try coinomi as mobile wallet, its a multi signature wallet. This is a must try.
For dealing with coins and for their storage yes electrum is one of the favorable wallet recommended so far. It is quite easy and make your saving safe. Good thing is not complicated at all. And yes there is another wallet for safe and secure storage, trezor, after a friend's suggestion, I start using it. So far so good.

I did notice most of the people here are using only one wallet at a time. But my strong recommendation will be, store your bitcoins in more than one wallet. It is applicable to both web wallet and stand-alone wallet users too.
1174  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading altcoin and holding bitcoin which one is more profitable? on: August 25, 2017, 09:42:20 PM
It various from person to person some people are lucky enough to make more profit from trading altcoins but some people don't have that talent in them so they hold bitcoin. You can try trading if you feel you are making good profits continue or just hold bitcoin like how everyone else does
Trading requires skills, experience and patience. It has nothing to do with luck. If one can do it, you can also do it. For a newbie, it is better to invest a little to gain required knowledge. Both are beneficial in lone terms and I suggest buying bitcoins with trading profits and then do bitcoin trading also.
Both are profitable but depends upon your strategy. You can earn huge and huge profit in bitcoins by saving. Buying in low price and keeping that in wallet and then selling at high price. Likewise you can earn profit in trading altcoins on daily basis. Just make you strategy strong. But ultimately trading daily in altcoins and resulted profit if used in bitcoin trading that will be buzz profitable.
1175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: August 25, 2017, 09:25:48 PM
No way to grow without risk. Each action (from hold to trading) mean a risk: you could only reduce risk

I disagree, you could grow your bitcoin by earning bitcoins through many ways, I mean don't just stick to one job where you could earn bitcoin. If you are doing Signature Campaign only, then add Trading, in that way, the bitcoin that you could earn would be more than what you are earning before.
That is one of the way yes. You can grow your bitcoins easily. Many ways are there for you, you just make a start. If you have bitcoins already, best thing is to trade with them. Buy and selling are profitable in this regard.

Get profit, make your amount double, triple and then buy bitcoins again. This all may let you learn some technical skills of analyzing the market and much but if you have intension to grow then you must have to trade.
1176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] BeOne - Earn 5$ for feedback on: August 25, 2017, 08:34:41 PM
Okay, let me ask you a question if you find it interesting.
Why on earth would a member of Legendary status post something about an unknown altcoin in the Bitcoin Project Development thread and why has no member pointed out this so far ?

N.B. You can keep the $5 if you find this question interesting.
1177  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [game, roguelike] Bitcoin Runner V0.1 Released on: August 25, 2017, 08:18:14 PM
Does the Bitcoin Runner pay any Bitcoins if played ?
Sorry for the stupid question, but the name implied the notion though I did not find anything of that sort in the post description.

Or is it just a game for entertainment or recreational purpose ?
Since developers earn money from the games, think they should pay back some to the players too Smiley
1178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: August 25, 2017, 07:38:48 PM
I don't think so, because if a gambler is addicted in gambling, no matter how much limitations he is going to set for himself, he will still going to gamble and gamble as long as he have the money, he will find a way just to spoiled himself in gambling. The thoughts that he have in gambling(false hope) is the one that keeps his desire alive on gambling, so in order to quit gambling, the change must always begin in ourselves.
That's true, I agree, if an addicted person has no determination to stop/quit gambling they will not stop playing with it, as long as they wanted to play, as long as they have money in their pocket and as long as they can borrow money they will do everything just to play gambling, that's an addicted person doing. Until they don't realized something they will not stop playing it.
Determination is the first and most important step in accomplishing any task. If someone really wants to quit gambling, it all comes down to how firmly he acts according to his decision. I usually say this to my friends, "A man never goes back on his words". Anything is possible if someone has really made up his mind.
1179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: August 25, 2017, 07:04:00 PM
I would gamble even more. Because then I do not need to think about money and about opportunity to lose everything. I would feel the pure pleasure of the process of gamling. It would be just for fun.

Without money, gambling will be bland, money is the main factor that makes gambling fun because the money makes us feel the tension, the tension that we feel as a pleasant feeling. Without gambling money just plain games, like playing Fifa at home.
Yes, gambling could only be a fun if money is involved in it. if there is no loss or win of the amount that has been bet, then there would be no anxiety and fear which makes the whole thing more interesting.
Gambling for the sake of fun only means that you do not regret your losses. It never gives an idea of opting for gambling without having a penny in your hands as it is just impossible.
1180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: August 25, 2017, 06:42:12 PM
Those type of skill based game are in Poker or any Card games around and also with sportsbook experience can make us win on that games, But we should rely on this since eventhough where skilled enough for this games but when bad luck hits we can still lose in this instance so better gamble in moderation.
There are a lot many games that enhance your skills if you keep on playing them on daily basis. But if you are having a bad luck or some kind of hard times, then those skills won’t make some difference in the result that is ultimately a loss. So, gambling being luck based should be played with present mindedness and one should not become overconfident.
