1161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should i buy my first whole bitcoin on: March 02, 2016, 03:56:37 PM
Yes you should buy your first bitcoin is very good to do because the bitcoin is gonna rise to a high amount soon or later.
I think we just have to wait for the moment the price is gonna rise, just hold your bitcoins for a term of 1 year.
You will make profit in the most cases, the bitcoin is of course unpredictable but you will make money for sure because its highly unlikely that the bitcoin will collapse.
1162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: March 02, 2016, 12:41:58 PM
Gambling is very addicting, due to the point people want to win money fast, also the people that already lost a lot have the problem that they want to win back their money they lost.

The conclusion is that gambling is addicting because its enjoying and you can win large amounts of money but you have to keep in mind this can also be the opposite losing a lot of money what most people forget.
Yes right point made. I think you have made the right point that its the easiest and in fact the most enjoyable way to make money. The second point is what people fails at, they just can not control themselves.

You are right of course, but the fact that people cannot control themselves is right but its also due the fact they get blind because of the money they see on their monitors.

Another reason why people get addicted is because of playing with friends, like a poker tournament or something slightly they get sucked into it together.
The last reason is because of the fact that peope want to enjoy themselves but they are not doing it for the enjoyment you can have from it but because they want to make profit.
1163  Economy / Speculation / Re: $500 Within 2 Months? on: March 02, 2016, 12:34:22 PM
I even think the bitcoin can go to 500 dollars within 1 month from now if you ask me, the future is good.

People are believing again in the bitcoin so that is a good thing if you think about the fact that it is.
Also the point that the bitcoin is growing everyday plus the are more people that are investing in the bitcoin nowadays.
1164  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: March 02, 2016, 12:25:11 PM
Is it safe to keep all of my assets in Bitcoins? And how Department for Combating Economic Crimes, can affect my account?  What permissions they need , to freeze all my money ?

Of course bitcoins is the safest it's anonymous but it is not totally anonymous because your transactions are saved forever in network anyone can see your bitcoin balance and transactions of any bitcoin address. but bitcoins are the safest.

Well it is safe indeed but keep in mind that if you keep everything in one wallet and you get hacked, you're finished! Wink

If you think your wallet can get hacekd use a strong password . alos use offline wallet .

You can better use a paper wallet or a cold storage, but the fact is that you should only do that if you have a lot of bitcoins from a certain high amount you should do it.
If you just got some bitcoins just use a online wallet for it with a 2 way authentication or google code authentication.
I think its very easy to prevent yourself from hackers, the only threat bitcoin has are hackers and scammers.
1165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: March 02, 2016, 12:10:36 PM
I'm holding a price increase indeed, but I also have spend some bitcoins these days because its good to spend and have some coins apart of later.
We just need to wait for a price increase but it can take a long time, luckily the halving will come this year.
Also doing some coin flips so I can make some profits now and than if I have some spare time apart.
1166  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do I find bitcoin accepted ebay sellers? on: March 02, 2016, 12:04:11 PM
Just google abit, or pm seeler and ask him, does he accepts bitcoins as payment
it's the best way. send a message to the merchant,
This will be easier if ebay accept bitcoin payments, unfortunately

Yes its true, the best way is to just ask the seller if he/she accept the bitcoin as a payment method for their items.
Most will not but there are some that are already accepting the bitcoin for their customers.

Suggestions are good, but there are only few traders with limited products were accepting bitcoins.
I came to know, one among the product which can be bought by bitcoin is books.
There are not that much seller I think on Ebay and that is not so good. First it must become more popular.
And than you can buy with Bitcoin later. But the most important is that you should make Bitcoin more used and popular.

The best thing is indeed by just asking them if they do accept the bitcoins because otherwise you will never find out if they do.
I think it stay difficult to buy something with bitcoins on ebay because it does not accepted by ebay.
When they will do that it will be a lot easier and than it will be no problem anymore.
1167  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy now or be sorry! on: March 02, 2016, 11:45:45 AM
Dude, why buy it now when 2 months ago it was at 200$?
People should have bought then, now just stay in the train and hodl ur btc.

Yeah...but incase you didn't realise, you actually need people to buy right now when Bitcoin is at $430, and then again at $500, and especially at $650, which I expect will be a big sell off target (if BTC even gets there) for many long term holders of Bitcoin. So you should be hopping up n down   yelling, "yeah, buy BTC now b4 it's too late"

$500, $400, or hell, even $200 for a worthless piece of fucking code? Y'all must be having a laugh if any of you think any price for that is good value. The only thing that gives Bitcoin 'value' at any price, is the expectation that a bigger bunch of fools will be queuing up somewhere down the line to buy your BTC off you for double/treble what you paid for them to begin with.

Because so many are expecting BTC to go parabolic around the time of the halving, I suspect that this is one good reason why the market may dissappoint. If everyone is anticipating a huge rise, and everyone is buying in now before they miss out, who is going to be left to buy bucketloads of $600 Bitcoin from those who loaded up at $300?
That is true, but if u bought at 200$ u have a 400$ profit instead of 200$ when u buy it now.
If the price get that high, I wonder ifpeople are that stupid to buy at the highest price.

I think its good to buy, but I do not see it happen that people are gonna buy bitcoins on such high prices, I think that is highly unlikely if you ask me.
Its of course matter of time but its also the fact that the point is that the bitcoin is getting to a high amount soon or later.

So if you buy bitcoins for a higher price you will still make profit at the end of the halving in my opinion.
1168  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: March 02, 2016, 11:38:26 AM
The bitcoin is very safe if you ask me, even safer thank banks if I'm very honest about it, I think the bitcoin is the future of all banks.
The banks are also hating on the bitcoins, they only want the system that is behind the bitcoin itself.
I truly hate the banks because they want to destroy the bitcoin, but they will not succeed of course.
1169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is the best future currency? on: March 02, 2016, 11:31:10 AM
The best reasons are:
No physical currency involve!
Yes I will also go with that reason, I dont have to worry that the physical currency might be lost, tore, etc . Everything is as safe as I would like and I can spend them anywhere I want. Another reason why I love bitcoins is - The gambling sites I can use bitcoins at.

Exactly, its awesome to spend bitcoins on gambling sites where no third party is involved and you can gamble directly even with a very small amount of bitcoins which no other currency allows us.

You are right but its also the fact that the bitcoin is fast/secure and also very nice to use because you can control it by yourself.
I think we just need to wait till the bitcoin will get his time to let him see itself to the global world.
Its a matter of time before the bitcoin can does this and its growing everyday, so that is already a good sign.
You also have to keep in mind the bitcoin is a digital currency, and the future of the world is digital so its already a step a head if you compare it with other currency's.
1170  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC = 1000$ in 2016 on: March 02, 2016, 12:12:38 AM
Perhaps we may see a price this high, after the halving, but certainly not before the halving.
Even towards the halving i am very sceptic at this 1k value.

It means the price has to double.. which is quite unlikely.
1171  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: February 29, 2016, 09:46:31 PM
Bitcoin wallet all the way, there are many wallets out there but I think electrum is very easy to use, and very simple, I dont like complicated stuff.

Electrum is ok, but for daily usage i depend on my bank account.
Sure bitcoin is faster, cheaper and better but when it come to daily usage you bank account is better.

It will be this for years I think
1172  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: February 29, 2016, 09:40:57 PM
Depends on what happens. I think it will be good if the price skyrockets (which it should) as that will get bitcoin mentioned in the media again and hopefully get more laggards on board, but if it crashes back down soon after in will come all the negative press attention about it becoming another bubble. Hopefully the price will rise and stabalise pretty nicely and avoid a crash.

A lot people expect the price to shoot up to very high price levels, but there is a small possibility that the price will only show a slight increase. It's a scenario that you must not forget. No matter how small the chance is, it can always happen. I am already happy with the price staying just above $600 after the block halving.

Yeah i heard people talking about a rise to 800 dollars. Let's just wait and see what will happen.
At this moment i dont' believe the price is the biggest thing happening for bitcoin.

Either the blocksize increase or adoption should be key now.
1173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: February 29, 2016, 09:03:47 PM
I think the main problem these days is the blocksize. It makes bitmain slow and oldskool.
Let's hope the bitcoin core team is working on a solution right now. It's been weeks now and nothing really happened. Which makes me a little bit worried.
1174  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitcoin mining vs. bitcoin cloud mining on: February 29, 2016, 09:00:16 PM
Can anyone here please tell me if bitcoin cloud mining is actually profitable
and are there any good companies out there to actually try?
i had been invest at cloud mining site but was never ROI because they are run away with my money and the biggest problem with cloud mining is they are never can give users valid proof that they are real cloud mining and after that i had decided would never invest at cloud mining site anymore and also i think invest at cloud mining site is not profitable currently

Indeed 8 of 10 Cloud Mining scam but I think not all Cloud Mining scam there are some who still consistently pay like BBXMining.com
more than one year they still pay me every week For payment proof you can check it out here https://bbxmining.com/paymentproof.html  since 24 March 2014 Price per Ghs 0.0015 BTC contract duration  2 years they have offices and real mining but not too big profit .

Well offering cloud mining without a chance to get ROI is scamming too.
In that regard you can say 10 out of 10 are scam sites.

Hashnest used to be profitable but even they fail to deliver these days. That's the main reason so less users are buying cloud minig these days.
1175  Economy / Speculation / Re: 10 BTC. Will I be a millionaire by 2030? on: February 29, 2016, 08:55:28 PM
I am confused why a lot of people are wanting to become a millionaire just by bitcoin trading.
Bitcoin is not here to make new millionaires. The ones that did were lucky.

The main goal is to create a safe and anonymous payment environment.
1176  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: February 28, 2016, 06:32:57 PM
I think you do not need a time when need money urgently to borrow money. when you have an idea for a business. and you need capital.
You can borrow money on lending. it would be great for business

Yeah there is no good reason to borrow money. However if you need money fast and there is no other option then a small loan could be the answer.
However it's better to sell items (coins f.e.) then to loan, since you will have to pay interest.
1177  Economy / Economics / Re: Forget Grexit. BREXIT is the Bigger Threat to Europe. on: February 28, 2016, 01:52:58 PM
Maybe the rest of the EU will breathe a sigh of relief when the UK's gone. By the sounds of it all they do is moan and bitch anyway.

They got some legit concern. Especially the huge amount of immigrants from poland is causing great problems.
Apart they are alcholist, uncivilized they cause social tention too.

Sure it's in the best of the UK to stay, but if the rules they want got implemented the rest of the EU would benefit too.
1178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: February 28, 2016, 12:49:15 PM
Faucets and gambling are just a waste of time. I would definitely recommend that you use a signature campaign.

That's true, in gambling its risky, while in faucet, sometimes its a waste of time... the easy way without risking your resources would really be signature campaign..

Gambling is just crazy. It is in no way a method to grow your bitcoins. But more a method to lose your (hard earned) bitcoins).
If you really want to earn more bitcoins learn how to trade. Either bitcon or playing the altcoin markets.

My tip is to use little amounts and from their build it up.
1179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the dice hype? on: February 28, 2016, 12:42:38 PM
because it's so easy to play them, it's 50%/50% so you win or you lose, no need to think alot where to bet, and it's very fast also, so that's why everyone likes them

I am not sure there is a dice hype? Having some topics about it doesn't make it a hype.
Sure dice is easy and fun to play, but it is gambling and nothing more.

P.S. It's less then 50/50 Wink
1180  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: February 28, 2016, 12:34:46 PM
The problems with online loans are that you can't rely on anything.
Look at the escrow guy for example. His reputation was excellent but yet he did a runner.

Therefore i would never loan money to a strange, no matter how good his/her reputation may be.
