11621  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering microloans! Collateral required. on: March 29, 2015, 02:23:20 PM
If you are requiring collateral what is the point in restricting who can request loans from you?

The point of collateral is that it protects you completely from a default so if they default you can easily recoup your losses by selling the collateral
11622  Other / Meta / Re: Remove All Faucets from Service Announcements on: March 29, 2015, 02:20:23 PM
How many of them are there? First page, and first 5 pages would be a pretty good indicator.

Page 1: 21 faucet threads out of 40 threads.

Pages 1 through to 5 have 61 faucet announcement (or discussion) threads out of a possible 200 threads.

While we're looking at new subforums, domain subforum under auctions please? 6 on front page, 57 on first 5 pages.
+1 on this. It has been asked many times to have special subforums for domains, no one has any real interest in most of the domains listed of sale here and they only clutter up the auctions and digital goods sections.
11623  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Guide to cashout any Credit Card to Paypal (I know many people looking for this) on: March 29, 2015, 02:10:15 PM
PM sent. Grin
I don't think redsn0w is interested in buying this. He is only pointing out that it is smart to use escrow for this kind of transaction as you do not have any reputation on this forum.

Also just to let you know: PayPal is very reversible so even if you do "cash out" a stolen credit card to paypal, the funds could easily get reversed.

This also appears to be illegal which is against the forum rules.

The account isn't hacked anymore (you don't want a refund)? Roll Eyes

The account was never hacked. What is your problem?

Oh and check your untrusted feedback too.
The account was never hacked. It might have been sold again though, although I kind of doubt it.

He should be able to participate in bit mixer (or any campaign) just fine
11625  Other / Meta / Re: [BANNED APPEAL] banned twice within 2 weeks on: March 29, 2015, 05:01:46 AM
If it didn't give a message and it didn't give a timeframe then it was more then likely permanent. It was more then likely for the same reason as the last time you were banned (most likely insubstantial posts + paid sig) as I don't see any other reason for you to get banned based on your post history
11626  Economy / Lending / Re: ★★★ TriggerX's Fast Loans ★★★ Offering Loans to Everyone! ★★★ on: March 29, 2015, 04:53:46 AM
All collateral should be held by a trusted third party. Also it makes it much easier to confirm if someone has defaulted if you use a unique repayment address for each loan.
11627  Other / Meta / Re: [BANNED APPEAL] banned twice within 2 weeks on: March 29, 2015, 04:42:48 AM
this thread you mean?
nah, i dont know why my account djibrilantiuang got banned?
by the way im using vpn now, maybe there is another person in this forum with same vpn ip with me and did spam. so i considered as spammer too.

What did the ban message say?

it said "you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com ."

i have sent an email yesterday, how long i can receive reply usually? theymos was online earlier i sent pm , but no reply too . so sad maybe he is too busy i will try to understand and wait patiently.
without any kind of timeframe then you were probably banned on a permanent basis. If you did not present any basis as to why you were banned in error then it is unlikely that you will be unbanned on an immediate basis although if you come back in the future then you *may* get unbanned if you ask nicely and demonstrate that you learned your lesion.
11628  Other / Meta / Re: [BANNED APPEAL] banned twice within 2 weeks on: March 29, 2015, 03:42:31 AM
It is not ban evading as long as you only post in meta and the purpose of your posts is only to appeal your ban.

If you were previously banned for 14 days then I would guess that you would most likely be banned for 60 days now. You should see the duration of the ban in the red message at the top of your screen when you login.....at least this is where I understand the message to be.
11629  Other / Meta / Re: banned twice within 2 weeks on: March 29, 2015, 03:10:57 AM
It would probably help if you were to post your username so your posts could be looked at

here is my account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=391043

please help me  Cry
looking at your post history I see that you make a lot of very short posts, they probably are what I would call "two liners" (that is a little bit longer then a one liner but still very short). Although, after looking at your post history, it looks like your posts since what was most likely your last ban were actually one liners.

Prior to your last ban you also seem to have been using the 'return' key in order to make short posts look longer then they really are by creating a new line after only ~1/3 of a line.

I would suggest putting more effort into your posts.

11631  Economy / Lending / Re: Need loan .1btc No Collateral on: March 29, 2015, 12:27:04 AM
Loan amount: 1btc
Repayment amount: .12btc
Repayment date: March 31, 2015
BTC Address: 18Hftg7gAFd7HjNhKHiw8nik8G8ffF9oMW
are you looking to borrow 1 BTC or .1 BTC ? If it is the later can you sign a message from 18Hftg7gAFd7HjNhKHiw8nik8G8ffF9oMW which you have posted multiple times in the past (and also happens to be the address you are requesting the loan to be sent to). The message should read:
Code:
This is waterpile requesting a loan from quickseller on march 28 2015 in the amount of .1 btc
Also can you get marcotheminer to guarantee that he will send BTC to the repayment address for your signature earnings in the event that you default on the loan?
11632  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Local Bitcoins user GINA99 and Bitwallet user Andybrown SCAMMERS on: March 28, 2015, 10:46:03 PM
That is very interesting that amazon was so quick to restore the gift card. I wonder if this is how people like amazon4u are able to offer such large discounts.

I am also surprised that LBC was not able to somehow protect you from being scammed with their escrow
11633  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: pagalwana - Alt of superSTAR777 on: March 28, 2015, 05:26:35 PM
The more solid proof is the fact that 1KeXEqj7GHFSxyZgDdE9HhnGRdmCkUPM82 and 16Jt2jyCB28tJdToJCaAPUZW5HNJUxcEAg signed tx b7e816f8f4d97df210f226903aa982c8c4ad85da479c3a1ed7b46150990d43b6 and 1KeXEqj7GHFSxyZgDdE9HhnGRdmCkUPM82 can be tied to superstar777. Just because he sent money to superSTAR777 does not mean that they are the same person, just that they did business together

It was just a little obvious that he was an alt, based on posting style etc. I was just stating that he was an alt.
How do you figure out that they both signed the same message ?
I looked at 16Jt2jyCB28tJdToJCaAPUZW5HNJUxcEAg on blockchain.info and saw that b7e816f8f4d97df210f226903aa982c8c4ad85da479c3a1ed7b46150990d43b6 has inputs from both 16Jt2jyCB28tJdToJCaAPUZW5HNJUxcEAg which is the address that he posted his loan request on and 1KeXEqj7GHFSxyZgDdE9HhnGRdmCkUPM82 which is connected to superSTAR777. If a tx has inputs from both addresses, then it was signed by both private keys that control the addresses.

I don't think posting style is a good indicator as many people probably have similar posting styles
11634  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.04 BTC loan needed [ accunt as collateral ] on: March 28, 2015, 05:19:18 PM
i need 0.04 btc loan. Not 0.01 dear, sorry Sad. Let me know if you can do 0.03.

I maybe able to give an interest-free 0.03BTC loan. Let me know if you need.

I will need a signed message from one of your address(es) you posted.
This is probably not a good idea with all the negative trust that he has.

He is an alt of superSTAR777 who has scammed many people under a number of alts

Posting my warning here as well as it is relevant
I don't think it would be a very good idea for anyone to buy a 999Dice account as they are a scam site and you might as well be associated with the owners of the site who simply changed the DB to reflect that you have a lot of referrals but in reality, once you get payment for the account, the referral earnings stop

Hey QuickSeller! Hello!
FYI the ref earnings never stop! Those refs are manually brought to site through ads and they are all legit! Are you interested? Smiley
No I am not interested. If you had read my post, you would see that I am advocating not to buy the account you are selling. Even if the referrals are not fake/fabricated by the owners of the site, the site is still a scam and your referrals will eventually figure this out and stop playing there
11637  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: SELLING 999Dice Account with 5134 referrals! on: March 28, 2015, 04:29:38 PM
You will not necessarily win if you change your betting pattern. The site will obviously not win every bet, however they will have a higher house edge then advertised. IIRC, the server seed will change on every roll and it is not displayed by default so they know if you look at the server seed or not so they can easily change it after the fact if you did not look at it prior to rolling.
11638  Other / Meta / Re: Bitboy11 Banned on: March 28, 2015, 04:20:01 PM
It looks like your profile is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=142350

Doing a quick review of your post history, it looks like your posts are made up of mostly "two liners" which is not quite as bad as a "one liner" as they are somewhat longer, but are still essentially spam

During the previous week's campaign, I didn't make any posts less than 3 lines but I took a look at your post history and saw a number of 1 and 2 line posts that accounted for your plus 100 posts.

I then followed suit.

I know that you have a lot of quality posts as well but I don't think my 2 liners were any worse than yours.
To address the short posts that I write, sometimes that is all that I need to write in order to get the point across, there is no need to fluff my posts with extra garbage.

It should also be noted that my posts do add something unique to the conversation and are in no way a "plus one" or a "wow great" post.

Looking at your last few posts:
Wow...I have never heard of a "hackathon" before!
You should build a community just for this.
The prizes are excellent too.
Makes me wish I knew how to hack. Grin
I think it is fairly safe to say that you did not read the OP in this thread very throughly. There is really not any actual content in this post. If you read the OP, you would see that the prizes are bitcoin, and although it is always nice to win money, there is really nothing unique about winning money, and I don't think it is fair to say the prizes are excellent when the OP doesn't even say how much each prize is worth. The OP also says that he will start with easy "puzzles" at first and explains what would need to be used analyzed to claim the prize, which makes your point about wishing you knew how to hack a moot point

Congratulations on your very first faucet.
I hope that you get a lot of traffic and advertising to your site.
This post literally ads nothing to the conversation. The OP was created by a newbie that created his account only weeks ago so it is unlikely that there was any kind of prior relationship with this person. As a result there is little point on congratulating someone on their "first" faucet.

Wow, I completely forgot about this website.
I haven't used it in ages!
I've just checked my balance and I have 0.0001 BTC and I can't withdraw it...lol
I guess I'll just donate it back to the site.
I somewhat doubt that you actually have an account there. I have also noticed that you tend to make very short sentences and start a new line after each very short sentence in order to make your posts appear to be longer then they are. If you were to take out the starting of new lines then the above post becomes what is below

Your post goes from appearing to be 4 lines to actually being 2 lines

You look like you know exactly how to handle your business.
That is certainly a variety of payment options that you have provided.
If I need to purchase any coins, I'll be sure to contact you.
I am not sure if there is any reason to make this post. It was posted in a thread in currency exchange. From the looks of it, you don't have any actual intention to do business with this person in the immediate future and are not doing anything to warn his potential trading partners.

This is just a few examples of your recent posts and is by no means an all inclusive list
