1181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Veriblock IEO on Bittrex ended within 10 secs. on: April 04, 2019, 04:28:32 PM
Great result, I missed it though it seems like they overcome the failure in their 1st IEO with good results this time. If this continues it will attract more investors and they should be prepared for huge traffic, binance could not handle the traffic in their previous IEO with a huge amount of users. Meanwhile, kucoin ended their IEO in 7 seconds looks like the new tokensale trend is IEO.

1183  Local / Pilipinas / Re: All green right now? on: April 04, 2019, 07:17:21 AM

@Dayan1
Sana nga mag bullrun na  Cheesy marami nagsasabi na yung sudden surge is cause of fake rumor about Bitcoin ETF approval, pero yung price hindi naman nakadepende sa mga events and news but maybe depende sa  accuracy and legitimacy ng news.
1184  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Sekretong Malupit sa Pag Convert to PHP sa Coins.ph! on: April 04, 2019, 06:35:51 AM
Ang nasa isip ko, yung conversion ng prices from coins pro are the same from the one they are using, kaya sabi ko, bakit pa ko mag tiyatiyaga ilagay yung money ko sa coins pro. Pero now that I've read this, thank you.

You are right I saw some legendary in signature that are pretty much the same performance with jr. Member I think that is the only campaign ranks matters the rest has equal stakes like translation, blog, etc. That's how it works with the new merit system now lets just help the forum and other members and maybe we can earn some merits to rank up.
1186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What project did you get your first bounty payment from?? on: April 03, 2019, 10:04:09 PM
I also join that Authorship as far as I remember it is a referral bounty right? The first bounty that I joined with signature and other stuff is Electroneum I earned about $1600 in that campaign that was last 2017 and I think that is the year of bounties and airdops, now only few projects are successful.
1187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers will go after IEO soon on: April 03, 2019, 04:12:51 AM
There is only one thing to do only invest in top exchanges with a high reputation like Binance problem solve. But I might consider Bitmax, Okex, Houbi I think these top exchanges are gearing up for their upcoming IEO's. But as investors, we need to help them find some facts about the project lets do our own research to avoid possible scams.
1188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SSD or HD - what's best for running several crypto wallets? on: April 02, 2019, 12:46:46 PM
Technically SSD is faster than HDD but sometimes you can't even notice the difference when it's still new, when years passed you can tell the difference that SSD is still fast. HDD as it grows older it's getting slower. So I chose SSD over HDD.

you must have never tried them in comparison to each other!
HDD speed doesn't even come close to SSD's speed in reading and writing data. the slowest SSD is ridiculously faster compared to the fastest HDDs.

I have a desktop with HDD and recently Upgraded to SSD  Grin. Have you read it wrong? I said "Technically SSD is faster". My point is when both are brand new with no damage when you open a crypto wallet probably it will open directly and sometimes you can't even notice the difference in performance but there is a difference of course.

besides age should not really affect the speed of a hard disk unless you severely damage it. i currently own old HDD that is still functioning like its day 1.
Aren't you familiar with hdd bad sector it will cause your system boot slower and sometimes you will experience some lags.

Sabi ni julerz12, "To those who were not accepted for this week. Try again next week."
Pwede mo din change title at gawing thread about btc payment or any weekly payment signature para makaupdate tayo kung may open slots or something. Tingin ko marami Signature sa Services na nagpapalit ng participants if hindi na meet ang certain count of post like kay julerz, Hhampuz. Etc. Meron ng thread about dito pero I think pwede naman gumawa ng local thread natin.
1192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the most toxic personality types in crypto? on: March 31, 2019, 07:05:14 AM
Are you reffering on ICO? whether you agree or not there is a high chance that those  projects that didn't raised enough is a scam they didn't raised enough because investors are not interested and possibly made a background check with fake team, plagiarized whitepaper, etc. But I don't like people accusing a certain project without any valid proof and spreading fud.
1193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lending via smart contracts on: March 30, 2019, 10:28:29 PM
Somebody tell me he did not believe that lending can work with cryptocurrency.
What do you think?

I think it can work. Why? Read this white paper:
https://www.maxicreditcompany.com/whitepaper.pdf

Lending already exist in cryptocurrency with crypto collateral I don't know if it is using smart contracts but I think it is especially on Ethereum blockchain, check it here https://nexo.io
1194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this a good idea? on: March 30, 2019, 05:06:33 AM
If you are ready to hold it for 2 - 3 years yes just hold it in your wallet. But if you want a fast income just do a day trading and find a coin which are moving fast on exchanges and with good volume. Warning theres is no guarantee that you will earn here you might also lost all of your funds try in your own risk its your decision.

You might want to check this STO platform they have launch a few projects I don't know if its sold out or at least reaches its softcap their progress is pretty decent and they are offering airdrops to its premium users from the STO they conducted.

1199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real exchange volume vs cmc data on: March 28, 2019, 11:51:48 PM
I don't understand how to say this is a web app for checking volume and prices, but not mentioning all the exchanges listing a coin I take the ethereum example. After a fairly high volume is on latoken but when I look for latoken I can't find it?
Those price and volume monitoring web are not accurate and sometimes the exchanges are generating fake volume that's why coinmarketcap sometimes pick up a different volume than the actual volume.

There is a huge difference in trading volume you know why? Coinmarketcap is getting data on hundred exchanges but openmarketcap only on few trusted exchanges.
1200  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: What do you think about CAPTCHA ? on: March 28, 2019, 07:30:10 AM
CAPTCHA - "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart") Source
