I wonder how Vlahovic will play in Juventus. He was playing very successful matches in Fiorentina. Dusan Vlahovic can make up for the lack of players to score a goal after Cristiano Ronaldo. Being 22 years old is also an advantage for Juventus. 75 M€ is a big amount of money, of course, but I think it's worth it for Vlahovic.
Vlahovic is a great investment, he is very young and very talented. I hope he can adapt with the other Juventus player's and the strategy so he can help Juventus to fix their goal scoring difficulty after since Ronaldo left them and he may be a popular and be the most wanted central forward in the next few years that make his value increased a lot.
Juventus does need players like Vlahovic, moreover Vlahovic has proven to be productive in Serie A with Fiorentina. So Vlahovic will not take long to adapt at Juventus, especially when Juventus weaknesses are on the front lines. Since Ronaldo left, Juventus has had a hard time scoring goals, and the purchase of Vlahovic is the best solution. So buying Vlahovic at an expensive price, Juventus had to do it to make Juventus able to compete with other big Serie A teams. The problem is how Vlahovic handles the pressure at Juventus, Juventus supporters will have high expectations of Vlahovic. Hopefully Vlahovic can immediately show his best performance, because Juventus does need a lot of wins to get into the top 4.
Let's hope that Vlahovic will justify the hopes of the Juventus management and fans in scoring a striker, because the club has almost lost Morata and continues the ugly situation with the extension of the contract of Dibala, which may have a bad effect on the attacking potential of the club from Turin. With all the problems that Morata has with the successful completion of attacks, there is still no denying his high level of play and it is not for nothing that Barcelona President Laporta personally went to Madrid to discuss a possible transfer with Atletico. I would also like to say something similar about the Dybala, who is a high-level player capable of deciding the outcomes of matches.

Yes you are right mate. Solksjaer was a ManU legend when he was a football player, but being a coach is very different. I don't see much of good old players who are technically proficient. Perhaps Guardiola could be the exception. The number of people who are good when they are both a football player and a coach is rare. Likewise, Roberto Carlos remained weak as a coach. Zinedine Zidane was considered good, but his playing football was much better. Xavi gives me hope. It seems to me that he will have a great career as a coach.
You are the same people who used to say Zidane was “lucky” to win games. Until a coach wins 3 consecutive UCL titles in the least amount of time, then there is nothing you are going to say to me convincing me that Zidane isn't among the greats in terms of coaching.
If you talk about squad strength, remember the likes of Guardiola failed to win a UCL title with Bayern Munich and now still struggling the same with Manchester City.
All this does not negate the fact that all the successes of Zinedine Zidane are associated with only one team, which is Real Madrid, so I still think it is not entirely correct to compare Zidane with Pep Guardiola, who achieved success in both the championship and the Champions League with Barcelona, and also won titles with Bayern and Manchester City. Therefore, Guardiola has already managed to prove his coaching ability in other championships, which has not yet happened with Zidane. At the same time, I personally have no doubt about Zidane's professional coaching qualities and the Champions League titles are excellent evidence of this, but still we have not yet seen Zidane in conditions other than Spanish.

There are still more than two weeks for the matchups in the current round. And Barcelona seem to be getting better every week which is calming for me. Because I would like to watch a highly competitive draw between Barcelona and Napoli. By the way, Napoli had a bad period but they are doing really well recently. They have improved their performance and if they go on like this till this draw, they will still be the team one step ahead. The first match is in Camp Nou and I think that Barcelona might not lose this. On the other hand, we don't even know how much these teams will care about the Europa League too.
If Barcelona is just starting to straighten out the game and its standings this season, then Napoli has known better times at the beginning of the season, when it issued an impressive winning streak. Realistically speaking, Barcelona has only one chance left for the title this season and that chance is the Europa League, so I think Barcelona will take this two-legged confrontation with Napoli with all seriousness. On the other hand, Napoli is still continuing its battle for the Scudetto and this may bring its own nuances. The fact that Barcelona's game and results have been improving lately does not mean that this will be automatically transferred to the Europa League matches, because there is still some instability in the team's game. In any case, this is the most status match at this stage of the tournament and both teams would certainly like to continue their fight for the cup further.

Haaland is a big part of Dortmund right now. In the absence of him due to an injury, we saw how much Dortmund had a hard time beating their opponents. I mean that they had scoring problems more. Because Haaland has scored most of their goals I guess. Considering this fact, I think that Dortmund would be much weaker than now for sure if they lose Haaland to some other club. I'm pretty sure that Dortmund would do their best to keep him here this summer also but it doesn't seem probable to me.
The possibilities for Borussia Dortmund to keep Haaland are not so huge and are not comparable to such clubs as Real Madrid, Manchester City or even Barcelona with all their financial difficulties. At the same time, both Manchester City and Barcelona are clearly experiencing problems with scoring strikers and are therefore very interested in the transfer. Therefore, it is difficult to imagine a scenario in which a player will not leave the club next summer, so Dortmund should make full use of the presence of such a player and already prepare a replacement. Borussia Dortmund should already be glad that Haaland did not leave this transfer window and continues to contribute to the team's results, although this may later affect the transfer cost both up and down.

Lampard may be a good coach, but we can't expect much from a team like Everton. Everton is a weak team. They have to spend money if they want to be strong. Talented players should be taken in the team. The players are weak but the coach is experienced, in this situation good performance is not possible. In addition to hiring experienced coaches, the coach should be given the opportunity to sort out the squad with the players of his choice. It will cost a lot of money.
Not one big team will agree to invite to the post of head coach, who has not shown results with weak and medium teams. If Lampard is a great coach, then when he joins a team, even one like Everton, he has to do the work so that the team plays better than before, that players give their all on the field in every match. He must motivate players to win. If there are no such results in the team, then this coach will not be interesting.
Yes even the top analysts after the news that he will sign for another 2.5 years as head coach will not be able to do much, but he will save the team from relegation. You can agree to some extent, of course, because he will really save the team from relegation, but it is unlikely to get the team to the top position, you need to make a lot of changes in the squad for that
In any case, Lampard needs coaching practice, because a year has already passed since his dismissal from Chelsea in January 2021. The situation is close to catastrophic, no one thinks about high places in the standings anymore and now the main task is to prevent Everton from relegating from the Premier League to the championship. Rafael Benitez is a fairly qualified specialist and even if he got such a bad situation, it means that Lampard is going to have a very hard job without any guarantee of success. This is also mixed with some financial problems for both the club itself and the owner of the team, and money is also needed for the construction of a new stadium. Two weeks ago, the Daily Mail claimed that Everton owner Farhad Moshiri was considering selling the club.

I think at the end of the January transfer window, Daniel Levy will not sign any player for Tottenham and that will cost Antonio Conte to terminate his contract.up till now spurs have not sell any of the players that the coach ask to move Doherty,Deli Alli, Locelso, Tanguy Ndombele and Robson they are all there and the transfer window is closing two days from now.when are you moving them and when are you bringing replacement. They have lost players like coutinho,Adama traore in this same transfer window.
If this happens I'll hope Manchester United takes the chance to bring Antonio Conte to Manchester United. I see him as a long time coach at Manchester United, and I believe the fans and staff's with want to work with him. Looking at how good he has performed at Chelsea, I couldn't agree more but to let him be the next manager, he had smart strategies while at inter Milan winning the league in the process.
It seems that Tottenham and Juventus have agreed on the terms of the transfer of Rodrigo Bentancourt for 19 million euros. There was also information about other proposed transfers, so it's too early to say that Tottenham have not signed a single player. Now there is not much time left and we will be able to find out whether Antonio Conte was satisfied with the winter transfer campaign or indeed we will hear about another loud divorce of the Italian coach with another club, because everyone already knows about Conte's cosmic ambitions and he is unlikely to tolerate this, not forgetting also about the not-so-easy character of Tottenham owner Daniel Levy.

No odds yet for Nadal vs Medvedev, but I'm thinking that Nadal will be the slight favorite when the betting lines is open. This is going to be a tough match, but I'm seeing Nadal might win this year in a 5 set marathon match.
Nadal will be the favourite is common things specially in the crowd will be very on his side but I believe this will not affect Medvedev at all can be seen in the previous 2 matches, maybe in this final there will be a new record but I don't think Medvedev will let that happen easily. If the betting are already open will choose Medvedev as the champion this time.
Did you see how Medvedev lost it and how he was yelling at the referee? If you haven't seen it, check out this video from Facebook.
He really doesn't need this kind of behavior but it seems that something made him really mad because he blew Tsitsipas off the court in the next 2 sets.
His anger makes him play better, so don't make him angry  Smiley
This is a special kind of concentration increase in Medvedev Wink To be honest, Medvedev had some grounds for his discontent and the right to express all this. Another question is that the form chosen for this does not always meet the standards of politeness, however, Daniil apologized for this after the match. In my opinion, Medvedev has some advantage in the final match, although I would not venture to call him the undisputed favorite. Medvedev's side has a more familiar and favorite court surface and a younger age, as well as already accumulated skill. Nadal has more experience on his side, the ability to deploy forces and a great desire to get ahead in terms of the number of grand slam wins in the great three.

The number of star players in one club makes the dressing room situation very difficult to overcome and makes conducive a very difficult thing. Currently, it is like the picture in the PSG dressing room, especially with the presence of Messi, making PSG increasingly dominated by star players, but on the one hand, almost every PSG striker from Neymar, Messi to Mbappe tries to impress by relying on individual skills without teamwork.
Yes, having too many stars players sometimes leads to a problem. Since each star player probably has their own ego and is too busy thinking about his performance. It may bring bad impacts to the team because they don't focus on their performance as a team, but as an individual. In this situation, the coach and captain have a big role to deal with the problem. I don't think the current PSG coach and captain have the capacity to handle those star players. The ideal coach may be Zidane, and the captain is Ramos.
This seems to be one of the reasons why Pochettino would like to change clubs at the end of the season. Because he was tired of the situation when Neymar and Mbappe are the main faces in the club's locker room, and then Messi and Ramos were added, who also claim to have a special attitude towards themselves and their wishes. That is why Zidane is seen as the figure who will be able to unite all this motley group of stars into a single team, thanks to his authority as a great player, and already had similar experience in Real Madrid. Now it remains to find out Zidane's opinion on this issue, because as far as I know, he has not yet officially announced his future professional plans.

Koeman doesn't have the philosophy of play that Barcelona are hoping for, but Xavi has it although at the moment he's only trying it with a few senior players and a lot of his academy players. Take a look at what he has put into Barcelona's performances and compare it to what Koeman has done for Barcelona in recent seasons.
This is what I like about Xavi so far, he is trying to bring in senior players he has struggled with in order to motivate the young players and also to give their contribution to help Xavi educate the next generation of Barcelona in 5 years. It's not seen at this time but with their potential that is quite prominent, we will definitely see Barcelona will appear with training results that are not in vain. Then what I like about Xavi is his unselfishness in receiving input from senior players that he deliberately installs at Barca's current club. So that Xavi lack of reading the opponent's strategy can be helped by Alves.
Xavi has no choice at the moment. That's why he uses old players. They can hardly bring anything new to the team. In Xavi's place, I have already used more young players to quickly introduce my game tactics and test their abilities. But alas, Xavi must also win to get into the Champions League next year. He cannot buy new players due to financial constraints .
Let's not forget when and under what conditions Koeman was invited to Barcelona and became the head coach of the team. At that time, there was no epidemic of COVID 19 and, accordingly, Barcelona's financial problems worsened because of this. The Dutch specialist came to a club that was quite financially prosperous and his task was to make a generation change in the club quite painlessly and prepare the club for a gradual decrease in the role of Messi on the game and the results of the club. You know what happened next. There were well-known events, there was a change of the club's management, Messi left the club. Unlike Koeman, Xavi already knew exactly where he was going, what difficulties he would face and what tasks needed to be solved.

Yeah, Zinedine Zidane has been speculated for the duty at Manchester United so far. For now, Manchester United have Ralf Rangnick as their interim manager and I think that they won't make this deal permanent with him also. In that case, Zidane would still be one of the biggest candidates for the job here. As Ronaldo is here also, not only Ronaldo but also Zidane would lean towards this kind of a deal. Ronaldo was already wishing to see him here as far as I know. Maybe this could happen.
Do you have any news links regarding Zidane taking over as Manchester United coach? Because I heard a few days ago that PSG president Nesser Al-Khelaifi had offered Zidane to take over the PSG, I heard rumors that Zidane might take over as PSG's coach.
Manchester United have everything they need in a team other than the experienced coach. They have experienced and talented players. Moreover, Manchester United will not be able to find a better coach than Zidane. So they should try their best to appoint Zidane as coach
I can't imagine what the management of Manchester United should offer Zidane in order for him to agree to lead the club as a head coach. The only thing that comes to mind is the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo in the team with whom Zidane worked fruitfully at Real Madrid, but I don't think that can be a decisive factor in making a decision. With all due respect to Manchester United, the Paris Saint-Germain squad looks more stellar in names and the Arab owners of PSG agree to invest in the club clearly more than the American owner of MU. An important factor is also the fact that Paris Saint-Germain is a French club. Therefore, if Zidane has a choice which club of these two to lead, then the choice will clearly not be in favor of the club from Manchester.

If Inter are able to win their oncoming tough matches, then they can really have a huge chance for the title.
Actually, Inter has a bigger chance to win vs Milan in the next match, but of course, this will be also not an easy match. Moreover, there is news that one of the backs of AC Milan actually suffered an injury during a match in the African Cup. It is possible that he will miss the match against Inter later. Btw, it looks like Gleison Bremer has really reached an agreement with Inter.
On the other hand, the ga between Inter and Milan on the point is likely not really far. Moreover, Milan also has their own spirit to defeat Inter, moreover, if we see their points, that is similar to Napoli. They will try very hard to at least make a draw, but of course, they want also a championship.
Let's not forget that the match between Milan and Inter itself has its own meaning, regardless of what tournament position the opponents occupy and the mood for this match is also appropriate. Therefore, I would not be in a hurry to give an advantage to one of the clubs only on the basis of the matches that have passed before. The derby always has its own logic and its own intrigue. As I said before, Milan needs to win this match more and, accordingly, the club should make more efforts for this, exactly the same can be said about the match with Napoli. In general, the loss of Inter in the matches with Milan and Napoli will further strengthen the intrigue in the fight for the scudetto, but the win of Inter in both matches does not mean the end of the fight for the championship, especially since I do not think that this will happen and Inter will surely lose points in at least one of these matches.

In as much I don't like Morata inconsistency as a goalscorer it will be out place to downplay his abilities as a striker. Let's take a good look at Salah while at Chelsea and Roma, one might assume that he is done for as a striker but with a good manager and right mind of play he his currently recognise as one of the best striker in the EPL if not the world. So a Barcelona spell for morata might be the best thing for him with xavi been his coach.
Morata in particular has really had bad seasons, from his time at Chelsea, the move to Juventus felt like he was gonna do better than he did at Real Madrid and Chelsea but then everything gets worst.
Still haven't gone  to his best form yet, I hope the move down there will ignite the fire in him.
Could be he has issues more of personal issues with the coach or the board, you know how professional players can be, you won't know shit until they're outta the club.
There is no reason to think that even if a player is talented, he can adapt well to all the squads. Morata is talented enough, we know about his golden past. But he has not been able to adapt properly to the Juventus team. The coach must have to figure out the problem. But I don't think the coach has taken enough steps to strengthen the bond between Morata and the other players on the team.
All this does not negate the fact that Massimiliano Allegri himself did not want to let the football player go, as he himself had already stated three weeks ago. More specifically, Allegri stated that then he would have to take one of the 4-5 best strikers in the world as a replacement. Another question is that the Juventus management does not want to pay 35-40 million euros for the buyout of the contract and after the transfer of Vlahovic for 75 million euros, it becomes clear why and on whom the bet will now be made. However, let's not forget that in the match with Roma, it was Morata's appearance on the field and his active actions that predetermined Juventus' wonderful comeback.

Nadal vs Medvedev in the finals for this year.
Yes, I've been saying that for a while... but it's quite boring because it's just what you'd expect, no surprises.
I do think if it works out this way then Nadal would have to be the favourite. Medvedev had a very draining match last time out, and now faces Tsitsipas in what could well end up being another 5 setter. Whoever gets through that will be tired for the final.
It also goes to say that Nadal might have an easy route to the finals. He faces Shapovalov who defeated Rublev. He was extended to 5 sets though, but he has the advantage because he is well rested.
As compare to Medvedev who had a draining 5 set win, both mentally and physical tough match for him to overcome. And now he is going to face another tough opponent in Tsitsipas who surprisingly did good in a surface that he is not well known to do better. He is a clay court specialist as far as I know.
Well, as for Tsitsipas, I would like to add that Nadal also seems to be more considered a specialist on a clay court Wink Although of course I'm also a little surprised that Tsitsipas was able to get to such a high stage of the tournament, especially considering that he had surgery only a few weeks ago. As for Medvedev's previous five-set match, I would like to say that this should not have a strong impact, given that it was a rest day and tennis players of this level should know how to recover properly after such matches. I would not be in a hurry to talk about Nadal's easy way to the final, let's remember, for example, that no one really expected that Medvedev's previous opponent would cause him so many problems and put him on the verge of losing.

Manchester United need a coach who can blend in well with the players. To build a friendly relationship with the players, the players need to find out the problems. Every Manchester United player is talented enough. We have seen a lot of good performances from them in the past. But now their team performance is not good. Because the mutual bond between the players is not good.
Zidane is a very experienced coach. The team will be stronger if he coaches Manchester United. Because they already have a strong squad. Zidane will only work to build bonding between the players. And I believe he can do this very well.
Even though it's like that, we also can't blame the current coach because Rangnick is still in the adaptation phase now. we can see ole few seasons can say that he is not very suitable after seeing the performance in the previous season which was quite good. And now rangnick has only played a few games with Manchester United and we want to think that is really bad? I think it's still too early
In any case, Zidane is not yet seeking to move to England, including for linguistic reasons, and even more so to Manchester, from which, according to rumors, Zidane's wife does not seem to be enthusiastic. Zidane is also used to working at a club that positions itself with the super prefix, which was Real Madrid during his years of work and the current Manchester United does not quite fit this definition. By the way, there was information that Manchester United is quite satisfied with the work of Rangnik and is going to change his status from temporary to permanent, but I don't trust this much and I think work towards finding a new head coach will resume closer to summer. Still, it's still hard to believe that Rangnik will be able to fantastically change the team's game and results by the end of the season.
1195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: January 27, 2022, 11:19:34 PM
Messi does not need much to win the match in Ligue 1 PSG. Ligue 1 teams are not very. It will not be difficult for PSG to win against them. Because besides Messi, there are strikers like Mbappe, Di Maria and Icardi. PSG's goalkeeper and defense are good enough.
PSG can win the title this season even when they don't have Messi in the team regardless of whether he has to help his country or for some other reason. PSG already have enough points in the table compared to other teams so they are not too risky when some of their players are absent including Messi.
So far PSG have Mbappe who is quite consistently scoring goals in almost every match, he will help PSG win the match besides that they still have many other good players in their squad. I don't think Nice is a team that will threaten PSG to lose the title this season even though they have been pretty consistent in winning their last few match.
I absolutely agree, because Paris Saint-Germain somehow managed without the help of Messi before and the absence of an Argentine player should not have a fatal impact on the outcome of matches. Another question is that Mbappe, who contributes a significant share to the success of the club, seems to be going to leave the club at the end of this season and it will be interesting to see how the club can bear the loss of its best forward. However, Mbappe has not yet announced anything about his future to representatives of PSG and Real Madrid and seems to be going to do after the match of the 1/8 final of the Champions League. Also because of this, it's time for Messi to start playing a more decisive role in the club's game, because that's what he was signed for.
1196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 27, 2022, 11:01:58 PM
We all are wondering about what team will be activating Haaland's release clause and signing him in this summer. There are a few top teams already chasing this transfer. Real Madrid and Manchester City seem to be the most serious ones among them. But if Bayern Munich involve in this also, things can get really interesting. Because we know Bayern Munich closely by their signing big players from Dortmund. Lewandowski is the best example which can be given I assume. I'm just looking forward to see teams competing with each other to buy him.
I have not yet heard any news about Bayern Munich being interested in Haaland. But maybe they want to take Haaland to the team. Because Lewandowski is now 33 years old. Maybe Bayern Munich will now look for a replacement for Lewandowski. That's why they will be interested in taking Haaland to the team. The Manchester City team is stable enough now. So I'm not sure if Guardiola will be more interested in signing Haaland now. However, PSG and Real Madrid will try to get Haaland in the team. If Barcelona didn't have financial problems, they would have tried their best to get Haaland in the team.
Recently, therefore, everything about it is from the field of rumors and nothing official. If a month ago the CEO and president of Bayern Munich officially announced that the club does not apply for the signing of Haaland, because the club has Lewandowski, who is still able to perform for several years at the highest level, now it seems that the situation has changed a little. According to Bild, the Bayern leadership has held talks with the player's agent Mino Raiola and are in no hurry to extend Lewandowski, who demands a salary increase for a new long-term contract. However, I wouldn't be surprised if this rumor was just an element of pressure on the side of the Polish player.
1197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 27, 2022, 10:49:49 PM
I would say that both teams have problems with the results. But in recent matches, Atletico have seen a bigger decline, while Barcelona are trying to play more effectively. I think the favorite in this pair is determined, by the home game, since both teams are in a certain crisis and it is not clear how this game will go. Perhaps Atletico will defend most of the time and the match will be without a lot of goals.
This is a difficult one to guess or predict since both teams have been considerably poor in their overall performance(s) this season. That's why it's hard to tell who would come out on top of that fixture but if there's one thing that does looks certain, it's the fact that both teams would put up a good defense especially Athletico Madrid so we (might) most likely not see many goals in that clash. Most likely a draw for more.
I believe that the home field factor still gives Barcelona some advantage over Atletico in this match. The same factor, in my opinion, will have a significant impact on the model of the game of Atletico Madrid, which will play more defensive football and draw the result. Also, let's not forget that Atletico is one point ahead of Barcelona in the standings and therefore a draw will also bring more satisfaction to Madrid. And what satisfaction it will bring to the players and fans of another club from Madrid, I will not even describe Grin However, thanks to the current separation from the pursuers, these people will calmly accept any outcome of the match Wink
1198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: January 27, 2022, 10:37:37 PM
I don't think the fact that Mbappe will be playing against a potentially future club will have any effect on his performance. He's not a Real Madrid player yet, and if he plays well and brings a result, PSG will definitely be happy and pleased with the player(and the player even more so, because of the extra cash), and Real Madrid will want to buy him even more. However, thanks to this match, an equally interesting one was cancelled. MU-PSG, where Messi and Ronaldo could have met. It's been a long time since their last rivalry....
This does not negate the fact that Real Madrid would not mind having Mbappe in their squad right now and even made some efforts to do so. However, Paris Saint-Germain did not agree to the offer and embarked on a risky path, on the one hand not strengthening the opponent before the full-time match, on the other hand losing good money and the prospect of releasing the player for free as a free agent. I also have no doubt that Mbappe will play at full strength against his potential future employer, but on the other hand, human psychology is a rather confusing thing and therefore some elements of the subconscious may surface that may eventually interfere with events and still interfere with the football player's game.

Dortmund is now starting to pressure Haaland to immediately strengthen his decision and this has made the relationship between Haalaand and Dortmund a bit tenuous for some time, many rumors say that Haalaand will leave Dortmund but so far we don't know what exactly Haalaand wants, to stay at Dortmund or not, because so far Haaland has never revealed his true desires to the media.
But I think what dortmund is doing now is right, because they have taken good anticipation by trying to bring in karim ayemi, because at least if haaland leaves next summer, dortmund will no longer have to worry about finding a replacement for haalaand and if haalaand stays, at least dortmund have a backup for to back up haalaand or it would be better to pair haalaand-karim ayemi on the front line later.
What's the point of pushing him now? It's a bit illogical. If he wanted to leave the club in winter he would have already left, there are only 3 days left until the transfer window closes in Germany, so they still have a couple of months to decide something with him and his fate, but of course he will go to another club. I'll be surprised if he stays. Especially after this crush.
I think that the pressure from the Borussia Dortmund management is not about this transfer window, because it seems that Haaland remains at the club until the summer and there are no changes in this regard. It's just that the club needs clarity already about the summer period and how Haaland and his entourage are going to act and, accordingly, starting from this, they are already building their tactics. In this I quite agree with the management of Borussia Dortmund, because it is not normal when six months before the next transfer window, a football player does not know where he will continue his career or pretends not to know, which makes the situation even more ugly.

What Medvedev has accomplished today shows why he is the number 2 in the world. match point and he has also trailed 2-0 in sets. Then you see the class of such players. if he wins the tournament, he would become the new number 1 in the world. It's strange that he is then above Djokovic, but he may not try to defend his title for the next 3 years. I'm curious how that ends. that guy should just get vaccinated and stop making excuses and think he's an exception because he's Djokovic.
On the part of Medvedev, there was some impressiveness and low energy bordering on apathy in the first two sets. Auger-Aliassim, on the contrary, played well in the first two sets and, most importantly, held his serve quite confidently, almost not giving Medvedev a chance to make a break. But this could not go on indefinitely and Medvedev began to wake up and show the game, thanks to which he is the second racket of the world and the main contender to displace Djokovic from the first place in the ranking. The main watershed occurred in the third set, when Medvedev made a mini-break on the tiebreak and after closing the roof on the court finished the case by successfully winning the tiebreak. Let Medvedev still continued to walk on the edge of the abyss and even got a match point from an opponent on his serve, but the contours of that game were already visible due to which Medvedev could win the match. Evidence of this is the successful and confident playing of break balls on his serve, when they periodically arose. Auger-Aliassim gave chances in the fourth and fifth sets by giving his serve once and Medvedev was able to take advantage of this thanks to his high class.
