I store my Bitcoin on both online and offline wallet. Mostly on offline wallet though. I don't really trust online wallet but I still use them to store my Bitcoin.  you're just like me. I also do not believe the online wallet. sometimes I just keep my bitcoin in a long time, but sometimes I also always exchange it.
