Blijkbaarheeft hij een zogenaamd botnet en kwam van een van zijn 'victims' het geld.
En inderdaad, de politie gaat hier juist de ballen aan doen.

Vooral met Bitcoins is het nogal moeilijk aan te tonen of hij ze al dan niet overgemaakt heeft.
In mijn geval wel hoor. Hij maakte een andere thread zegende dat hij 1.16 ofzo BTC had en dat was ook het preciese bedrag dat die dag op zijn BTC addres stond. Dat ik mijn 1000€ van paypal niet krijg vind ik op dit moment niet meer zo erg. Ik vindt het wel erger dat die gast zijn geld terug heeft en de BTC die hij heeft nu 2750€ waard zijn. |

MAAR fraude? Ik vind 3700 euro toch aardig serieus :S. Heeft Paypal ook een specifieke reden gegeven waarom ze een klant niet willen helpen als hij/zij wordt opgelicht? Ik wist al dat het een kutbedrijf was, maar ze blijven me verbazen.
Vind ik ook veel geld, maar Belgische politie gaat hier niets aan doen. Omdat de betaling is gebeurd als gift en er geen verkopersbescherming daarvoor is. Echter kan ik er niets aan doen dat deze als gift verstuurd is. Ze zeggen er niets meer aan te willen doen en gaan hier niets aan doen. Ik moet dit via gerechtelijke weg doen en ze zullen de politie met alle details voorzien maar mij persoonlijk willen ze niets meer doen. En wat is dan de reden dat de Belgische politie hier niets aan doet? De Nederlandse politie zou hier wel iets mee doen, gezien het feit dat niet tastbare goederen ook vatbaar zijn voor diefstal/fraude/verduistering. Ik zou alsnog langs de politie gaan, voordat je die optie volledig uitsluit. Omdat een vriendin van mij een paar jaar geleden is opgelicht geweest voor 250€ Tot op vandaag niets meer van gehoord, dusja. |
