1181  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Deprived Mining Speculation (DMS) on: December 31, 2013, 09:28:18 AM
You're not alone.
Because of the damn Labcoin, I become so sensitive about my btc shares.

Anyway, happy new years!

If only Labcoin was the only one, you can add the Ukyo/WeEx/BitFunder mess, inputs.io, creativex / BASIC-MINING, etc.

And that was only 2013.

Brace for 2014, hope DMS is not on the list...

Happy New Year!

I am using a scrypt miner with multipool.  Maybe I am missing something but DOGE is not the most profitable coin.  I mined at 1.5Gh yesterday and today.  I split the miner's time between the multi port and the Worldcoin port.

DOGE = .008 BTC
WDC = .012 BTC

Am I missing something here?
 Shocked

What exchange did you use and what about the rates?

The rate used by multi pool is listed in the table, so you should be able to compare the rates at the exchange and as calculated by multi pool. Such a difference is strange indeed.

You should also try the profit snapshot

TIPS pool not sending payments?

When did you request it? Sometimes it takes almost an hour.
1185  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive ASICMiner Blade Setup on: December 30, 2013, 04:11:21 AM
I ordered a ASIC Blade a couple weeks ago and it was working spectacularly!... Until today. When I plug the power adapter in nothing happens, the LEDs on the chip don't even go on. I am pretty sure the adapter and the cables are still fine. Anyone know a solution to this problem? I am using an adapted 4 pin ATX connector from my PSU to power the blade.

Did you check the fuse? It seems that several people had issues with that lately.

If you have a multi-meter to check the voltage on the board pins, it may be useful too.

we need some hash at our pool:

https://coinex.pw/mining/pools/DOGE

your rewards are added directly to your exchange balance to trade them!

What's the avg time to find a DOGE block?

It's one of the only field that is left blank on your website page...

Hey I have a question for the forging experts here!

I just forged a block (wow, just 2 days after I started, nice).

Now the timer with "You can forge a block in ..." has disappeared from the block list.

Is this normal? What does it mean, like I can only generate 1 block in a timeframe? Thanks!

Edit: I was on a "false" chain. Boo hoo. Too good to be true ;(

is it me only cant login to cryptsy?

Even if you can login, when you deposit DOGE it takes forever. I have an incoming deposit with 400+ conf and it's still pending...

Use Vircurex instead! It has slightly better rates on top of this.
And it only requires 10 confirmations!

Très bizarre, ils sont réputés pour être opaques mais pas malhonnêtes, pourtant.

Are you sure about the 25 DOGE fee? I haven't noticed and/or read anything about it
1195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Nxt :: descendant of Bitcoin - Updated Information on: December 24, 2013, 03:06:14 AM
hmmm probabilly into the actual situation, removing of the hallmark system is the best solution... isn't?

Removing it, and/or re-implementing it in a DDoS-proof way, as much as possible, like introducing scoring over time that would require a much longer and sustained DDoS to affect the scoring.

85 on Vircurex and 73 on Cryptsy Shocked Shocked Shocked

I think it might bubble over 100 again, so not quite time to sell yet.

And yes Vircurex is often much higher than Cryptsy Wink
