As a Milan fan myself I don't think the Milan team we have now is a perfect fit to compete even in the Europa League. Many ICO are now shifting towards IEO route to collect money now as this trend is now gaining ground and some IEO give good returns to their investors but time will decide that what happen in future.

In my opinion, it is better if the coin bounty is locked in a thread if the bounty project is indicated as fraud. if it's not locked, it's likely that people will suffer losses because they will invest in the coin.
