In the process of trying to be a future whales you could lost everything,trust me this got me no where and I realized that I've lost tons of money because I was never contented, be smart and always take advantage of any project that brings you profit, do not stare at your wallet and say 'im gonna be rich in 3 years later' this is 1% out of 100% chance that it's ever going to happen, remember, been rich isn't the most important part of our lives but living a good life is.

Bounty managers of this forum it's time to wisen up, I know few bounty managers are already doing this but majority aren't,  top rated crypto projects that raised millions of dollars successfully are finding it very very hard to pay Bounty Hunters their tokens after all the hardwork talkless of med rated crypto projects, they feel reluctant to pay bounty hunters reward so I'm begging you guys to start compulsory Escrow, if every bounty managers they seek ask for Escrow they won't have any choice but to comply

По созданным проектам просто просматривается отсутствие какой-либо деятельности по реализации заявленной цели, и отсюда следует возбуждение дел о мошенничестве. Главным здесь было признание криптовалют деньгами или имуществом, чтобы появилась пострадавшая сторона, потерявшая какие-либо ценности. И всё. Можно погуглить и найти целый ряд дел о том, когда какие-либо проекты проводили ICO, а потом исчезали с собранными деньгами. Организаторов целого ряда подобных проектов уже разыскивают и судят. Вероятно, есть и какие-то очень специфические криптовалютные мошенники, для которых действительно потребуется отдельное законодательство, но мне что-то пока в голову ничего подобного не приходит. Для остального, в принципе, текущего законодательства достаточно для действий правоохранительных структур.

Уголовная ответственность за мошенничество и так есть, и расследования в отношении мошенников, использующих популярное слово криптовалюта, прекрасно ведутся уже сейчас. Пара сравнительно свежих примеров из Испании и из Индии. Чего-то принципиально нового для борьбы с мошенничеством со стороны государства в плане законодательства придумывать нет нужды, максимум — определить в законодательстве криптовалюты, чтобы был очевидным состав преступления в случае их кражи или мошенничества с их отъёмом. Просто государственная машина не слишком расторопна, и не до всех мошенников сразу и одномоментно доходит её пристальное внимание.
