A strong roster of nurses is important to launch this startup. Ivan, the CEO of Care4Me, has extensive connections in the at-home nursing industry. We are leveraging these resources to line up a deep bench of highly qualified nurses who are enthusiastic about this new way of finding patients. We will empower this initial core of nurses to recruit their friends and colleagues over social media. Successful recruitment efforts will be rewarded by awarding CareCoin. This is exciting project. I am a nurse and this seems like a great idea! Being in control of my own time and schedule while making a decent living is someone anyone would buy into! Uber for nurses. I can dig that!
great idea. I think if there is uber for the nurses many patients will be helped because of time efficiency. I support this project!  Definitely will resemble an Uber for Nurses kind of system. In this manner we hope to shake up the care management industry by eliminating all the bureaucracy involved in the current structures administered by nursing agencies. This will be a necessary service as millenials and generation Xers age. Their familiarity with technology will make it easy for them to recognize the benefits of this service. Imagine one day an individual wants to go on vacation and they need a professional nurse to take care of their elderly parent or grandparent at home. Instead of going through the arduous and expensive process of hiring a nurse through an agency, they will be able to hire them instantly through the application. This is one of hundreds of examples that illustrate the benefit to the public. |

Every year hundreds of millions to billions of dollars are spent on preventable hospital readmissions. By lowering the amount of admissions by servicing clients directly in their homes will save Hospitals and insurance providers billions of dollars annually. |
