121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As a beginner is it too late ? on: February 25, 2018, 10:43:04 AM
Nope friend. It is never too late to invest in the cryptocurrency world. Even though you might be overwhelmed of the price and think that it wouldn't go any further due to the current price dips, I would be the one to tell tou that it isn't. Bitcoin investimg is something that is viable at any time or at any situation. If the price increase and you want to invest you can do so. Further increasing the chances of another increase. If you want to invest during price drops it still viable since buying bitcoin helps it to rise in value again.
122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My advice to Bitcoin newbies: relax on: February 25, 2018, 07:20:33 AM
I agree with the creator of this post. Although a lot of people might argue that the current drop was a sign of bitcoin's end, practically it isn't. Just like now, for the past couple of weeks we could see bitcoin's value is steadily increasing thoroughly disproving past claims of critics that bitcoin really is at the brink of it's own end. So just like the creator of this post I would also suggest new bitcoin investors to stay calm as bitcoin's value bounces back with every drop.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: February 24, 2018, 02:17:47 PM
That is the most common yet the most crucial question a lot of newbie and veteran bitcoin enthusiasts ask themselves or just like you, other investors. "Where to invest my bitcoins?" Well, this question should be answered inmediately or I'm afraid you would just sell it. There are a lot if choices to choose from. If you are willing to take risks in exchange for potentially high profit, then bitcoin trading and gambling sites would help you. If you want to just keep it for yourself and wait for bitcoin to increase in value it is better to hold it. And finally, you could also buy bitcoins and with the right equipment, knowledge and patience you could make your own cryptocurrency supported by your own ICO.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: February 24, 2018, 06:01:02 AM
We can't really say that bitcoin is better than gold just because it has a much higher value than gold has. The two have their share of advantages and disadvantages one should consider before deciding to invest. Moreover, you can't compare bitcoin to gold because inbthe first place gold is tangible and bitcoin is not. We can't really compare them, we are just able to choose which one we like to invest our money on.
125  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin back to its own rhythm again? on: February 23, 2018, 12:50:07 PM
I guess so, I mean bitcoin was about to reach it's 16K$ right now. And I think that is a good sign that bitcoin indeed is experiencing an increase and is stably increasing. So what we got to do is continue to patronize the cryptocurrency industry and do all measures to ensure that bitcoin will recover.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy BTC? on: February 23, 2018, 08:32:43 AM
Yes you should. After all its the only convenient and at times the cheaper way to earn bitcoins. Mining isn't really profitable unless you spent money with high quality mining equipment and has a stable internet connection as well as a good amount of knowledge with troubleshooting.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it really bad that Goverments are trying to control Crypto-market? on: February 22, 2018, 12:08:15 PM
Some governments are supporting the use of cryptocurrencies and some are not all for the same reason. Bitcoin's high purchasing power. They either wanted to tap through this or they wanted to stop bitcoin. Either way, as long as bitcoin's decentralization is not jeopardized we have nothing to worry at all.
128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: February 22, 2018, 06:45:49 AM
A lot if people argue between who's better, but they all have their own ups and downs so we can't really tell which is which. Some may argue that bitcoin is better since it is decentralized and provides anonymity but some also says it is trash since it can't be used as a cureency. On the other hand some people might say that cash is better since it is tangible and most importabtly could be used to buy stuffs but it also has its downsides like it's value depends on the country's economy so if your country has a bad economy you can't expect your money to compete against USD.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung is going to support bitcoin on: February 21, 2018, 10:58:55 AM
although some may argue that Samsung does not really supported bitcoin with what they have done since they didn't donate anything and only made an application to facilitate bitcoin mining, I will disagree with them. Since bitcoin mining is not that big anymore, because of the lack of proper knowledge as well as the lack of the correct and efficient equipment, what they have done is a good way to relight the spark that was once lost among the interests of our fellow  bitcoin enthusiasts.
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why compare BTC to USD? on: February 20, 2018, 12:44:19 PM
Because US dollar is the basis of all currency value in the whole world. I don't know why, but it became like it is. Every national currency in existence competed with the US dollar's value and I don't think bitcoin is an exception to this. Bitcoin, although highly unstable and is now used as an investment is still could be considered as a currency.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: February 19, 2018, 02:44:12 PM
Just because bitcoin received a decline in value does not necesarily mean that bitcoin has lost its popularity. It's high volatile nature of value is whst mostly could be blamed for the decrease in value. Only a small percentage could be accounted to the lost in popukarity since bitcoin barely lost popularity even when the early 2018 dip happened. So I think it is not cause of bitcoin losing popularity that it had decreased in value but for the high volatility rate.
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friend sent me .03 BTC - what to do now? on: February 18, 2018, 02:37:50 PM
Considering the current price if bitcoin in the market right now, that's a big amount of money. I suggest you hold them and then wait for it to increase in value. After it had accumulated a considerable amount of profit, you may withdraw it then use it to invest again for bitcoins. Thenthere you have it. You have become an official bitcoin investor and is now gaining profits in the cryptocurrency world especially in the bitcoin industry.
133  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin finally hit 20K on: February 18, 2018, 01:10:10 PM
I can say that the recent continuous rise in bitcoin usually means that there is a good chance of this continuing. However, it is still not time to rejoice. Bitcoin's value could change instantly so we have to keep our eyes on the price and do all measures to ensure a bright future for bitcoin.
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Make Money in Crypto on: February 17, 2018, 11:46:22 AM
There are lots of ways one aspiring investor could earn bitcoin. One of it is the bounty programs that you could get from this forum. Another is bitcoin mining and bitcoin faucets which require a stable connection and a good mining equipment. Then there is bitcoin trading and gambling. The list goes on and on.
135  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can I earn bitcoin using facebook, youtube, or in any social media? on: February 17, 2018, 11:01:09 AM
Yes, you could earn bitcoins by advertising different ICOs on your social media timelines. There are numerous ICOs out there that pay you for advertising their coins with their own coins. after you claim your compensation you could use these coins to transform into bitcoin and invest them later on.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a currency? on: February 17, 2018, 09:50:57 AM
To be fair it is originally meant to be considered as a currency for the internet. However, due to its highly volatile nature it couldn't serve that purpose. But people have found a way to make use of it and that is to use it as an asset of profit from investment. I think it could settle like that for a decade or so, But people must create measures to prevent this high volatile rate of bitcoin so it could have a  bright future as a currency.
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can be done to stop bitcoin price from sliding down again on: February 16, 2018, 03:03:02 PM
There are a lot of things you could do to prevent or at the very least alleviate abd lessen the damage of bitcoin's continuous dips. Tge most important of tgese things is not practicing panic selling. As this activity hurts bitcoin's value therefore crippling and hindering bitcoin from recovering at its losses. Another is buying when the price is down. This measure is intuitive since when you buy, you are not only helping bitcoin recover but you are also discounted since bitcoin's value is much cheaper at declines. And you can ensure an increade once the dip had stopped.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: February 15, 2018, 03:08:04 PM
There is a possibility of this happening if in case the death of bitcoin was caused by a global ban on the use and owning of cryptocurrency, in which case the death of bitcoin would cause all other altcoins to die gecause without bitcoin you couldn't transform your cash into altcoins. And you can't withdraw your investment on altcoins unless you turn it back to bitcoin then withdraw it.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum? on: February 15, 2018, 09:17:35 AM
Some may argue that Ether is better than bitcoin because it is more recent and therefore more advance apart from the fact that it also has a high monetary value. But for me, although I like them both. I wouls choose bitcoin. You see, without bitcoin none of the altcoins would have even existed. No Ripple, Ether, Ditcoin, etc. So it still the father all the way. Moreover, Bitcoin's toughness have been tested by the nine years that it has been in the market. Why risk it all to some altcoin out there that just became the talk of the town  recently? Again. I would like to clarify that I like both cryptocurrencies.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin the most popular cryptocurrency? on: February 14, 2018, 10:21:44 AM
A lot of bitcoin's popularity and fame on the internet could be thanked to the december 2017 price boom in which it almost reached 20,000$ if I remember correctly. A lot of people got interested in bitcoin's high value that time and began investing. Another is the reason that without bitcoins altcoins would be nothing. To be honest altcoins were just there to increase your bitcoin earnings. Because other than trading them you can't use them to transaction. You first have to convert them back to bitcoin then convert it to cash so you could be able to spend it.
