121  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin in legal sense on: November 27, 2017, 04:17:16 PM
It's nice that Bitcoin will be legal because no one stop you of using here. You have a freedom to sell or buy Bitcoin. You can also invest and earn money here with no doubt because you can report who steal your money. Bitcoin can help the economy of a country if governments declare this site as a legal.

Some government may see bitcoin as criminal money since it's anonymous , every criminal able to use bitcoin to cover up their transaction.
For me personally since bitcoin being made , it has change people's habit especially when they want to do global transaction that the most demand section !
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Successful ICO Experiences on: November 26, 2017, 05:42:04 PM

Actually I try to invest on my local project and I want to test out how great this ICO will be last although no one able to guarantee it !

123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin you invested before, has become the most profitable for you? on: November 26, 2017, 03:50:44 PM
BCH , bitcoin cash !

It's an amazing start for BCH since it's still new altcoin but I've made 1000% from it.
I do not why I purchase it but I purchase it just like I purchase bitcoin and I dare to the the risk of loss but the god of luck said different result for me !
124  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How to give BTC to a familiar without paying tax? on: November 26, 2017, 08:23:51 AM
sukamasoto : What is your country ?

Indonesia

My government already state that my people can't use bitcoin for transaction but they still not make regulations to forbid bitcoin usage so I can still use and own bitcoin without fear getting into jail. But I'm using bitcoin with my own risk and tax free
125  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How to give BTC to a familiar without paying tax? on: November 26, 2017, 02:57:45 AM
Find a place where you don't need to pay the tax. I'm assuming that your government already legalized bitcoin so they require bitcoin trader to pay the tax.
My country still no need to pay the tax so everyone is able use bitcoin without pay the tax
126  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you budget your money in a day on: November 25, 2017, 04:32:25 PM
Honestly Im invest bitcoin every once per month which I got from 10-15% of my salary
And then I focus to sell it at least $ 100 increment for the profit and it's better to invest in long term rather than short term
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 75 LTC should I hold or sell. If sell what should I buy ? on: November 24, 2017, 10:29:01 AM
You can try to seek BCH,BTG, and upcoming BCD ( Bitcoin Diamond )
Those have potential to be great market in the future so it's worth to invest if you want to make early profit from it !
128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Continue my losing streak on: November 24, 2017, 08:54:58 AM
I'm also experience the same when I use martiangle 50% so I change my playing method into high risk high reward method using 0.01% winning chance
If you do not have enough bankroll , you should not keep bet for long term
129  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this Forum full of 'normal people' who over the years became filthy rich? on: November 24, 2017, 03:18:49 AM
No one expect bitcoin will be as much as now so when people decide to invest on bitcoin, they are consider as lucky person since there are no investation tool able like bitcoin.
Just take a look on bitcoin value, always grow exponentially from year to year so congrats for you who keep bitcoin from 2010
130  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: What about Bitcoin and consumer protection? on: November 23, 2017, 04:43:40 PM
Bitcoin is decentralized currency, no one control bitcoin except yourself , not your government !
At my country = my government still not legalize bitcoin so if I got scam because of bitcoin, I can't do anything because the police can't chase the thief (If you understand what I mean )
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum haven't really moved.. on: November 23, 2017, 10:46:45 AM
ETH have their own potential so it may increase in the future.

Why I can say that ?
Let's take a look on Microsoft who use ETH as their transaction. That big company won't choose anything carelessly without well prepared calculation.
So it's just a matter of time !
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin = Fiat on: November 23, 2017, 09:18:33 AM
Bitcoin is alternative currency so it's different compare fiat. But as we can see bitcoin have same function as same as fiat so for who still early know bitcoin will consider bitcoin as currency.
But for me as long as bitcoin can be use as transaction then bitcoin can be consider as alternative fiat !
133  Economy / Economics / Re: Some Bitcoin owners do not own Bitcoin. on: November 23, 2017, 07:52:57 AM
I think most people already understand that as long as their btc is on exchanger, they not fully own it until they move into wallet like blockchain/electrum,etc
They put their btc for trading purpose and after sometime they will move btc eventually
134  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Have people been forced to pay tax over Bitcoin yet? on: November 23, 2017, 04:01:06 AM
Tax imposed when it is legal but although bitcoin is not legal the transactions fees or charge serves us a tax in bitcoin when we withdraw it.There is no authority or legal regulations we should follow that they need a tax on bitcoin. It is controlled by us and not in the government or politicians.

Where I live they say we must declare it as an asset, Bitcoin for them is nothing in particular, just an asset like any other because it has a value and everything that has a value must be declared and taxed. I don't know if everywhere it works this way...

But the point is that Bitcoins aren't being tracked for banal reasons like that, so only criminals are calling more attention for them, people who use Bitcoin for illegal activities, legit users are secured. I have seen even countries which banned Bitcoin saying it's hard to track all its users, so sooner or later they will have to change the policy.

Some government try to legalize bitcoin because they want to track down bitcoin transaction's flow especially on corruptor case.
They can control in order to prevent something bad so it's reasonable for them to legalize bitcoin as soon as possible although some people may not agree !
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on: November 22, 2017, 05:09:00 PM
Bitcoin Gold is a new coin like bitcoin cash. Somedays ago bittrex added bitcoin gold and enable btg trade.
I think bitcoin gold will also be distributed in almost all markets.  Smiley

Just received my 0.2 BTG on my local exchanger.
I'm wonder the exchanger that already trade BTG beside yobit , since I'm never trade there because trusted member ever mentioned that yobit may have rigged mechanism
136  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do I need not to give up my bitcoins? How does that going to benefit in the on: November 22, 2017, 06:33:19 AM
Just take a look on bitcoin graph over 7 years, bitcoin show a promising value so it's worth for investing in long term.
The question only, how dare enough do you to keep bitcoin for next 4 year. Bitcoin is risky investation but it yield more profit than usual investation
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum or Bitcoin? on: November 21, 2017, 04:41:37 PM
Ethereums transfer speed and fees are better. But bitcoin is always best.
I prefer both of too Cheesy

I'm prefer bitcoin because it can made me profit , mostly by just hold it.
Although ETH have better feature beside bitcoin but bitcoin still consider as good currency that can be use for all people without any problem and it's also popular !
138  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin soars $8000, Is this is the best opportunity to sell BTC? on: November 21, 2017, 09:28:57 AM
You never know when bitcoin price will increase and it will for sure increase, judging the latest tendencies. If you want to become richer, better hold on to your coins.
Definitely... It's time to hold BTC...

If you ask me, I sell bitcoin partially since I believe bitcoin will getting higher and higher for next year.
For ever $ 500 increment, I sold it for profit since I'm ever regret for selling cheap price , 2 years ago
139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin an asset or a currency? on: November 21, 2017, 05:51:21 AM
Both, IMO.
That why bitcoin is unique currency as it can be use as investation (asset ) or can be use for transaction ( currency )
There are no currency able like this except bitcoin so , yes, bitcoin is revolutionary currency so I can see the fact that people have faith on this currency
140  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: November 21, 2017, 04:02:30 AM
National currency for which country? because although bitcoin is well known by public there is no guarantee from a country that bitcoin will become the national currency. and also many considerations about  bitcoin currently against a government policy.

IMO bitcoin can't replace fiat as legal currency because they are different and can't be compare.
So even if bitcoin being legalized, people may still use fiat and bitcoin ( as alternate currency )
